Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the loyalty of Almeera Hijab consumers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research model in this study is to use a qualitative descriptive method, namely the researcher describes and describes the data obtained from the research results then the conclusion is drawn to determine the marketing communication strategy that is in Almeera Hijab. The results of this study are whether or not in the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, consumer loyalty can still be maintained, even if it does not rule out the possibility of adding new consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study, namely to find out the general description of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and profitability at Almeera Atelier and determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on profitability at Almeera Atelier. The object of this research is Almeera Atelier. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with descriptive and associative approaches because of the variables that will be examined in relation to it and its purpose is to present a structured picture. The results of this study have an influence in the implementation of CSR on increasing profitability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to decide the impact of green marketing towards buying interest products in Kiwari Bamboe MSMEs. The object of this examination is Kiwari Bamboe Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Cintaraja, Tasikmalaya Regency. This study uses two variables to test the effect, namely the independent variable in this study is green marketing (X) and the dependent variable is buying interest (Y). This research was conducted using a survey method with a quantitative approach. The results of this study are that green marketing has a positive effect on product buying interest in Kiwari Bamboe MSMEs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to  to find out how to implement the social business model for the Mie Qta business. Mie Qta is a business in the FB (food and beverage) industry that has been established since 2018 and is located in the South Tangerang Region. Mie Qta's initial business model is a general business model that has been widely used by other businesses. Mid-2020 Mie Qta began to remodel its business model into a social business model that started with a collaboration with one of the fundraiser communities in Jakarta (Goodsforgood) to raise funds for medical personnel treating COVID-19 victims. Seeing the planning of Mie Qta in implementing the Social Business Model Canvas, it is necessary to do research on the social business model that aims to find out how to implement the social business model for the Mie Qta business.

Abstract

Study this background by the Covid 19 pandemic in Indonesia which caused problem are you serious appear like decrease in sales volume good for company big as well as SMEs such as Bamboo Souvenirs Lake (Sobat Asik) in the city of Tasikmalaya. Formulas problem in study this is the sales volume of Bamboo Souvenirs Lake (Sobat Asik) in time Covid-19 pandemic is decreasing as well as no balanced with marketing optimally. The Purpose for knowing how description general and form strategy business Social Business Model Canvas (SBMC) Bamboo Souvenir Lake (Sobat Asik) and how formulation the right strategy at the time Covid-19 pandemic. Method study use method qualitative descriptive. Primary data obtained from company internal party buddy Absorbed while secondary data obtained from multiple data books, journals and bulletin. Results the research is strategy social business model canvas (SBMC) can made tool analysis new for social enterprise, which aims for designing formulation strategy business new and analyzed with strategy blue ocean for knowing scale priority strategy formulated business.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic occurred in Indonesia and all over the world, of course, it has an effect on daily activities carried out, from a normal atmosphere to a new atmosphere or new normal which of course requires all parties to adapt again in order to survive. This happened in Rini's Cake's MSME business marketing process, so a study was carried out aimed at restructuring the marketing communication strategy and looking for creative ideas to increase sales volume in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative exploratory research using purposive sampling method, the data collected consists of primary data and secondary were obtained from interviews, observations, reports sales and journals before. The results of this study are that Rini's Cake has a strategic design in increasing sales volume that has been adjusted to the Covid-19 pandemic so that the sales volume of Rini's Cake products can still go on and there is an increase and this research indirectly complements the previous research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Facebook social media marketing on brand awareness. The object of this study is micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) Ornamental Fish Lovers at Starlite in Tasikmalaya City. This study used quantitative calculations by collecting data through the dissemination of questionnaires. The population in this study were followers of the Kamfa Louhan Lovers Tasikmalaya group. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The result of this study is that facebook social media has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness on Starlite. This is evidenced by a t-test and a one-tailed test which states that the calculated t value is 20.443 ttable 1.66055 with a signif level of 0.000 0.05.

Abstract

Social problems are problems that are contrary to the social values adopted by society, such as poverty. Tasikmalaya Regency is one of the areas that has a fairly high poverty rate. MSMEs are one way to alleviate poverty. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of MSMEs in solving social problems in Tasikmalaya Regency. The results of this study are that SMEs play a role in reducing unemployment with the comparison that 1 UMKM is able to empower 2-9 workers. In addition, MSMEs in Tasikmalaya Regency are able to reduce the number of poor people. This can be seen from the average amount of wages received by workers in the MSME sector which is above the monthly expenditure for basic needs with a ratio of IDR 3.150.572,55 to IDR 977.655 per capita.

Abstract

This research was conducted to dig out the root causes of ineffectiveness of marketing strategies implemented in English Educational Tourism Village in Pare, Kediri Regency and find the recommendations for them, specifically post-pandemic context. This research using a qualitative descriptive method, then, analyzed using a fishbone diagram.  The result depicted English courses in Pare, Kediri did not well implement marketing strategies, specifically digitally. It was because of lacking knowledge and skills regarding business management, less capital and lacking high-quality human resources needed. In general, researchers gave some recommendations for evaluating marketing strategies such as : 1) Implementing Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning (STP) strategies, 2) Digitalizing marketing strategies 3) Gaining more capital, 4) Upscaling human resource competencies.

Abstract

The research was conducted to know the effect Competence and Knowledge Management on Employee Performance At the Indonesian University of Education, Tasikmalaya Campus. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The research results show that Competence positively and significantly affects the performance of Administrative Section Employees of the UPI Tasikmalaya Campus. This means that if the competence of employees increases, the performance of the Administrative Section Employees will also increase. Knowledge management positively and significantly affects the performance of Administrative Section Employees of the UPI Tasikmalaya Campus. This means that if knowledge management increases, the performance of Administrative Officers will also increase. Competence and knowledge management have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Administrative Section Employees of the UPI Tasikmalaya Campus. This means that if competence and knowledge management increase, the performance of the Administrative Section Employees also increases.
