Abstract

Abstrak : Upaya Meningkatkan Aktivitas Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran IlmuPengetahuan Alam Materi Pokok Struktur Rangka Manusia Melalui Multi MetodePembelajaran di Kelas IV SD Negeri No. 020 Bonandolok Kecamatan Siabu KabupatenMandailing Natal Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Dari penelitian yang dilaksanakandiperoleh peningkatan hasil belajar setelah dilaksanakan tindakan. Pada siklus Idiperoleh presentase ketuntasan belajar siswa 57,1% dan skor nilai ketuntasan kelas62,5% dengan nilai terendah 50 dan nilai terbaik 90. Pada siklus II diperoleh presentaseketuntasan belajar siswa sebesar 100% dan skor nilai ketuntasan kelas 71,4% dengannilai terendah 70 dan nilai terbaik 90. Terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar IPA siswa darisiklus I ke siklus II, untuk presentase ketuntasan belajar siswa terjadi peningkatansebesar 42,9% dan skor nilai ketuntasan kelas sebesar 24,8%.Kata Kunci : Multiple Learning, Mata Pelajaran IPA, Aktivitas Siswa dan Hasil NilaiBelajar

Abstract

Abstract: Application of Numbered Heads Together (Nht) Learning to Improve Class X Students' Learning Outcomes on Chemical Bonds at Smk Negeri 1 Gandapura. This research was conducted by giving a pre-test to students to determine students' initial abilities before learning, then subjected to the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) learning model treatment on Chemical Bonding material for 6 hours of lessons with 2 meetings. After finishing the lesson, a post-test was given to determine the increase in student learning outcomes. The final test of the first cycle of action was obtained by students who did not achieve the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) totaling 8 people (28.57%) while students who achieved the completeness criteria scores were 20 people (71.43%), the results of the observation were that there were research activities in the action Cycle I achieved a score of 90% and the results of observing student activities reached 83.75%. While the final test of the second cycle of action obtained students who did not achieve the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) totaled 3 people (10.72%) while students who achieved the completeness criteria scores were 25 people (89.28%), the results of observations on the activities of researchers in The second cycle of action obtained a score of 94.2% and the results of observing student activities reached 93.75%. Thus, it can be concluded that the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) learning model can improve student learning outcomes on Chemical Bonding material in class X SMK Negeri 1 Gandapura. Keywords: Numbered Heads Together (NHT) Learning Model, Student Learning Outcomes, Chemical Bonds Abstrak: Penerapan Pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (Nht) Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X Pada Materi Ikatan Kimia di Smk Negeri 1 Gandapura. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara memberikan pre-test pada siswa untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal siswa sebelum pembelajaran, selanjutnya dikenakan perlakuan model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT) pada materi Ikatan Kimia selama 6 jam pelajaran dengan 2 kali pertemuan. Setelah selesai pembelajaran, diberikan post-test untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Tes akhir tindakan siklus I diperoleh siswa  yang tidak  mencapai nilai kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) berjumlah 8 orang (28,57%) sedangkan siswa yang mencapai nilai kriteria ketuntasan berjumlah 20 orang (71,43%), hasil observasi terdapat aktivitas peneliti pada tindakan siklus I mencapai skor 90% dan hasil observasi aktivitas siswa mencapai 83,75%. Sedangkan tes akhir tindakan siklus II diperoleh siswa  yang tidak  mencapai nilai kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) berjumlah 3 orang (10,72%) sedangkan siswa yang mencapai nilai kriteria ketuntasan berjumlah 25 orang (89,28%), hasil observasi terhadap aktivitas peneliti pada tindakan siklus II memperoleh skor 94,2% dan hasil observasi aktivitas siswa mencapai 93,75%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi Ikatan Kimia di kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Gandapura Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT), Hasil Belajar Siswa, Ikatan Kimia

Abstract

Abstrak : Meningkatkan Aktivitas Belajar PKn Siswa Melalui Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Team Games Tournament Di Kelas III SD Negeri No. 057205 Pasar I Semester Genap T.A 2015/2016. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Team Games Tournament di kelas III SD Negeri No. 057205 Pasar I. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 27 orang siswa. Penelitian berlangsung selama dua siklus dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) Aktivitas belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Team Games Tournament berdasarkan pengamatan kedua pengamat mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II. 2) Hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Team Games Tournament meningkat dari siklus I ke siklus II. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Team Games Tournament, Aktivitas Siswa

