Abstract

Digitized learning in Islamic boarding schools is an opportunity and, at the same time, the challenge of continuing to transform to make the learning process massively more efficient and comprehensive in every aspect of human life. In the current era of disruption, technological and industrial change is facing a significant revolution and is known as the Society 5.0 era. Of course, in facing the era of society 5.0, the world of education has an important contribution to make in adapting to current developments in improving the quality of human resources. This research aims to describe the urgency of digitizing learning for Madrasah Aliyah Islamic Boarding School students in the Society 5.0 era. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and a literature study. The research results show the importance of digitalization learning in the era of society 5.0 in Islamic boarding school-based Madrasah Aliyah, activists and stakeholders in education, get an overview of the application of technology learning, which is more specific to communication tools, the challenges of implementing digitalization learning, and the efforts that need to be made to maximize digitalization learning in Islamic boarding school-based Islamic schools.

Abstract

In this article, the author tries to link literature studies related to the use of Microsoft Sway media for students' independent learning in the independent curriculum in elementary schools. Microsoft Sway media has various benefits, especially in elementary school learning. The Microsoft Sway application really helps teachers in the learning process in class. Microsoft Sway media really helps teachers in the learning process in class.From several studies such as relevant research plus supporting theories, it is stated that Media Sway is a media that has special features that can be used by a teacher to create digital-based interactive learning media.This media helps collect, format and share ideas, stories and teacher presentations on interactive screens that look attractive.The hope is that Microsoft Sway media can be used as a reference for every educator in creating an optimal learning atmosphere.

Abstract

Inclusive education has been a major focus of global education policy conversations over the past few decades. Along with the rapid development of technology, the role of technology in supporting inclusive education has become an increasingly widely explored subject of research. Technology integration in the context of inclusive education involves the use of various tools and platforms that are accessible to students with special needs. The purpose of this research is to explore various aspects of the use of technology in promoting inclusion in education, by identifying opportunities, challenges and important factors that should be considered in order to create a more inclusive and equitable education for all individuals. The research method used is a literature review, exploring data sources such as journal articles, books, research reports and other academic publications relevant to this topic. The results of this study show that technology integration has had a significant positive impact in improving educational accessibility for students, allowing more efficient personalization of learning, and increasing student engagement and participation in the learning process. However, challenges such as technology infrastructure, teacher training, technology suitability, data privacy and necessary policy support need to be addressed for the benefits of technology to be optimized in supporting educational inclusion as a whole.

Abstract

This research explores the use of digital technology in education at the Palangka Raya State Christian Institute. The main focus of the research is to determine the impact of digital technology on learning quality, material accessibility, student engagement, and the technical challenges faced. The research method used is a qualitative approach through observation and interviews with lecturers and students as well as secondary data analysis. The results of this research show that digital technology has significantly increased the interaction between lecturers and students, enabled more flexible access to learning materials, and increased student engagement through interactive features. The conclusion of this research is that the use of digital technology in education is its ability to provide access to various educational resources. This not only broadens students' knowledge but also encourages independent learning. This research also provides recommendations for a deeper integration of technology in the curriculum and the development of digital competencies for lecturers and students. So that digital technology can continue to improve the quality of education at the Palangka Raya State Christian Religion Institute.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program onboarding Sales Assistant PT Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang (PT KCG) menggunakan model evaluasi Kirkpatrick. Data dikumpulkan melalui nilai pre-test dan post-test peserta, serta feedback form terkait aktivitas training, modul, dan trainer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program onboarding efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan produk Sales Assistant, dengan rata-rata nilai post-test meningkat secara signifikan dibandingkan nilai pre-test. Feedback dari peserta juga menunjukkan kepuasan terhadap program onboarding, dengan trainer yang dinilai kompeten dan materi training yang relevan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa program onboarding merupakan alat yang efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan produk Sales Assistant di PT KCG.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh aplikasi pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan aktivitas belajar siswa di lingkungan pendidikan informal, khususnya di lembaga bimbingan belajar. Dengan metode penelitian deskriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan 60 siswa SMA di sebuah lembaga bimbingan belajar. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi pembelajaran Ruangguru secara signifikan mempengaruhi motivasi dan aktivitas belajar siswa. Mayoritas responden menunjukkan persetujuan tinggi terhadap efektivitas aplikasi dalam memberikan dorongan tambahan untuk belajar, meningkatkan minat belajar melalui fitur interaktif, dan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dalam mempelajari materi pelajaran. Meskipun beberapa siswa memberikan tanggapan netral atau tidak setuju pada beberapa aspek, hasil secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa Ruangguru berhasil menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang memotivasi dan menarik, mengatasi tantangan dalam pendidikan kontemporer.
