Abstract

This Study Aimed To Describe If The Variable Influence On Product Quality Product Purchasing Decisionskfc Sutomo. Whether Variables Affect The Brand Image Of The Product Purchase Decisions KFC Sutomo.Is The Variable Product Quality And Brand Image Influence The Purchasing Produck KFC Sutomo.The Population In This Study Was Students Whom To Be Buying KFC Sutomo At Fakulty Of A Economics And Business, A Total Of 40 Respondents Using Non-Probability Sampling. Data That Has Met The Validity And Reliability, And Classical Assumption (T Test And F Test) Is Processed To Produce A Regression Equation As Follows: Y = 13,789 + -0,261 X1 + 0,689 X2 Where The Purchasing Loyality (Y), The Qulity Of The Product (X1), And Brand Image (X2). Hypothesis Testing Using T Test Showed That The Variable Quality Of The Products That Have Been Researched Proved No Effect On The Purchasing Decisions, But The Variables That Proved Influential Brand Image On Consumers Purchasing Decisions. Hypothesis Testing Using The F Test Shows That The Variable Quality Of The Product And Brand Image Influence On Purchase Decisions By 22, 7%, While The Remaining 77, 3% Is Influenced By Variables That Are Not Used In This Study.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Indah Lestari Medan Brand. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this research uses descriptive observations. The instrument used was a questionnaire. With a population of 100 and a sample size of 20. The data analysis technique used is simple regression using SPSS statistical tools. The results of the research found that there is an influence between work discipline on the performance of PT employees. Indah Lestari Medan Brand.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify and analyze the influence of service quality and location on customer satisfaction. This type of research uses a quantitative approach, because the data to be processed is ratio data and to determine the magnitude of the influence between the variables studied with a sample of 170 people. Where the samples taken have been using products from the Mona Fashion store and this research uses a statistical tool, namely SPSS. The analysis technique used in the research is the validity test, reliability test and normality test. The results of the research can be concluded that service quality partially has a positive effect on satisfaction. customers. This is proven by the t-calculated value being greater than the t-table, namely 2,134 > 0.1506. With a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, location partially has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. This is proven by the t-calculated value greater than in the t-table, namely 0.503 > 0.1506. With a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, simultaneously service quality and location influence customer satisfaction at mona fashion store and there is no indication of multicollinearity in this model so the analysis results are considered valid.

Abstract

Readiness for the world of work for students is something that needs to be considered together, because it is related to the student's future. Generally, each study program has its own program to create graduates who are ready to enter the world of industry. This research aims to determine: (1) the level of students' readiness to enter the industrial world, (2) students' competitive ability in entering the industrial world, (3) the relationship and influence of internship experience, productive learning outcomes and family social support on students' readiness to enter industrial world. This research is an ex-post facto type research with a correlation research design. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the level of student work readiness in entering the industrial world is 36.65% of students have a very high level of work readiness, and 63.35% of students have a high level of work readiness. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a positive and significant influence between student internship experience, productive learning outcomes and family social support on students' work readiness to enter the industrial world, with the contribution given being 32.7% (R2 = 0.327). This explains that student internship experience, productive learning outcomes and family social support together are able to explain the variance in student work readiness by 32.7%.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the foreign payment traffic mechanism in export and import activities, which is an important aspect of international trade. In the current context of globalization, trade transactions cannot be carried out only by relying on direct relations between exporters and importers. It requires oversight from multilateral institutions, such as the World Trade Organization (WTO), to ensure smoothness and fairness in such transactions. An effective payment mechanism is essential to ensure that payments are made on time and in accordance with the agreement, thus increasing trust between the parties involved. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection through literature study, document analysis, and interviews with experts in the field of international trade and banking.

Abstract

Time is one of the greatest blessings given by Allah SWT to humans and has an important role in the life of a Muslim. This article analyzes the hadith of Rasulullah SAW which says, “Take advantage of five things before five things,” which teaches the importance of time management in various aspects of life. This hadith emphasizes the use of youth, health, wealth, free time and life before the arrival of a more challenging phase. By understanding this hadith, Muslims are invited to manage their time productively, not only for worldly interests, but also to achieve spiritual blessings. This article also provides a guide to the practical implementation of time management according to Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Organizational commitment in higher education institutions plays an important role in improving the quality of education. The demands and needs of society for the quality of education are aligned with organizational commitment. On the other hand, the merger of universities is also a strategic step in improving the quality of education. At this point, the merger of organizations can influence the work commitment of its employees, with various moderating factors. This study aims to describe how organizational commitment is, especially on post-merger period. By using 5 dimensions of organizational commitment, the differences in commitment in each group are tested quantitatively. Of the five dimensions of organizational commitment, namely: affective commitment, ongoing commitment (active), ongoing commitment (passive), normative commitment, and value commitment, there are significant differences in ongoing commitment (active) and values. The implication of this finding is that there is no common orientation towards career and shared values ​​after the merger.

Abstract

MSMEs are expected to be responsive and able to understand the market so they can survive in competition. Basically, marketing strategy is a way to show the superiority of a product which aims to win sustainable marketing competition for both goods and service production companies. One of the MSMEs that runs this business is Meler Chocolate Bananas. The problem formulation for this research is: What is the marketing strategy and target market carried out by Meler Chocolate Banana MSMEs to increase the competitiveness of their business? This research aims to determine the marketing strategy and target market for Meler Chocolate Banana MSMEs in increasing their business competitiveness. It is hoped that this research will have theoretical and practical benefits that will help in implementing marketing strategies and market targets in increasing business competitiveness. This research uses a type of descriptive qualitative research, where the sample determination technique uses a purposive sampling method, the researcher analyzes the data by conducting Data Reduction, Data Display, SWOT Analysis, and Drawing Conclusions. The impact of marketing strategies in increasing the competitiveness of Piscok Meler MSMEs, through appropriate marketing strategies increases the competitiveness of brown banana businesses by dividing the market into smaller segments. So companies can identify customer groups that have similar needs and characteristics.

Abstract

Brunei Darussalam is known as a country with abundant natural resources, especially petroleum and natural gas, which form the backbone of its economy. However, the heavy reliance on the energy sector makes the country vulnerable to changes in oil prices in the global market. This research aims to examine natural resource management strategies that can promote economic diversification and ensure long-term sustainability. The research used a qualitative descriptive method with data drawn from official reports, scientific articles, and international organizations. The results show that economic diversification in the tourism, agriculture, and technology sectors, as well as oil revenue management can be the key to building a more stable economy in Brunei.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Income Tax (PPh) Article 21 with Average Effective Rate (TER) at PT. Medikaloka Wonogiri. Using a qualitative approach, this study collected data through interviews and documents related to tax deductions, deposits, and reporting. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of this new scheme has been well received by employees, who did not protest the changes. Employees understand that there is no significant difference in the amount of tax to be paid compared to the previous scheme. In addition, the implementation of PPh Article 21 TER also contributes to increasing employee awareness and compliance with their tax obligations. This study concludes that tax reforms carried out by the government can have a positive impact on taxpayers, as well as increase state tax revenues. The advice given is for companies to continue to socialize tax policies and for the government to evaluate existing policies to create a more efficient and fair tax system.