Abstract

Abstract: Teacher Career Improvement in BM Exemplary Private VocationalSchool Medan. Survey Sites at BM Teladan Jl. Pukat IV No. 52, Bantan TimurVillage, Medan Tembung Subdistrict, Medan, North Sumatra. The time of thesurvey was conducted in February 2018. All subjects in the BM ExemplaryVocational School were the subjects in this study. The technique of collecting datathrough interviews and direct observation to the Exemplary BM Vocational Schoolwith speakers, namely the Principal. In the field observation process, there are stillmany teachers who have not been certified even though they have become seniorteachers, there are still many teachers who have not been able to apply various typesof learning models, and many teachers who have not been able to use learningmedia. This problem causes the teacher to hamper in developing his career. Basedon the results of research at the BM Exemplary Private Vocational School, Medan,data obtained that the number of teachers who have carried out professionalizationin the development of teacher careers is still relatively low. Yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru diSMK BM Teladan. Teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara dan observasilangsung ke SMK BM Teladan dengan narasumber yaitu Kepala Sekolah.Padaproses observasi dilapangan ditemukan masih banyak guru yang belum sertifikasimeskipun sudah menjadi guru senior, masih banyaknya guru yang belum mampumenerapkan berbagai macam model pembelajaran, dan masih banyak guru yangbelum dapat menggunakan media pembelajaran. Permasalahan inilah yangmenyebabkan terhambatnya guru dalam mengembangkan karirnya. Berdasarkanhasil penelitian di SMK SWASTA BM Teladan Medan, diperoleh data bahwajumlah guru yang telah melaksanakan profesionalisasi dalam perkembangan karirguru masih tergolong rendah. Dari 22 guru hanya terdapat 11 guru yang telahmelakukan sertifikasi.Kata Kunci : Karir Guru, Profesionalitas Guru, Sertifikasi Guru

Abstract: Increasing Interest In Learning In The Pandemic Using The Blended Learning Model Radio And Tv System Application Lessons Class XII Audio Video Engineering Private Vocational School Of  Taruna Satria Pekanbaru . his study aims to increase student interest in learning during the pandemic on radio and TV systems, TV as teaching aids through the application of blended learning learning models in class XII Audi Video Engineering SMK Taruna Satria Pekanbaru Pekanbaru. July to August 2020. The subjects of this study were students of class XII Audio Video Engineering SMK Taruna Satria Pekanbaru, totaling 9 people, consisting of 9 males. The data in this study were collected using a learning outcome test which was assessed based on indicators of interest. learn the working concepts of radio and television. The completeness of student learning outcomes is by comparing the basic scores with the Daily Deuteronomy I and Daily Deuteronomy II on the subject matter of the Radio and TV system. After conducting research with two cycles, the application of the blended learning learning model can increase interest in learning audio video techniques where at the end of the first cycle of action there are 6 students who have completed or 68.42% with an average student learning outcome or student understanding of 69.08, then increased in the second daily test with a total of 8 students or 84.21% with the average student learning outcomes or concept understanding increasing to 82.89 at the end of the second cycle of action. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of Blended Learning learning can improve understanding of how television work with TV as a teaching aid for class XII students of audio video techniques at the Taruna Satria Pekanbaru Private Vocational School on radio and TV system materials.Keywords: interest, blended learning, radio system, TV Abstrak: Peningkatan Minat Belajar Masa Pandemik Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Blended Learning Mata Pelajaran Penerapan Sistem Radio Dan Tv  Kelas XII Teknik Audio Video SMK Swasta Taruna Satria Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada masa pandemi pada system radio dan TV, TV sebagai alat peraga melalui penerapan model pembelajaran blended learning di kelas XII Teknik Audi Video SMK Swasta Taruna Satria Pekanbaru..Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai dengan bulan Agustus 2020.Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Teknik Audio Video SMK Swasta Taruna Satria Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 9 orang, terdiri atas 9 laki-laki.Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes hasil belajar yang di nilai  berdasarkan indikator minat belajar konsep kerja radio dan televisi. Adapun ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa yaitu dengan membandingkan skor dasar dengan Ulangan Harian I dan Ulangan Harian II pada materi pokok sistem Radio dan TV. Setelah diadakan penelitian dengan dua siklus, penerapan model pembelajaran blended learning dapat meningkatkan minat belajar teknim audio video dimana pada akhir tindakan siklus I terdapat 6 siswa yang tuntasatau 68,42% dengan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa atau pemahaman siswa 69,08, kemudian meningkat pada ulangan harian II  dengan jumlah yang tuntas 8 siswa atau 84,21% dengan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa atau pemahaman konsep meningkat menjadi 82,89 pada akhir tindakan siklus II.Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran Blended Learning dapat meningkatkan pemahaman cara kerja televisi dengan TV sebagai alat peraga siswa kelas XII teknik audio Video SMK Swasta Taruna Satria Pekanbaru pada materi system radio dan TV. Kata kunci: minat, blended learning, sistem radio, TV

