Abstract

The background of this research is that students tend to find their own fun such as telling stories with friends, doodling on books and also during the process and constantly asking for garden play. The goal to be achieved in this study is to find out the teacher's technique in instilling values ​​through the storytelling method. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The key informants are Al-Abrard Islamic Kindergarten teachers and the supporting informants are students and parents. The data collection methods are interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used to examine all data, data reduction and data display. The results of the study revealed that the way teachers instill moral values ​​include learning to pray, getting children to say greetings, getting children to help and working together, getting children to always maintain cleanliness, getting children to speak politely, getting children to respect and appreciate each other. , train children to use their right hand when giving and receive something, prepare children not to leave class without permission, get children to say thank you. The teacher's methods in applying techniques include reading directly from story books, using illustrated pictures from books, telling fairy tales, using flannel boards, using puppet media, dramatizing a story. Abstract

This research was conducted using interviews and direct documentation to the place where the TPA was located. The key data sources in this study are the students at the Al-Mukhlisin TPA Dusun I Jorong Pinaga, while the secondary data are the ustadz who teach at the Al-Mukhlisin TPA. And for the data analysis technique, the researcher uses reduction, display and verification. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the problems faced by students in memorizing the Qur'an may come from the students themselves and can even come from outside the students themselves, the problems faced such as lazy, bored and others that make targets must be memorized by students to be not fully achieved, therefore the Ustadz who teach provide the best solution so that the problems faced by students are reduced and the targets to be achieved can be fully achieved such as motivating students so that they are not lazy, doing variations of methods so they don't bored, doing muraja'ah so that the memorized verses do not forget and coordinate with parents of students to overcome the problem of not being able to divide time and playing gegdet often. Abstract

This research is motivated by the learning process of Information and Communication Technology where educators tend to only explain everything to students, or only with print media. The tendency of learning that is less attractive to students is a natural thing. However, if this continues to be applied, it will have an unfavorable impact on student learning outcomes. So it is necessary to make an update in the learning process using video media. Video is the medium used in this research, video is a set of media that is capable of displaying both images and sound at the same time. This study aims to determine how much influence the use of learning videos has on student learning outcomes in the subjects studied by the researchers, namely Information and Communication Technology. The method used in this study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research method. The research was conducted at Jami'yyatul Hujjaj Elementary School, Bukittinggi. The population is class III SD and the sample is class IIIB as the experimental class and class IIIC. The instrument used in the form of multiple choice test, and prerequisite analysis using normality test, homogeneity, t test, with the hypothesis using SPSS version 2.0. The results of the research that have been carried out there are differences between the prettest value and the posttest value, from the t-test value on the posttest data, the value thit = 130.19 > ttab = 0.348 with a comparison level of 0.05 then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. So from the statement value thit = 130.19 > ttab = 0.348 then this hypothesis test is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of this learning video on the learning outcomes of Information and Communication Technology.  Keywords: Video Media, Learning Outcomes, ICT

Abstract

The background of this research is related to some students who are less than optimal in doing the tasks given, and during the learning process there are some students who are not active in the learning process. Students are less motivated in learning and making assignments because Islamic Religious Education teachers very rarely use strategies that can generate student learning motivation. One of them is seen from the number of students who are bored in getting the material presented from educators because educators are very monotonous when delivering the material. In addition, the use of learning strategies that are less as a result, students easily feel bored and their achievement in learning decreases. The atmosphere in learning has not been conditioned when the teacher gives assignments, this is something that every educator must pay attention to. How to use learning strategies that please students, so that their interest in learning is getting better and they are able to know the material presented by the teacher. Therefore, the creativity of an educator in teaching is needed in students. This research is located in SMA N 1 Ampek Nagari, Agam district with the object of the problem, namely the Strategy of Islamic Religious Education Teachers Motivating Students to Do Assignments at SMA N 1 Ampek Nagari. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, in collecting data the researchers used interview, observation and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, to analyze it, the researcher used steps of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the teacher's strategy to increase student motivation in doing assignments at SMA N 1 Ampek Nagari has been going quite well according to the target, the strategy given by the teacher with the method and way of delivering it. Such as by giving praise, appreciation, and motivation that can build students. Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of students who have difficulty in developing their emotional intelligence such as lack of self-awareness so they often think they are right and don't care about those around them, students are less able to control their emotions in solving problems because there is no sense of caring for others and only prioritizes emotions, and students are less able to manage themselves and their emotions so that many students behave rudely both with peers and with teachers at school, there are students who have difficulty in developing their interpersonal communication skills such as mocking each other and not appreciating teachers such as saying disrespectful so that it hinders learning activities. The purpose of this study is to find and determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and students' interpersonal communication skills. This research belongs to the quantitative regression research. The population in this study amounted to 160 students. The sample in this study amounted to 40 students taken using the proportional stratified random sampling technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire method with a Likert scale. Test the hypothesis using the Product Moment correlation test with the help of SPSS 16. Based on the results of the F test, the calculated F price is 20.23 with a significance level of 0.102, while the F table at a 95% confidence level (0.05) in this test is carried out with a 95% confidence level. (0.05), namely: df1 = 2 – 1 = 1 and at df2 = 40 – 1 = 39 where the F value is calculated as large from the F table (20.23 > 4.09) with a significance level below 0.05 (0.102 < 0, 05). So, it can be concluded that the interpersonal communication variable (X) has a significant effect on learning achievement (Y). then the coefficient of determination value is 5.1%. Based on this value, it can be interpreted that the variance of adolescent learning achievement variables is influenced by 5.1% by interpersonal communication and 94.9% is influenced by other factors.  Keywords: emotional intelligence, interpersonal communication

