Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the influence of store atmosphere and service on consumer Impulse Buying behavior at Rena Store, a retail store in Tuban City. The research was conducted using a survey method and data collection through questionnaires distributed to 110 Rena Store consumers. The variables studied include store atmosphere, service, and Impulse Buying behavior. The collected data were analyzed using regression techniques to identify the influence of these variables. The results showed that store atmosphere and service have a significant influence on consumer Impulse Buying behavior at Rena Store. An attractive and comfortable store atmosphere as well as good service can increase consumers' tendency to make impulsive purchases. The implications of this research emphasize the importance for companies to pay attention to store atmosphere and service factors to enhance consumer experience and stimulate Impulse Buying behavior. By understanding the influence of store atmosphere and service on Impulse Buying behavior, companies can develop more effective marketing strategies to achieve sales goals and consumer satisfaction. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh atmosfer toko dan pelayanan terhadap perilaku Impulse Buying konsumen di Rena Store, sebuah toko ritel di Kota Tuban. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei dan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 110 konsumen Rena Store. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi atmosfer toko, pelayanan, dan perilaku Impulse Buying. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atmosfer toko dan pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku Impulse Buying konsumen di Rena Store. Atmosfer toko yang menarik dan nyaman serta pelayanan yang baik dapat meningkatkan kecenderungan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian impulsif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya perusahaan dalam memperhatikan faktor-faktor atmosfer toko dan pelayanan guna meningkatkan pengalaman konsumen dan merangsang perilaku Impulse Buying. Dengan memahami pengaruh atmosfer toko dan pelayanan terhadap perilaku Impulse Buying, perusahaan dapat mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif dalam mencapai tujuan penjualan dan kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Abstract Murabaha is one of the transactions contained in the Islamic economic system. Murabaha is defined as someone who sells an item by asserting the purchase price to the buyer and the buyer pays it at a higher price as profit. The contract is a consumptive contract, meaning that transactions are only carried out for temporary agreements, such as agreements to purchase vehicles, electronic devices, and so on. However, over time there are many Islamic economic institutions that use the contract for the purposes of long-term transactions. This is something new and unknown in transactions murabaha in classical fiqh books. Apart from that, there are some new things regarding murabaha transactions. This paper will discuss some of the implementation/implementation of murabahah in Islamic financial institutions. Writing method This paper uses a book survey technique (library research) regarding the literature related to the implementation of murabaha. Keywords: Murabahah, Productive , Baitul Mal Wa Tamwil Abstrak Murabahah merupakan salah satu transaksi yang terdapat dalam sistem ekonomi Islam. Murabahah diartikan sebagai seseorang yang menjual suatu barang dengan menegaskan harga belinya kepada pembeli dan pembeli membayarnya dengan harga yang lebih sebagai laba. Akad tersebut merupakan akad konsumtif, artinya transaksi yang hanya di dilakukan untuk perjanjian sesaat, seperti perjanjian membeli kendaraan, alat elektronik, dan lain sebagainya. Namun demikian, seiring dengan berjalanya waktu terdapat banyak lembaga ekonomi syariah yang menggunakan akad tersebut untuk keperluan transaksi berjangka panjang. Hal ini merupakan sesuatu yang baru dan belum dikenal dalam transaksi murabahah pada kitab fiqih klasik. Selain hal tersebut, terdapat beberapa hal baru berkenaan dengan transaksi murabahah. Makalah ini akan membahas mengenai beberapa pelaksanaan/implementasi murabahah di lembaga keuangan syariah. Metode penulisan makalah ini menggunakan teknik book survey (library research) mengenai literatur-literatur yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan murabahah. Abstract

Financial performance involves analyzing how well a company adheres to financial regulations and standards. This study investigates the impact of financial innovation and financial ratios on the performance of banking companies from 2009 to 2018. The research employs a descriptive approach with quantitative methods, utilizing secondary data. Purposive sampling is the chosen sampling method. Data analysis is conducted using panel regression analysis techniques, which include the Chow test, Hausman test, Lagrange multiplier test, classical assumption test, and partial regression test. The findings indicate that the NPL ratio has a significant negative effect on ROA, the LDR ratio has a significant positive effect on ROA, while the financial innovation variable and CAR had no effect on ROA

Abstract

The research aim to determine the influence of branding on the purchase decision of Nibras clothing from Nibras House Tuban. This research is a quantitative study whose sample is 50 people including all people who can be sampled in Tuban City. Using Likert scale questionnaires in surveys to collect data. Using a series of descriptive tests of analysis supported by validity and reliability tests, and hypothesis tests from the F test, T-test and coefficient of determination test using SPSS software version 24. The results of this study show that branding can affect the purchase of Nibras clothes at Rumah Nibras Tuban City.