Abstract

Absrack : Improving Student Learning Outcomes of Animal Life Material Using Image Media in Class IV SDN 012 Simangambat, Kecamatan Siabu Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes by using the media images in class IV SDN 012 Simangambat. This type of research is Classroom Action Research using the image media. The subjects of the study were the fourth grade students of SDN 012 Simangubat with the total number of 23 people consisting of 15 male students and 8 female students. The result of research indicate that applying of learning model using image media can improve student learning result. The learning outcomes at prasiklus, the average grade obtained by the students was 3.98 out of 23 students 20 people got scores below the KKM (86.96%), 3 complete (13.04%), the highest score 8.0 and the lowest value 1.5. In the first cycle, the average grade increased to 5.77 with 13 students scored below the KKM (56.52%) and 10 people scored above the KKM (43.48%). In cycle II the average grade value increased again to 7.17, all students completed the lowest score of 6.1, the highest score of 10.Keywords : Media Image, Student Results, ScienceAbstrak : Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPA Siswa Materi Daur Hidup Hewan Dengan Menggunakan Media Gambar di Kelas IV SDN 012 Simangambat, Kec Siabu Kab. Mandailing Natal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa siswa dengan menggunakan media gambar di kelas IV SDN 012 Simangunbat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan menggunakan media gambar. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 012 Simangambat dengan jumlah 23 orang terdiri dari 15 siswa laki-laki dan 8 siswa perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaraan menggunakan media gambar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil belajar pada saat prasiklus, rata-rata kelas yang diperoleh siswa adalah 3,98 dari 23 siswa 20 orang mendapat nilai di bawah KKM (86,96%), 3 orang tuntas (13,04%), nilai tertinggi 8,0 dan nilai terendah 1,5. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata kelas meningkat menjadi 5,77 dengan 13 siswa memperoleh nilai di bawah KKM (56,52%) dan 10 orang memperoleh nilai di atas KKM (43,48%). Pada siklus II nilai rata-rata kelas meningkat lagi menjadi 7,17 , semua siswa tuntas nilai terendah 6,1, nilai tertinggi 10.Kata Kunci : Media Gambar, Hasil Belajar Siswa, IPA

Abstract

Abstract: The Effectiveness of Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) Learning Model Assisted by a Media Bar Diagram Against Learning Outcomes of Mathematic for Class IV SDN 4 Jelobo Klaten Students. This study aims to determine the significant effectiveness of the application of the learning model of team assisted individualization assisted by the media of bar charts to the learning outcomes of Mathematic for grade IV SDN 4 Jelobo Klaten students. . This type of research is a quantitative study using a quasi experimental design with a form of non equivalent control group design. The population in this study were all students of class IV SDN 4 Jelobo Klaten, totaling 24 students and all students of class IV SDN 2 Teloyo Klaten, totaling 24 students. The data obtained were analyzed using t-test. Based on the analysis results obtained t_count = 3.106 with α = 5% and dk = 24 + 24 - 2 = 46 obtained t_table = 2.012. So t_count> t_table, that is 3.106> 2.012 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so that the Team Assisted Individualization learning model with the media bar chart is effective on learning outcomes of Mathematic. The average value of the experimental class students is 84.17 higher than the average value of the control class that is 76.00.Keywords: Team Assisted Individualization, learning outcomesAbstrak: Keefektifan Model Pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) Berbantu Media Diagram Batang Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas IV SDN 4 Jelobo Klaten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan yang signifikan pada penerapan model pembelajaran team assisted individualization berbantu media diagram batang terhadap hasil belajar Matematika siswa kelas IV SDN 4 Jelobo Klaten. . Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain quasi experimental dengan bentuk non equivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SDN 4 Jelobo Klaten yang berjumlah 24 siswa dan seluruh siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Teloyo Klaten yang berjumlah 24 siswa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji-t. Nilai rata-rata siswa kelas eksperimen yaitu 84,17 lebih tinggi daripada nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol yaitu 76,00.Kata Kunci: Team Assisted Individualization, hasil belajar.

