Abstract

This study aims to explore in depth the economic impact experienced by the community as a result of tourism development in Lantan Village, as well as the social impacts arising from these activities on the local residents. This research is expected to serve as a useful medium for sharing the author’s knowledge regarding the analysis of the impact of tourism development on the economy and social life of the community in Lantan Village, Batukliang Utara District, Central Lombok Regency. The research employs a qualitative approach using a case study strategy, where primary data were collected through in-depth interviews with tourism business actors, MSME entrepreneurs, and community leaders directly involved in tourism activities in Lantan Village. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that most informants gave positive responses toward the presence of tourism, as it has increased community income and expanded employment opportunities. In addition, tourism development has brought significant social impacts, such as enhanced social interaction, changes in lifestyle, and a growing awareness among the community about the importance of preserving the local environment and culture amidst the ongoing development of the tourism sector.

Abstract

The Islamic economic system emphasizes the principle of wealth distribution that is fair and equitable through the institutions of Zakat, Infaq, Sedekah, and Wakaf (ZISWAF). ZISWAF plays a role as a social instrument to improve community welfare and reduce economic disparities. Zakat is an obligation for Muslims who are capable, while infaq and sedekah are voluntary forms of social concern that can be performed at any time. Wakaf, with its focus on sustainability, has significant potential to support long-term development through the management of assets for public benefit, such as in education and healthcare. Through professional, transparent, and accountable management, ZISWAF can have a significant impact on poverty alleviation, reduce social inequality, and strengthen an economy based on Islamic values. ZISWAF management institutions such as BAZNAS and Dompet Dhuafa play an important role in economic empowerment programs, social assistance distribution, and the management of productive waqf. This article aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the ZISWAF concept and explain the role of each component in the Islamic social finance system, as well as highlight the potential of ZISWAF in creating a just, independent, and sustainable economy in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial leverage and profitability on stock returns six months after an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in companies that went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2021-2024. Leverage in this study is measured using two variables, namely the Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER) and the Debt-to-Asset Ratio (DAR), while profitability is measured using Return On Assets (ROA). The sample used in this study consisted of 130 companies that went public between 2021-2024. This study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results showed that leverage and profitability had a positive but insignificant effect on stock returns six months after the IPO. These findings indicate that investors in the secondary market do not seem to base their investment decisions entirely on financial indicators such as DER, DAR, and ROA in the early period after the IPO. Instead, fluctuations in stock returns six months after the initial listing are more likely to be influenced by external factors, such as market conditions, investor confidence levels, and sentiment towards the company's prospects.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of Logo and Hedonic Value on Customer Loyalty, mediated by Customer Satisfaction at the Buttonscraves Store in Muara Bungo. Using a Descriptive research method and Quantitative analysis with the SmartPLS 4.0 testing tool, the number of respondents is 100 people. The results of this study directly show that the Logo (X1) significantly influences Customer Loyalty (Y), with a T-Statistic value of (2.198 > 1.96). The Logo (X1) does not influence Customer Satisfaction, with a T-Statistic value of (0.913 < 1.96). The Hedonic Value (X2) influences Customer Loyalty (Y), with a T-Statistic value of (3.750 > 1.96). Furthermore, the Hedonic Value influences Customer Satisfaction (Z), with a T-Statistic value of (10.381 > 1.96). Customer Satisfaction (Z) significantly influences Customer Loyalty (Y), with a T-Statistic value of (3.699 > 1.96). Indirectly, the Logo (X1) does not significantly influence Customer Loyalty (Y) when mediated by Customer Satisfaction (Z), with a T-Statistic of (0.895 < 1.96). Additionally, the Hedonic Value (X) significantly influences Customer Loyalty (Y) when mediated by Customer Satisfaction (Z), with a T-Statistic of (3.237 > 1.96).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of promotion, price, and product design on consumer purchasing decisions at Nida Collection, a home-based garment business located in Adiwerna, Tegal Regency. The research is motivated by the increasing competition in the garment industry and the shift in consumer behavior that demands more effective marketing strategies. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects include the business owner, marketing staff, and regular customers of Nida Collection. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that promotion has the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions, followed by product design and price. Social media promotion effectively enhances consumer awareness, increases purchase intention, and expands market reach. Competitive pricing that aligns with product quality also plays a crucial role in consumer decision-making. Additionally, attractive and trend-oriented product designs strengthen consumer preference and satisfaction. The study concludes that the synergy among promotion, price, and product design is a key determinant of consumer purchasing behavior in the local garment industry. These findings provide practical implications for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in developing more adaptive and consumer-oriented marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the limited human resources of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) of Campurdarat Regional Hospital affect the efficiency of financial management. The background of this study is the lack of professional human resources (HR) in the financial sector, which can hinder the effectiveness, accuracy of reporting, and transparency of hospital financial governance. To obtain a comprehensive picture of the financial management situation at Campurdarat Regional Hospital, the methodology used was interviews, observation, and documentation studies. This research in the study findings shows that although financial management has been implemented in accordance with regulations, such as the values of transparency and accountability, the lack of human resources causes a number of problems, including high employee workloads, delays in financial reporting, and errors in recording drug receivables to third parties. This condition will hamper cooperation between units and reduce the effectiveness of internal supervision. The quality of human resources is a crucial component in realizing effective and efficient public financial governance, according to institutional and resource theories. Therefore, to ensure more effective, accountable, and sustainable financial management in the Campurdarat Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD), capacity building through continuous training, recruitment of professional staff, and optimization of the role of the Internal Supervisory Unit (SPI) is very crucial.
