Abstract

Garbage is one of the main causes of environmental problems and can damage the balance of the ecosystem. Trimurjo Subdistrict has a lot of organic waste. The objectives of this service are as follows: 1) provide and introduce techniques for converting household organic vegetable waste into eco-enzymes; 2) increase awareness of the importance of converting household waste into economically profitable products. In Trimurjo District, housewives receive direct instructions on how to make eco-enzymes from organic waste. The community, especially housewives, will learn to make eco-enzymes. The brown color and aroma of fermentation will indicate that they are made. After that, the eco-enzyme is processed to produce room fragrance products. The results of this service are: 1). This program has also succeeded in encouraging the community to develop new organic waste processing methods. The results of the response questionnaire that has been explained show that partners are very interested in providing community service. 2). This outreach program succeeded in increasing public awareness about managing organic waste in an environmentally friendly manner.

Abstract

The research data collection method is carried out using dedication and observation, which aims to research and help the community, and to explore social problems and phenomena and develop a specific understanding of a phenomenon. The collection location is in Renah Semanek village, Karang Tinggi Sub-District, Central Bengkulu District. The variable underlying this research is reading literacy covering early childhood and adolescence. The subjects in this research are early childhood and teenagers. The results of this service program are increased motivation in learning. as well as their speaking and reading abilities. This proves that this program has a very good impact. Apart from that, this program also has a positive impact on several aspects such as social and educational aspects for both the children and volunteers involved. Maximum efforts were made in this program and supported by various parties, the results of this service achieved 85% success which can be seen from the completion of the provision of learning platforms, namely reading terraces and procurement of books. Providing reading terraces to the community is also an effort to increase the willingness to read and will have an impact on improving the standard of living of village communities. Apart from that, of course additional good reading is needed to broaden the insight and knowledge of village communities.

Abstract

Both the center of worship and the media for the development of the community as a whole. To support religious activities in Padang Ulak Tanjung village, the facilities of the Al-Anshr mosque are discussed in this paper. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through documentation, field notes, and interviews. The Al-Anshr Mosque in Padang Ulak Tanjung village is the place of research. The results of the study indicate that Al-Nashr in Padang Ulak Tanjung village is a mosque that has the ability to revive the spirit of the movement to support religious activities in the fields of religious spirituality, economy, education, social community, and the development of arts and culture. Community empowerment activities based on the mosque in Al-Anshr, Padang Ulak Tanjung village were successful thanks to adequate facilities and resources, as indicated by the ideal organizational structure of the mosque's board of directors, and the ability of the preachers to communicate well.

Abstract

The aim of this service is to strengthen the attitude of religious moderation by understanding and practicing the value of moderation in Rama Agung Village. It is hoped that this can make a positive contribution to the development of attitudes of tolerance and harmony in society. This research describes a series of procedures from the beginning to the end of cremation in Lama Agung village. Apart from that, this research also examines how the value of religious moderation is applied in a very harmonious and mutually supportive society. This research aims to provide a deeper understanding of the application of facilitation in the context of community diversity and harmony in the village by explaining the details of the cremation process and social interactions that occurred while I was here. The qualitative approach of this research is to collect primary data through interviews with Hindu traditional leaders who are directly involved in the implementation of the Ngaben ceremony. This method helps us to understand more comprehensively the aspects of ritual and religious facilitation in Rama Agung village. The results of this research show that the cremation death ritual includes several stages, namely preparation of offerings and equipment, handover of the body, implementation of the cremation ceremony, and reading of praise songs. Collection and disposal of ashes, closing of the event and evening prayer at Mentebengan.

Abstract

This article is the result of the implementation of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) for Class III students by UIN Fatmawati Soekarno Bengkulu. The activity aims to educate the public on the role of religious schools Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah (MDA) in the moral development of children. MDA need good leadership, especially in the formation of children's morality. As part of the implementation process, MDA carry out activities related to recitation, namely learning to read, write and recite the Holy Quran through a curriculum developed by the Ministry of Religion and implemented according to existing conditions. In addition to this, MDA Al-Falah Mosque also instills religious values related to character in the children of MDA, namely religious character, honesty, discipline, curiosity, creativity and responsibility. This character development is an important part of the MDA program at Al-Falah Mosque, located in Al Sebakul Village, Talang Enpat, Central Bengkulu District.

