Efforts to improve the quality of outpatient registration services can be carried out properly if they are in accordance with the procedure flow and must meet the average standard of service time at registration. In reality, there are often inhibiting factors that often occur. Find out why outpatient registration services are banned. The research method used is descriptive analysis, namely by observing the overall registration service of the outpatient unit. The population of this study were patients who came to visit the outpatient unit and outpatient registration officers by calculating the average service time provided to patients who came in accordance with established standard procedures. Based on the results that the authors examined, the average time for outpatient registration services obtained a sample of 133 patients, old patients consisted of 120 people and 13 new patients. For old patients, the average service time is about 7 minutes at most and new patients are on average about 11 minutes. The results showed that the outpatient registration service system at Ernaldi Bahar Hospital, South Sumatra Province, can be said to be still not optimal because there are still constraint factors that occur when registering, such as interference with the internet network, and delays in searching for outpatient medical record files because of the printing machine. the tracer is jammed so you have to wait for the SJP/SEP first before the outpatient medical record file can be searched/retrieved to be submitted to the outpatient polyclinic.

Abstract

Medical record is a file containing records and documents regarding patient identity, examination, treatment, actions and other services that have been provided to patients. where one of the services provided is the management of patient medical record documents that contain coding of diagnoses and actions given to patients. The implementation of coding disease diagnoses in hospitals is a very important activity, namely by classifying disease diagnoses into several groups for the benefit of reports that the hospital does every month, both for internal reports and external reports and plays an important role in the financing system at the hospital itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the accuracy of the diagnosis code for typhoid fever in inpatients at the Karawang Islamic Hospital. The research methodology was carried out using quantitative descriptive methods, the population was 200 medical records of typhoid fever patients in 2020, with a total sample of 67 samples. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. How to collect data is done by direct observation. The accuracy of the code obtained is 31 (46%) correct codes and 36 (54%) incorrect codes, the inaccuracy of the code is caused by the medical record professional staff in charge of the coding section who are still not focused and not careful with laboratory results to determine the results of the coding. It is correct and only codes for the H titer, while in determining the diagnosis of typhoid fever, it is seen from the O titer. Suggestions for coding the diagnosis carried out at the Karawang Islamic Hospital are expected that the coding is carried out correctly according to the diagnosis, history, and laboratory results.

This study uses the google scholar database in computing a literature review search by using the keyword search for this research journal, namely ” Evaluation of applications (SIMPUS) at the puskesmas. Research results in it can be seen that the most dominant SIMPUS evaluation used is Hot-fit while the least is the cloud-based methods in evaluating the implementation of the puskesmas management information system (SIMPUS). The puskesmas management evaluation information system (SIMPUS) has several methods in implementing the SIMPUS evaluation, namely, web-based, hot-fit, and cloud-based.

Abstract

Hospitals must be able to determine how to carry out a policy in making decisions on the implementation of computerization in health care units by taking into account existing implementation procedures. Medical record filing activities must pay more attention to the completeness of the files in accordance with the needs of the claim, because if one of the filing sheets is not available, the claim may not be accepted. The results of the observations showed that in the emergency service unit, it was found that in processing patient data, they still did manual recording not yet fully computerized. Sometimes when a computerized system is not implemented in processing patient data files, the time for claiming is hampered. The purpose of this study is to describe the BPJS emergency claim filing information system. The research method applied in this research is the development of the waterfall method. The tools used in the system development process are Flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), and Entry Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The results of the analysis of the system design will then be applied to a system to be able to test the feasibility of an application based on Microsoft Visual Studio. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the emergency service procedure policy has not been fully computerized so that it affects other units in BPJS claiming activities.