Abstract

Inventory of goods is a very important main component in a company, because inventory will be sold continuously for the survival of the company. So it can be said that in almost every trading company, inventory is a fairly large asset when compared to other current assets. Trading companies are closely related to the availability of inventory in the warehouse to maintain sales operations in the company. Problems that often occur in inventory include the risk of loss of goods, and errors in recording inventory. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews and literature study, and the system development method was Extreme Programming. The application design uses use cases, class diagrams, and activities. Abstract

This research is motivated by the competence of the teacher to form different perceptions for students, so that the perceptions given in the learning process, especially pedagogic competencies, affect learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to find out more about students' perceptions of teacher pedagogic competence and student learning outcomes in PAI learning and to find out the correlation between students' perceptions of teacher pedagogical competencies and student learning outcomes in PAI learning at SMP Qur'an Al-Zamriyah Lima District. Twenty Cities.This type of research is correlational quantitative research, which is a research that investigates whether there is a correlation between two or more variables. The population in this study were students of the Qur'an Al-Zamriyah Junior High School, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, which amounted to 113 people with a research sample of 53 people consisting of class VII, VIII and class IX students. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire/questionnaire for students' perceptions of the teacher's pedagogic competence and documentation for student learning outcomes. The data analysis technique that the author uses is descriptive data analysis, prerequisite analysis test in the form of data normality test and linearity test. Then test the hypothesis using the Product Moment Correlation formula.The results showed that students' perceptions of the teacher's pedagogic competence were included in the "good" category, with the percentage of achievement being 84.56%. Meanwhile, for student learning outcomes in PAI learning are included in the "good enough" category based on their position in the table list of categories of student learning outcomes with an average (mean) of 88.19. The results of this study also show that there is a correlation between students' perceptions of teacher pedagogical competence and student learning outcomes in PAI learning at SMP Qur'an Al-Zamriyah, Lima Puluh Kota Regency with a correlation coefficient value of 0.468 with a "strong enough" level of relationship. Abstract

It is necessary to make learning innovations that can help improve students' understanding and reasoning to anticipate these problems. One of the efforts that can be taken is by applying a more effective learning model. Scramble learning model is one of the learning models that can be applied to improve students' creative thinking skills. Based on the background of the problem, the following problems can be formulated (1) How to apply the Scramble Type Cooperative Learning Model to improve student learning achievement In Theme 6 Sub-theme The Effect of Heat on the Life of Class V Students in Even Semesters at SDN Tarokan 5, Tarokan District, Kediri Regency, 2020 Academic Year /2021? (2) How to Improve Student Achievement Using the Scramble Type Cooperative Learning Model in Theme 6 Sub-theme The Effect of Heat on the Life of Even Semester V Graders at SDN Tarokan 5 Tarokan Sub-district, Kediri Regency, 2020/2021 Academic Year? In accordance with the type of research chosen, namely action research, this research uses the research model of Kemmis and Taggart, which is in the form of a spiral from one cycle to the next. Each cycle includes planning (plans), action (actions), observation (observations), and reflection (reflection). The steps in the next cycle are revised planning, action, observation and reflection. Before entering the first cycle, preliminary actions were carried out in the form of problem identification. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that in Cycle I, there were 4 students or 40% who achieved complete learning, Cycle II there were 6 students or 60%, who had achieved complete learning, and Cycle III there were 9 students or 90%, which have achieved mastery of learning. Abstract

This study focuses on students' spiritual level and academic achievement. The instrument used is a questionnaire adopted from Umboh and Tebo (2015) regarding the level of spirituality. The total participants were 110 students from classes Xa, Xb, Xc, and Xd SMA X using the convenience sampling method. The results of this study revealed that the spiritual level of students and the level of academic achievement of students were in the high category. And there is a significant relationship between the level of student spirituality and student academic achievement. So, the higher the spiritual level of students, the higher their academic achievement of students. As a recommendation, because schools are educational institutions, teachers should pay attention to the spiritual development of students by involving students in spiritual activities. Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the author’s observations about some parents who give freedom, some expect their children to obey the rules without guidance and direction. There are parents who give a lot of input and direction on what children do, and there are parents who give freedom to children.    The type of research is qualitative research or field research. Data collection in this writing the authors obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The source of this writing data uses the key informants of early childhood parents, supporting informants are early childhood. The data analysis technique that the author uses is data reducation, data presentation, and conclusions, then the data validity technique uses source triangulation.  Based on the results of the study, it can be understood that the parenting pattern of parents in shaping religious character in children there are differences in the way parents care for their children, there are parents who give freedom and guidance to children. Parents give a lot of input and direction on what their children do, there are parents who have little time to pay attention to their children’s growth and development and expect their children to obey the rules without any guidance and direction and there are also parents who only provide little emotional support to their children. Factors that influence parents in implementing parenting patterns for their children are the level of parental education, economic status and parental occupation.  Keywords: Parenting Style, Religious Character