Abstract

Maintaining the cleanliness of the school environment is a very important aspect for school residents today. The Visit To School Program at MIS Darul Muallaf Palangka Raya can be used to develop this awareness, which is a community service initiative that aims to increase students' awareness and responsibility for the cleanliness of the school environment and develop their creativity. The method used in this service is service learning (SL) which provides students with the opportunity to learn through direct experience. This service involves collaboration between members of HMPS PAI IAIN Palangka Raya, teachers and students. The research results show positive changes in student attitudes, such as increasing environmental awareness, developing creativity, and increasing cooperation between students and related parties. This program has also succeeded in forming students' positive characters, such as responsibility, creativity and concern for the school environment.

Abstract

The Islamic New Year, known as 1 Muharram, is an important event in the Hijri calendar that marks the beginning of the new year for Muslims. This celebration commemorates the migration of the Prophet Muhammad SAW from Mecca to Medina, an event that is not only religiously significant, but also socially and politically. Islamic New Year is a moment of reflection and self-evaluation for Muslims, where they are reminded to increase their worship, strengthen ties of brotherhood, and renew their commitment to carrying out religious teachings. In a modern context, this celebration is also often characterized by social, educational and cultural activities aimed at strengthening Islamic identity amidst the dynamics of global society. Through a deeper understanding of the meaning and value of the Islamic New Year, it is hoped that Muslims can continue to move forward with hope and clear goals. The article was written to find out how effective the Muharram Competition activities are for understanding in depth and increasing religious knowledge. The approach used is to use an educational scientific perspective, especially religious science. The results of this research show that competition activities in the month of Muharram have a significant effect, with children's competitions motivating children and becoming more enthusiastic and interested in studying Islam.

Abstract

The Real Work Lecture activities carried out by the Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu State Islamic University were carried out by teaching local children. The service activities are located in Talang Tinggi Village, West Seluma Regency. The aim of carrying out this activity is to provide a positive influence on society, especially children in the field of religion. Children as the nation's next generation must need religious guidance. The current condition of the Al-Quran Education Park in Talang Tinggi Village is that learning is no longer active. This creates a problem for children who can no longer study the Koran. The first activity is carried out by conducting a review regarding the place for learning, then carrying out an analysis regarding needs in order to overcome the problems that occur. Second, apply all the work programs that have been created in order to achieve the expected goals. Third, make a report regarding the program that has been implemented. During the activity, it was carried out through observation and questions and answers to various related parties in order to produce accurate information. The results obtained after the revitalization of the Al-Huda Al-Qur'an Education Park are that it can foster children's desire to recite the Koran at TPQ so that they can increase their understanding in studying the Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

This article describes the use of documentary videos as an effective tool for the introduction of Taba Terunjam Village, Karang Tinggi District, Central Bengkulu Regency. This article discusses how documentary videos can be used to introduce the potential and unique characteristics of a village to a wider audience, including tourists and potential investors. With a visual approach that is interesting to look at, documentary videos can highlight aspects of the culture, history and natural riches of the village. In addition, this article explores documentary video making techniques, the challenges faced, and the benefits that villages can gain from video-based promotion. In conclusion, documentary video is a method that has great potential in promoting and raising the profile of villages in the context of globalization and digitalization.

Abstract

This athletic endeavor has two goals: the first is to improve the body's resistance or immunity, and the second is to build the social relationships that exist amongst the people who live in Lawang Agung Village. The ABCD technique is the methodology that was used in this research. This method entails the creation of sporting activities and the active engagement of inhabitants of Lawang Agung Village, which is situated in Seluma Regency, Bengkulu. In order to ensure that the event was a success, the execution of this activity was carried out at the Lawang Agung Village Office, which is situated in the Seluma Regency of Bengkulu. This activity had a beneficial effect, as seen by the elevated level of excitement displayed by the community. The information provided by this service suggests that there are still a significant number of individuals who have never engaged in any kind of morning exercise. This is the primary reason for organizing sporting activities, particularly for the residents of Lawang Agung Village, which is situated in the Seluma Regency of Bengkulu. We believe that by participating in this activity, we will be able to inspire a greater number of people to take part in sporting activities that will help them maintain their health and improve their fitness levels. It is anticipated that the whole community of Lawang Agung Village, which is situated in Seluma Regency, Bengkulu, would be made aware of the significance of morning exercise as a component of a healthy lifestyle. This is done in order to ensure that it may bring about positive advantages to the welfare and health of all individuals from the community.
