Abstract

In the field of early childhood education, the purpose of this research was to better comprehend and manage problematic behaviors. The quantitative method was utilized in order to acquire data from the fifty instructors who were working in early childhood education environments. The prevalence of problematic behaviors, instructors' confidence in confronting them, and the use of evidence-based interventions to support children's social-emotional development were all analyzed using descriptive statistics. According to the findings, difficult behaviors are relatively prevalent in early childhood education; however, educators typically feel confident in their ability to address them and are using evidence-based interventions to support the development of children. On the other hand, the research underscored the necessity of continuing training and assistance in order to encourage favorable outcomes for all children who participate in early childhood education. The findings add to our knowledge of how teachers handle problematic behaviors in the classroom and have significant repercussions for both future research and practice in the field of early childhood education.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to learn more about the variables that affect teachers' perspectives on diversity and inclusion in the classroom. Two hundred early childhood instructors were surveyed, and twenty were interviewed further as part of a quantitative study strategy. Methods such as descriptive statistics, analysis of variance analyses, and regression analysis were used to examine the data. The findings imply that teachers are aware of and open to taking action in support of efforts to increase school variety and inclusion. However, socioeconomic variables like education level and years of experience may lead to variations in perspectives on diversity and inclusion. Instructors with more training and experience were more likely to consider diversity and inclusion crucial, and they also had greater faith in their own abilities to foster such values. The results stress the importance of teachers and the need for continuing efforts to support their professional growth and training in fostering an environment that values and celebrates differences among children in pre-school and kindergarten. Last but not least, ensuring that all children are given a fair chance to flourish in life requires a commitment to variety and equality in early childhood education.

Abstract

This research sought to evaluate the variables influencing the successful implementation of educational policies in underdeveloped countries, with a particular emphasis on Ghana. In this study, a quantitative research approach was taken, and data were gathered through the administration of a survey to a sample size of one hundred fifty policymakers and instructors in Ghana. In order to evaluate the data, both descriptive and inferential statistics were utilized. According to the conclusions, there is a favorable correlation between successful implementation and the governmental, economic, social, and societal variables as well as technological factors. The strongest associations were identified for technological and cultural variables, which suggests that expenditures in technological advancement and cultural awareness can have a beneficial effect on the implementation of educational policies. According to the findings of the multiple regression analysis, all of the variables had a substantial favorable impact on the successful implementation of the plan, with the technological elements demonstrating the strongest effect. According to the findings of the research, in order for educational policies to be successfully implemented in developing countries, a holistic strategy that takes into consideration all of the important variables is required. By considering these variables, policymakers in developing countries will be able to improve the efficacy of educational programs and encourage egalitarian access to education. This research provides important insights for policymakers and stakeholders interested in the administration of educational strategies in underdeveloped countries.

Abstract

This study used a quantitative research technique to investigate teenagers' perspectives and experiences with Comprehensive Sex Education (CSE) programs. The study included replies from 450 teenagers aged 14 to 18, from various socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. Adolescents valued the thorough covering of themes (mean = 4.56) and found the content relevant (mean = 4.72), highlighting good evaluations of CSE content and delivery. The study demonstrated the necessity of engaging teaching approaches (mean = 4.38) and provided light on the need for frank talks regarding sexual health (mean = 4.24). While participants reported feeling comfortable discussing sexual health (84.4%) and believing CSE enhanced their understanding (93.3%), the reported percentage of consistent contraceptive usage (40.0%) was lower, demonstrating the difficulty in transferring knowledge into conduct. These findings are consistent with past studies, highlighting the persistent challenge to overcome the knowledge-behavior divide. The study's conclusions call for CSE programs to include practical skill-building components as well as to foster inclusive spaces that encourage open discourse about sexual health. This study contributes to the conversation around adolescent sexual health education by stressing the need of participant-centered, holistic approaches that allow teenagers to make educated decisions about their sexual well-being.

Abstract

During the outbreak of COVID-19, all schools and universities in Bangladesh as well as around the globe were closed. For this reason, a large proportion of the disadvantaged students absented themselves from school. This study aims to gain insight into the actual state of underprivileged primary schools in Dhaka that are run by NGOs. Fundamentally, the study looked at how schools are adapting to change and what methods they are using for students interested in continuing their education. Results from qualitative research such as in-depth interviews with participants and FGDs are presented. According to the study, although they were forced to temporarily turn away from their education because of the pandemic, children in underprivileged institutions persevered with their schooling. The pandemic overall brought a massive hurdle to daily life, but people have gotten used to it. It seemed that when the schools closed low-income children would be hard hit. In reality, however, it wasn't nearly as bad as people feared. The study's findings would be extremely useful for gaining a deeper comprehension of the schools' initiatives and motivations amidst the pandemic.
