Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon that students often have difficulty in learning to read the Qur'an. This has an impact on the decline in students' learning motivation towards their ability to read the Qur'an. Therefore, it is necessary to have a special strategy from the teacher to increase the learning motivation of students in learning to read the Qur'an. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The research location is located at the TPA Nurul Iman Air Putih Jorong IV Koto. The data that the researchers got from the Al-Qur'an teacher (who teaches students to read the Qur'an) and students. The method used is observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study revealed: (1) The strategy of the Al-Qur'an teacher through an individual approach, namely the teacher took an individual approach by approaching students one by one. The teacher must recognize the character of each individual, because each individual has different characters and abilities, the teacher must be able to present it in a language that is understood by students. (2) The strategy of the Al-Qur'an teacher through the provision of sanctions, namely punishment is only in the form of bluffing to make students deterrent and not feel that they are being punished. Teachers are very careful in giving punishment, usually by telling students to memorize. However, if students are not deterred, they will be given the same punishment again. 3) The strategy of the Al-Qur'an teacher through providing guidance is by taking an individual approach first to find out and explore the character of students, the personality of students, and the problems that students complain about. Abstract

This writing is motivated by the declining learning achievement of students at MAN 4 Agam due to the laziness of students to read, write, understand, and communicate the knowledge they have learned, which causes students' grades to decline. Because the development of the era of students more and more misuse the internet. It would be nice to use the internet for learning such as reading, listening or watching shows that contain education. So to overcome this and revive reading culture, the government made regulation No.23 of 2015, the Ministry of Culture and Education requires reading books 15 minutes before learning. Also known as the School Literacy Movement. For this reason, the author tries to describe the School Literacy Movement at MAN 4 Agam in increasing learning achievement of Islamic Cultural History. The type of research that the researcher uses in this research is Field Research. While the research method that the author uses is descriptive qualitative, namely research that describes the data as it is in the field. In this study, the author describes the implementation of the School Literacy Movement at MAN 4 Agam. The data collection method was taken from observation, documentation and interviews with key informants and supporting informants. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the Literacy Movement is very effective in improving the ability to read, write, understand and communicate again. Which will later improve student learning achievement itself. As in the research of researchers, namely the learning of Islamic Cultural History which makes learning outcomes satisfying. There are three stages of the School Literacy Movement activity, namely the habituation stage, the development stage and the literacy stage in learning. The MAN 4 religious school itself has carried out these three stages and is still running at the literacy stage in learning. Abstract

The government is taking steps in dealing with the threat from the Pandemic to save the nation's children. One of the steps taken is in the field of education by implementing online lectures for students in every university. Online learning activities and working from home for educators are changes that must be made by lecturers to continue teaching students. Distance education has the aim of improving the quality of education and the relevance of education as well as increasing equitable access and expansion of education. Distance education that is held with good quality assurance and in accordance with the needs of stakeholders is one of the mechanisms for expanding access to higher education. This study aims to determine the impact of student online lectures on the MSME community in Medan City (object of research for Micro and Small Entrepreneurs in East Medan District). Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that online learning applied to students must be carried out alternately by providing time lapses or changing times, meaning that online lectures are carried out by inserting face-to-face lectures, for example the first week face-to-face then the second week of lectures again online and and so on for the following week by always implementing health protocols and maintaining distance and dividing face-to-face time for 2 meetings each class in turn. The presence of campus students, although not entirely every week, will bring changes to the community of MSME actors who work around campus and depend on students as consumers who can mainly help their income, which during the Post-Pandemic period and PKKM greatly decreased, it will increase even though it is not optimal. With this change, the MSME community around the campus can maintain their business and avoid their business from experiencing a situation that is in danger of closing. Abstract

This research departs from the phenomenon experienced by fourth graders in Jorong Lareh Nan Panjang Nagari Atar, Padang Ganting District, where there are several children who have learning difficulties. Learning difficulties are learning inaccuracies caused by the possibility of brain dysfunction, difficulties in academic tasks, low learning achievement far below intelligence certainty, other causes such as blindness, emotional disturbances, sensory barriers, learning inaccuracies, or cultural poverty. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, children study at home online (on a network), this is in accordance with government regulations through the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, implementing a policy of studying and working at home starting in mid-March 2020. Problems found, such as lack of quota to learn online, do not understand the explanation through online learning, children's learning motivation is low, it is difficult to find a network for online learning, the lack of attention given by parents. This research belongs to descriptive qualitative research, namely research methods that aim to describe in full and in depth about social reality and various phenomena that occur in the community that are the subject of research so that character traits, traits, and models are depicted with these phenomena. Data were collected using interviews and documentation. In carrying out purpose sampling interviews, namely sampling techniques with certain considerations. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that children had difficulty learning PAI online during the Covid-19 Pandemic, as seen from the author's direct interview in Jorong Lareh Nan Panjang. That During the Pandemic, children had learning difficulties, were not enthusiastic in learning, were not comfortable studying at home, lacked quota, sore eyes because they looked at their cellphones for too long, lack of parental attention, difficult networks, insufficient study materials, noisy home conditions. So it can be concluded that children really have difficulty learning in PAI subjects online during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Jorong Lareh Nan Panjang Nagari Atar, Padang Ganting District. Abstract

