Abstract

Knowledge and attitudes about COVID-19 prevention behavior are very important, especially for health workers themselves, because currently there are health workers who have been confirmed positive for COVID-19. This causes several negative impacts that cause a lot of losses not only for the health workers but for families and students. Research on the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on behavioral motivation and online methods for students has never been done, especially in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), especially at Undana Medical Faculty. FK Undana is a public lecturer faculty in NTT. Therefore, researchers are interested in conducting research on "The Effect of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Behavioral Motivation and Online Methods for UNDANA Medical Faculty Students". To increase knowledge about research in general (theoretical) and increase knowledge about COVID-19 in relation to looking at the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on behavioral motivation and online methods for students. The type of research conducted is quantitative and qualitative research using analytical research design and cross sectional design. This research design is used to examine qualitatively in the interview results. The implementation of the online learning system is still not optimal, with the absence of a learning system study report, a learning system feedback report. The supporting factor in the online learning system is that all lecturers and students understand technology and are accustomed to using the internet. An internet service system that already supports teaching and learning activities. The obstacle factor in the online learning system is that the work of lecturers becomes an obstacle to the teaching and learning process considering that their busyness has increased due to the COVID-19 pandemic, especially prioritizing the service of COVID-19 patients. Students are not ready for a sudden change from an offline learning system to an online learning system.

Abstract

Antibiotics are given to corona patients if the doctor feels it is necessary because the patient is infected by certain bacteria. For example, a coronavirus patient is exposed to bacterial pneumonia. One type of antibiotic on the market is Azithromycin. Azithromycin is currently widely available in pharmacies such as in the Jakarta area. It is possible to increase the sales turnover of pharmacists only to the extent of selling the drug without educating consumers. The initial step to overcome the rampant sales of Azithromycin which is allegedly being sold freely among the public is to conduct a survey on the distribution of Azithromycin in pharmacies in DKI Jakarta, which is one of the barometer areas in handling COVID-19 in Indonesia. The aims of this study were: 1) to determine the availability of Azithromycin in pharmacies in the DKI Jakarta area; 2) to find out how much the public's demand for Azithromycin is in pharmacies in the DKI Jakarta area; 3) to know the public's understanding of the use and impact of using Azithromycin; 4) knowing whether or not there is education given by pharmacists to the community regarding the use and impact of using Azithromycin. The sample studied was 200 respondents in the Jakarta area who stated that they had bought Azithromycin in handling COVID-19. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded: 1) Public understanding of antibiotics and information on drug administration by pharmacists have a negative relationship towards the spread of Azithromycin, which means that if public understanding of antibiotics and information on drug administration by pharmacists has a low value, it will encourage an increase in distribution. Azithromycin in the community; 2) The correlation between public understanding of antibiotics and information on drug administration by pharmacists with the distribution of Azithromycin has a fairly strong category; 3) Public understanding of antibiotics and information on drug administration by pharmacists have a very significant influence on the distribution of Azithromycin.

Abstract

In the Medical Record Unit of the Kembangan Regional General Hospital, the work space of the medical record unit is directly related to the active medical record storage room, the door of the medical record unit at the Kembangan Regional General Hospital does not yet have a secret key or additional security such as a fingerprint. The purpose of this study was to determine the layout of the medical record unit in maintaining the security and confidentiality of medical records at the Kembangan Regional General Hospital. This study used quantitative descriptive methods with observation and interview data collection techniques, as well as direct measurements in the workspace and storage of the medical record unit of the Kembangan Regional General Hospital using a measuring instrument in the form of a building meter, then to determine the need for storage space obtained from the calculation of shelf requirements. medical record storage using the formula according to the International Federation of Health Information Management Associations. The results of the research are in the medical record unit of the Kembangan Regional General Hospital already have standard operating procedures related to the security and confidentiality of medical records but in practice it has not been implemented optimally. Inadequate facilities and infrastructure can be seen from the current work area of 10.27 m3, it should takes 15 m3, the storage space is still minimally lit and does not meet the standards. Suggestion: it is better if standard operating procedures have not been implemented to be implemented immediately.

Abstract

Medical record is a collection of facts or evidence of the patient's condition, past and current medical history and treatment written by the health professional who provides services to the patient. Medical records require sufficient storage shelves and storage space is needed to maintain confidentiality, avoid damage and make it easier for officers to retrieve and return medical records in the long term. If the medical record storage is adequate and meets the standards to support maximum patient care, it is necessary to adjust the need for medical record storage racks at the South Bangka Hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the need for medical record storage racks for the next 5 years at RSUD South Bangka. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. The results of this study are the number of medical record storage racks in the South Bangka Hospital currently amounts to 17 shelves and the South Bangka Hospital currently has a medical record storage area of 25m². It is recommended that the South Bangka Hospital need to provide 49 storage shelves for the next 5 (five) years so that the shelf needs can be met and can accommodate all medical records and it is hoped that the hospital will add an area of medical record room with an additional area of 11.96m² to adjust the addition of medical record racks.

Abstract

The quantity of cataract surgery has long been an important public health indicator to assess health accessibility. Standards for cataract surgery are developing around the world. The cataract surgery revolution never stops and continues, from intracapsular cataract extraction, and extracapsular cataract extraction, to phacoemulsification. In developed countries, phacoemulsification is the main method of cataract surgery. The overall visual acuity outcome after cataract surgery is considered very good and effective in the long term. However, several factors such as refractive errors, ocular comorbidities, and surgical complications still significantly reduce satisfaction with cataract surgery results, especially in developing countries. In addition, sociodemographic factors such as socioeconomic status and education level were also identified as lowering postoperative vision quality scores. To determine the effect of cataract surgery on visual acuity. The method used in writing this article is a literature review. Results: Cataract surgery is a relatively safe and effective procedure. Most (84% to 94%) eyes achieved the best visual acuity correction, achieving 20/30 (6/9) or better about six months after surgery. The results of visual improvement from cataract surgery with intraocular lens implantation are generally very satisfactory. But the results are less than satisfactory in low-income countries.
