Abstract

Online marketing has increased drastically triggered by the implementation of Work from Home policies that limit offline marketing activities. Gerai Nusantara has also been using Instagram to increase the marketing of indigenous products. This study aims to conduct a SWOT analysis of Instagram social media @Gerainusantara_aman which is interesting as a marketing communication of indigenous people's products. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach through a SWOT analysis of internal factors (Weaknesses, Strengths) and external factors (Opportunities, Threats) from Instagram @Gerainusantara_aman. The results of this study show that Instagram @Gerainusantara_aman has a strength value smaller than the weakness value with a difference in value (-) 0.06, and an opportunity value smaller than the threat value with a difference in value (-) 0.08. The Instagram content posting strategy @Gerainusantara_aman is in the position of WT / Diversification strategy, which is to minimize existing weaknesses and avoid threats.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Komunitas Anak Bangsa Jakarta. The sample in the study was 69 respondents using quantitative methods. This research technique uses data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, regression analysis, correlation and determination. The results processed in this research on the leadership style variable have a significant influence, there are employee performance variables with a value of 0.014 < 0.05. The work discipline variable has a significant effect on the employee performance variable with a value of 0.001 < 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously the leadership style variable and the work discipline variable have a significant effect on the employee performance variable with a value of 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of discipline and motivation employee performance in PT. PP Properti Tbk. This research method uses quantitative descriptive research methods. The sample used in this research is a random sample, namely using a portion of the population of 86 respondents as a sample. The research results show that simultaneously there is a significant influence of discipline and motivation on the performance of PT. PP Properti Tbk employees. Based on the partial test, it is known that there is a significant influence between discipline on the performance of PT. PP Properti Tbk employees, while motivation has a significant influence on the performance of PT. PP Properti Tbk employees.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to obtain an overview of the condition of the Saddang River in order to manage the sand mining area, taking into account environmental, economic and socio-social aspects. Various studies show that river sand mining can provide direct and indirect economic benefits to local communities, as well as environmental damage to rivers. However, research on Saddang River sand mining is still very minimal. The data collection methods used consist of literature studies to collect various reading materials that support and support research, field surveys to obtain data directly from the field, presentation of question sheets (questionnaires) and interviews on issues that are in accordance with the research theme. Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to examine stakeholders and local communities. Physical condition of the river body and replenishment rate using UPTD data for the Saddang Watershed. Management with an integrated approach includes economic, environmental and social-social aspects, by combining two different paradigm approaches, namely positivistic and constructivist, which is believed to be able to produce a sustainable management strategy for sand mining activities in the Saddang River, Pinrang Regency.

Abstract

The number of hypertension sufferers continues to increase, with East Kalimantan ranking 3rd highest in Indonesia. Pasundan Community Health Center, Samarinda City ranks second in terms of prevalence. Hypertension is influenced by factors that can and cannot be changed, including knowledge and nutritional status. Knowledge and nutritional status can influence blood pressure and its control measures. The research aims to determine the relationship between knowledge about hypertension and nutritional status with blood pressure control at the Pasundan Community Health Center. The research was carried out in March-April 2023. There were 53 respondents. Data collection was carried out by anthropometric measurements and interviews to fill out the questionnaire. Data were analyzed using chi-square with α<0.05. The results of the study showed that the p-value was 0.000 (α<0.05), meaning that there was a relationship between knowledge about hypertension and nutritional status and blood pressure control.

Abstract

Health is the main key to improving performance. Nutritional intake affects health and physical ability to carry out tasks. Motivation is the main driver of carrying out tasks with high enthusiasm. This research aims to analyze the relationship between nutritional intake and work motivation with the performance of employees at PT. Pancaran Samudera Shipyard. The method used was cross-sectional with 40 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through 2 x 24 hour food recall interviews for nutritional intake, work motivation questionnaires, and performance assessments with KPI scores. The results show that there is a relationship between energy intake, carbohydrate intake, and work motivation with employee performance. However, there was no significant relationship between protein and fat intake and performance. So it can be concluded that energy intake, carbohydrates and work motivation are related to employee performance.

Abstract

The 1998 reform movement was a social movement that was born from the demands of young intellectuals in the campus community. In historical records, the New Order student movement in Indonesia reached its peak in 1998, to demand reform of the New Order government with the removal of Soeharto from his position as president, and demands for improvements such as amendments to the 1945 Constitution, an end to the ongoing economic crisis, and other similar things. This movement carried out by students gained momentum when the monetary crisis occurred, prices of necessities soared, and people's purchasing power decreased. The demand to remove President Soeharto became a national agenda by the student movement who wanted reform and this of course received sympathy and support from the people. The aim of this research is to determine the occurrence of the 1998 reform movement and the role of pupils, students and society in facing the 1998 reform movement. The method used in this research uses a descriptive analysis method, namely research by collecting data according to the truth, then the data is compiled, processed and analyzed to be able to provide an overview of the existing problem, using several previous literature sources.

Abstract

The Wonosobo Regency DPRD Secretariat is one of several government agencies in Wonosobo Regency that is experiencing budget rationalization. The aim of the research was to analyze the impact of budget rationalization on the Wonosobo Regency DPRD Secretariat Work Program. This research uses a descriptive and qualitative approach, with data collection techniques, namely interviews and observations conducted with several employees at the Wonosobo Regency DPRD Secretariat, and carrying out documentation. This research method shows that budget rationalization not only has implications for reducing the expenditure budget of the Wonosobo Regency DPRD Secretariat, but also has an impact on postponing or canceling work programs that have been prepared in the previous period. So the implementation of several work programs or activities had to be postponed.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview (description) and analyze several Village Fund programs related to stunting prevention and the extent of the success rate of the impact of using Village Funds on reducing rates of malnutrition and stunting in Ketitanglor Village. Research technique in the form of a literature review study of several appropriate articles, Regulations of the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration, APBD desa Ketitanglor, Bojong District, Pekalongan Regency and qualitative analysis. Based on the research results of several articles, it shows that stunting convergence must receive serious attention from the lower level of government, namely the village. The Central Government must provide clear regulations and a legal umbrella regarding the use of Village Funds for accelerated convergence in stunting prevention in villages. It can be concluded that stunting convergence must be carried out in an organized, coordinated manner and involve all elements, including health workers, village stakeholders including community leaders, social religious institutions, non-governmental organizations and also village government, supra-village government at the sub-district, district/city level and Provinces and Central Government.
