Fracture is a part of musculoskeletal disorders, one of the main causes for someone to come to the healthservice. Tibial fractures constitute 17-21% of all lower limb fractures and 3% -13% of tibial fractures areclassified as segmental fractures. Virginia Henderson proposed a theory of basic human needs that is suitablyused as a basis for nursing assessment. The objective if this study is illustrate the application of Henderson'stheory in nursing assessment of musculoskeletal disorders patients. The method used is a simple case study withan assessment instrument based on 14 domains of basic human needs according to Henderson's theory. Theassessment results indicate that there are basic needs that were having problems: Move and maintain desirablepostures, keep the body clean and well groomed and protect the integument, and Avoid dangers in theenvironment and avoid injuring others. Data group analysis with the Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards(SDKI) found five appropriate nursing diagnoses. The results of the study show Henderson's theoreticalapproach can be used as an assessment model, especially in musculoskeletal casesl. Further studies are neededto get a standard form of nursing assessment model based on Henderson's basic needs theory.

Purpose : The purpose of this quasi- experimentalstudy was to determine the effect of exercise consultation program by using Transtheoretical Model (TTM)approach on physical activity level in elderly people at Darussalam’ s Community Health Center. Researchmethod :The two comparison groups for this study were purposively designed for pre-test/post-test procedures;sixty elderly people at Darussalam’s Community Health Center with randomly allocated into the experimental(30 people) and the control (30 people) groups. While the experimental group received the exercise consultationfor 8 weeks, the control group received routine care. Physical Activity Scale for Elderly (PASE) was use toassess the the physical activity of elderly. Comparative assessments on differences in level of physical activityboth within group using Wilcoxson macthed-pairs and between group using Mann Withney U Test. Results :The results of this study found that after receiving exercise consultation program, level of physical activity inelderly people significantly increased in the experimental group (P < 0.05), but there was no significantdifference in the control group. Between groups, level of physical activity significantly increased afterreceiving the exercise consultation while no change was found among those who did not (P <0.05).Conclusion: The exercise consultation program by using TTM approach could increase level of physicalactivity of elderly people.

The Ministry of Health (2015) conducted monitoring of nutritional status with the result that EastKalimantan had 26.7% of children who were stunted, of which 18.3% were classified as short and 8.4%were very short. Stunting is closely related to low nutrient intake due to inappropriate feeding behavior, this is influenced by maternal nutritional knowledge and local wisdom. This study aims to see therelationship and implications of local wisdom and knowledge of mothers on nutritional status and diet inpreschool age children. Using analytical observational methods with a combination of quantitative andqualitative methods with a number of respondents 50. Logistic regression test revealed that the dominantoccurrence of stunting is influenced by the mother's knowledge of nutrition with a value of p = 0.027 andOR = 3.801. Meanwhile, the qualitative data reveals that there is a misperception regarding growth anddevelopment in preschool age children. This analysis informs that the mother's mistaken knowledge andperceptions of nutrition have a close relationship with the incidence of stunting in preschool children.