This study discusses the interest in reading the Al-Qur'an in students at SMP Negeri 3 Ampek Nagari Kab. Religion with the background of the problem there are still students whose interest in reading the Al-Qur'an is low, because students are less enthusiastic in reading the Al-Qur'an. So in this case, it is very necessary for the teacher's efforts to increase interest in reading the Al-Qur'an in students. The purpose of this study was to find out how the students' interest in reading the Al-Qur'an was in students, as well as what factors influenced the interest in reading the Al-Qur'an in students at SMP Negeri 3 Ampek Nagari. This type of research uses field research, through a descriptive qualitative approach that describes a phenomenon that occurs in the field. The location of this research is in SMP Negeri 3 Ampek Nagari Kab. Agam, with key informants namely students of class VIII.C and supporting informants namely Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Ampek Nagari. In collecting data, researchers used observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, to analyze the data, researchers used data reduction, data display (data presentation), and data verification (drawing conclusions). Based on the results of the research that the author has done, it can be concluded that there are some students who have low interest in reading the Qur'an (less). So to increase students' interest in reading the Al-Qur'an, it takes the efforts of teachers and parents in providing motivation, so that students' interest in reading the Al-Qur'an increases and is supported by facilities and infrastructure at school. One of the efforts that PAI teachers have given at school is by asking students to read/memorize as many short verses as possible. For students who memorize a lot, they will be rewarded, this is an example of motivation that can increase students' enthusiasm (interest) in reading the Al-Qur'an. Abstract

The emergence of religion makes ancestral traditions used as a medium for delivering da'wah messages. When Islam entered the archipelago, the kenduri tradition was used as a medium of da'wah in conveying Islamic messages, because the kenduri tradition was very strong in society. Therefore, in this study, researchers tried to explore how the kenduri tradition became a medium of da'wah in spreading Islamic teachings in Javanese society. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique was carried out by means of a study library by finding studies related to culture as a propaganda strategy, case studies of Javanese Kenduri culture, as well as observation by directly observing the kenduri procession in Sijambi Village. The results of the study show that there are four da'wah messages in the death feast tradition of Sijambi village. First, the verbal delivery of da'wah messages in the death feast tradition is found in the procession of reading tayyibah sentences, tasbih, dhikr and prayer readings. Second, the delivery of da'wah messages through nonverbal language. Third, the provision of food and drink is intended as a form of alms from the deceased in the hope of blessing from Allah SWT. Fourth, the da'wah messages contained in the Kenduri tradition of the Sijambi Village community are the values ​​of unity and friendship between fellow communities. Abstract

This research is motivated by problems in classroom management, namely, in the learning activities of grades 1 to grade 6 are united in one class, teachers pay less attention to students in explaining learning, and teachers do not apply sanctions to students who violate the rules. This research uses qualitative research, using qualitative descriptive research methods. Sources of data obtained through informants include key informants, namely TPQ Mushalla Mukhlisin teacher and supporting informants, namely TPQ Mushalla Mukhlisin students. In collecting data, using observation and interviews. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. From the results of this study, in optimizing classroom management at TPQ Mushalla Mukhlisin the teacher has implemented some components of class management skills, the first component relating to the creation and maintenance of optimal learning conditions that have been implemented is to provide clear instructions and reprimand, meanwhile that have not been applied are responsiveness, sharing attention, focusing group attention, and providing reinforcement. The second component of Skills related to controlling optimal learning conditions that have been applied is finding and solving behavior that causes problems, while what has not been applied is modifying behavior and group management. In an effort to optimize classroom management, teachers face several obstacles, including teachers who have not mastered classroom management skills, students are difficult to manage and limited facilities in teaching. Abstract

Covid-19 is an infectious disease that infects the lungs caused by the Corona virus. Incidence as of May 18, 2021 in Indonesia was 1,744,045, in Papua there were 1,606,611 cases. One of the impacts of Covid-19 on the education sector, one of which is student stress on thesis preparation. The purpose of this study was to identify a description of the stress level of nursing students in the preparation of theses during the Covid-19 pandemic, a type of quantitative descriptive research using a cross sectional study design. The population in this study were 73 final students of PSIK UNCEN, with a total sample of 61 students. This study used univariate analysis. Student stress levels were measured using a questionnaire. The results of the study using a univariate analysis test obtained the characteristics of the majority of students aged 17-25 years (52.5%), women (83.6%), non-Papuan ethnic groups (60.7%), 2019 class year (59.0%). The stress level of students showed light stress as much as 3.3%, moderate stress 70.5%, and severe stress 26.2%. The majority of students experienced moderate physical stress (40.8%), severe psychological stress (69.4%), and mild behavioral stress (92.6%). Overall the level of stress experienced by students is at a moderate level, it is expected that students can prepare themselves in working on and compiling theses diligently, multiply reading literature, be able to manage time well so that theses can be completed on time. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is effectiveness of E-learning on student loyalty through student satisfaction at STMIK Pringsewu. The research method used in this research is associative research. In this study the number of respondents taken as many as 120 respondents, with a sampling technique using accidental sampling. The data analysis technique in this study will use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) while data processing uses smartPLS software. The research shows that the effectiveness of e-learning has a significant impact on student satisfaction, student satisfaction has a significant impact on student loyalty. The effectiveness of e-learning directly does not have a significant impact on loyalty, but the effectiveness of e-learning indirectly has a significant impact on student loyalty through student satisfaction at STMIK Pringsewu Keywords : Effectiveness of e-learning, Student Satisfaction, Student Loyalty, Structural Equation Modeling

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant effect of compensation, motivation, and work environment simultaneously and partially on employee performance at PT. Intek Lampung. The research method used is associative research, while the sampling uses Nonprobability Sampling with saturated sampling method involving 87 respondents in the production department. The data analysis method uses the average method, scale range, multiple linear regression, F and T statistical tests. The results of the study show that: Compensation, motivation, and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance and partially compensation, motivation, and work environment. work environment has a significant effect on employee performance Keywords : Compensation, Motivation, Work Environment and Performance