Abstract

Abstract: The Attachment Styles and Students’ Collaborative Group Work Ability on Online Learning during The Covid-19 Pandemic. This Study was conducted to determine the effect of the four types of attachment styles on students’ collaborative group work ability during online learning. A total of 87 students from Universitas Negeri Medan completed self-administered questionnaires and the data were analysed using the multiple regression analysis (MRA). According to the findings, the four attachment styles (Secure, Anxious, Preoccupied, and Dismissing) were found to have 61% impact on the student's collaborative group work ability. The secure attachment style has the greatest influence, accounting for 45.2 %. Meanwhile, based on the results of the partial t-test, it is known that the anxious attachment style has a minimal impact on students' collaborative group work. Keywords: Attachment Style, Collaborative Group Work Abstrak: Gaya Kelekatan dan Kemampuan Belajar Kelompok Kolaboratif pada Mahasiswa di Perkuliahan Daring selama Masa Pendemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ke-empat tipe kelekatan terhadap kemampuan belajar kolaboratif mahasiswa selama pembelajaran daring. Subjek Penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Medan yang mengikuti perkulian daring selama masa pendemi Covid-19. Sebanyak 87 mahasiswa mengisi kuesioner penelitian dan hasil data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empat gaya kelekatan (aman, cemas, terikat dan lepas) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kemampuan belajar kelompok kolaboratif mahasiswa sebesar 61%. Gaya kelekatan aman memiliki pengaruh paling dominan yaitu sebesar 45,2%. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji-t parsial diketahui bahwa gaya kelekatan cemas tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemampuan belajar kelompok kolaboratif sebesar. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kelekatan, Kerja Kelompok Kolaboratif

Abstract

The leadershipp of Schools, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction with Teacher Performance of SMPN 24 Medan City. This study aims to determine effect of: (1) leadership headmaster with teacher performance; (2) work motivation with teacher performance; (3) job satisfaction with teacher performance; and (4) leadership headmaster, work motivation, and job satisfaction together with teacher performance. The population of this research is the teacher of SMPN 24 Medan City with the sample is 53 people. The method of research is correlational quantitative research with three independent variables and one dependent variable. Based on the hypothesis testing can be concluded there is a significant relationship between: (1) leadership headmaster with teacher performance of 0.538; (2) work motivation and teacher performance of 0.404; (3) job satisfaction and teacher performance of 0.390; and (4) leadership headmaster, work motivation, and job satisfaction together with teacher performance of 0.666. Overall, the result of the research shows that the improvement of teacher performance can be done through the improvement of leadership headmaster, work motivation, and job satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract: Application of Buzz Group Learning Model to Increase Indonesian Language Learning Activity Class VII-A SMP Negeri 2 Sinunukan. This study aims to improve student learning activities and student learning outcomes. The subject of this study is students 23 people. Learning result test (Pretes), with average data of 36,1 it shows that average of student not yet prepare before learning at school. Then continued KBM.In the first cycle of writing / reading (41,0%), work (26,5%), ask fellow friend (16,5%), ask teacher (14,0%), and which is not relevant to KBM (2.0%). The data of student activity according to the observation in Cycle II are: writing / reading (21,0%), working (41,0%), asking fellow friend (24,5%), ask teacher (13,5%), and which is not relevant to KBM (0%).