Abstract

Finding out how satisfied BSI KCP Tuban customers are is the aim of this study. This study is quantitative in nature and uses closed questionnaires to get data from samples of thirty-one participants. We used SPSS software version 16 to conduct validity tests, F tests, and reliability testing. The study's findings indicate that customer satisfaction is influenced by the goods and services provided by BSI KCP Tuban. The study's findings indicate that the customer satisfaction variable is positively and significantly influenced by five markers of service satisfaction: physical proof, dependability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of brand image and service quality on customer satisfaction at BSI Tuban City through a quantitative approach using purposive sampling technique and multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings reveal that brand image has a significant effect of 30.71% with a probability of 0.003, while service quality has a greater influence of 44.59% with a probability of 0.000. Collectively, brand image and service quality significantly impact customer satisfaction with a coefficient of 46.15% and a probability of 0.000. The research conclusion emphasizes that service quality has a more dominant contribution compared to brand image in influencing customer satisfaction, therefore recommending that BSI should continue to improve service quality and maintain its brand image. Future research is expected to explore additional factors such as cost, location, and promotions that potentially affect customer satisfaction in the context of sharia banking.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation and effectiveness of the subsidized Home Ownership Loan (KPR) financing program at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Tuban. This qualitative research with a descriptive approach utilizes data collected through interviews and observations. Data analysis employs descriptive techniques, and data validity is tested using triangulation. Data was gathered through three stages: observation, interviews, and document collection. The findings indicate that the implementation of the subsidized KPR program at BSI KCP Tuban provides satisfactory service during the financing process. The process is easy and transparent, with friendly and informative staff. Moreover, the disbursement of subsidized KPR financing has proven effective in assisting low-income communities in acquiring homes. The process is smooth, with easily understandable requirements and a quick approval process. This demonstrates that subsidized KPR is an effective solution in helping the community meet their housing needs.

Abstract

The research aims to find out how the efforts of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tuban in empowering the economy through financing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises; the financing process for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises carried out by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tuban; conditions of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises sector before and after financing with Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Tuban. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research using data collection methods by conducting interviews, notes, observations and documents related to solving existing problems. The results of the research are that there are financing facilities for UMKM, then the financing application process is in accordance with procrdures, after that the funds are disbursed to micro or UMKM customers for business capital.

Abstract

The bank's health level is very important to maintain because it is an institution that relies on the trust of its customers. This study aims to describe Bank Syariah Indonesia's health level in the quarter of July 2022-September 2023. The method used in this study was the CAMEL method. The CAMEL method is a specific method in financial statements, the CAMEL method consists of several aspects, namely Capital, Asset, Management, Earning, and Liquidity. The results of this research that Bank Syariah Indonesia in the quarter of July-September 2022 received a value of 96.13%, the quarter of October-December 2022 with 95.8%, the quarter of January-March 2022 with 95.88%, the quarter of April June 2023 with a value of 95.78% and the quarter of July-September 2023 with a value of 95.89%. Based on Bank Indonesia guidelines, healthy banks are banks that have a value of 81-100%, so Bank Syariah Indonesia in the quarter of July 2022-September 2023 is in the category of healthy banks. From the results of the research, it can be concluded that the level of Bank Syariah Indonesia in the quarter of July 2022 September 2023 is included in the category of healthy banks. The results of this study are expected to be the basis and comparison with the latest methods.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of mudharabah and musyarakah financing on Return On Asset (ROA) at Bank Muamalat Indonesia during the 2016-2023 period. Employing a quantitative approach with secondary data and an associative research method, the study utilizes purposive sampling techniques and data analysis through classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing with the aid of SPSS version 24. The research findings indicate that mudharabah and musyarakah financing, individually, do not significantly influence ROA, with significance levels of 0.712 and 0.067, respectively, and t-statistic values lower than the t-table. However, simultaneously, mudharabah and musyarakah financing have a significant impact on ROA, as evidenced by the significant F value (0.008 < 0.05) and an F-statistic exceeding the F-table (8.203 > 3.328).
