The research design used was quasi-experimental withpre-test and post-test with a control group. The study respondents were 26 elderly divided into interventionand control groups. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The level of depression wasmeasured using the Geriatric Depression Scale instrument. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test tosee before-after differences in the intervention group and the control group. Mann-Whitney analysis wasused to determine the effect of therapy between the intervention group and the control group after theintervention. The results showed that the value of p = 0.001 (p <0.05), which means that the combination ofreminiscence therapy and progressive muscle relaxation therapy can significantly reduce the level ofdepression in the elderly with hypertension. The combination of reminiscence therapy and progressivemuscle relaxation is useful for reducing depression in the elderly and is recommended as a nursing therapy

The result of thisresearch got an average of a ward facility of 69,87 and an average result of the level patient’s satisfaction of70,97. The result showed that there was a relationship between ward facility with the patient’s satisfaction in theinpatient Idaman Banjabaru Hospital. Abstract

Hemodialysis is currently the most common choice to replace the role and function of the kidney that hasbeen damaged. One of the problems in hemodialysis patients is patient non-compliance in limiting fluidintake. Patient non-compliance in limiting fluid intake can lead to excess volume of fluid in the body whichresults in complications of chronic renal failure. This study examines the factors that influence fluidrestriction compliance. The study was conducted on 38 respondents who underwent hemodialysis at DrajatPrawiranegara Hospital, Serang Regency, Banten Province. The aim of this study was to identify factors thatmost influence hemodialysis patient adherence to fluid restrictions. This research method is a quantitativeapproach using a cross sectional design. To analyze the variables that affect the compliance of liquid wetting, the multivariate binary logistic regression test was used. The results showed that the variable that had themost influence on fluid restriction compliance was age with a P value of 0.048 and the largest OR comparedto other variables, so that it had the strongest relationship with fluid restriction compliance 1.190 times aftercontrolling for variables of marital status, occupation, BMI, length of time. hemodialysis, HD duration, behavior, attitude.

Abstract

Children are the future of the nation who have the right to grow and develop properly. The problem of growthchildren in Indonesia is still quite high. The prevalence of stunting in 2017 was 29.6%, far above the minimumlimit set by WHO, which is 20%. One of the pillars of preventing stunting is warning and evaluation. Growthmonitoring can be done using an application accessed via a smartphone which is designed to facilitate a varietyof health problems. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of training on the use of child growthapplications on the independent practice of mothers in controlling stunting. This study used a quasi-experimentaldesign with a pre and post test control group design. The sample of this research is mothers who have childrenunder five at Posyandu Arjuna, Baros Village, perhaps 60 people with purposive sampling technique. Theinstrument used was a practice observation sheet in child growth, the results of statistical tests with ManWhitney analysis showed a p value of 0.007, which means that it shows the difference between the independentpractice of the control group and the intervention group at the time of the final test so that it can show that theuse of growth monitoring applications has a good effect on practice. independent mother in a condition ofstunting. Researchers suggest analyzing the factors that can influence mother's motivation to increase childgrowth.

The respondents of the study were 96 adolescents, recruited using theLemeshow formula. Data were analyzed using the Spearmen rho test. Results showed that 48 adolescents (50%)were addicted to online games at a moderate level. The majority of adolescents (44.8%) had a low intensity ofviolent behavior. The p-value was 0.000 (<0.005). The correlation value was 0.731, indicating a strong correlationbetween online gaming addiction and intensity of violent behavior, and the positive value suggests aunidirectional relationship. The level of online gaming addiction in adolescents in Yogyakarta is moderate. Onlinegaming addiction and violent behavior have a significant relationship with a strong correlation coefficient and aunidirectional relationship. Abstract

Background: Stunting that occurs at the age of under two years will predict poor cognitive function in thefuture, so as this period is very important to maintain the child’s growth and development. One of which is theoptimal nutritional intake from breastfeed and complementary breastfeeding. Objective: To determine theeffect of breastfeeding practices on stunting in Indonesia based on literature searches. Methods: Literaturestudy of scientific articles in published journals in Indonesia with a population of children aged 6-23 months.Literature search was carried out through three data portals: Google Scholar, Garuda Portal, andResearchGate by using keywords: “stunting”, “ASI”, “6-23 months” and combine the keyword withcombination of (“”) and (AND). Results: 13 journals were appropriate to research topics. There are 10variables related to breastfeeding practices: early initiation of breastfeeding, colostrum, pralacteal feeding, exclusive breastfeeding, time of first complementary breastfeeding, diversity of complementary foods, frequency of complementary foods, status, duration, and length of breastfeeding. Conclusion: Most studiesfound a significant relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and stunting. However, the size of theassociation regarding how much the protective effect of exclusive breastfeeding still shows different numbers. Most of the studies found a significant association between the first time of complementary feeding andstunting.

The resultsshowed majority of patients suffering from diabetic foot ulcer wounds were ≥45 days (57.5%). The majority ofpatients have low self-esteem (52.5%). Chi-Square test results are p-value = 0.049 (α <0.05) with OR =2.756 (95% CI = 1.104-6, 879) which means there was a significant relationship between the length ofsuffering from wound with the patient's self-esteem of diabetic foot ulcer.
