Abstract

This research was due to some problems found in MTsS Darul Makmur. First, some students were not motivated in learning. Second, sometime the teacher still uses Indonesian in giving reinforcements. Third, some Students did not care about the teacher's reinforcement. This study aimed to find out the types of reinforcement used by the teacher. Then, to find out the types of reinforcement often and rarely to be usedby the teacher. Then, to find out the reasons the teacher used certain reinforcements. Last, to find out how the teacher understands the reinforcement. This research used a qualitative approach. The design of this research was descriptive because the researcher made a description of the use of reinforcement by theteacher in the English classroom. In this research, the interview and observation sheets were used by the researcher. The researcher found that the type of reinforcement used by the teacher is positive reinforcement and negative reinforcement. First, there were two types of positive reinforcement used by teachers, namely verbal reinforcement and non-verbal reinforcement. The verbal often used by theteacher was a reinforcement in the form of words and reinforcement in the form of phrases. Then, verbal reinforcement in the form of sentences was never done by the teacher in the learning process. While the non-verbal reinforcement often used by the teacher was gestural, activity reinforcement, and proximity reinforcement. Second, the negative reinforcement often used by the teacher was a warning, gesture, and eye contact. Meanwhile, the negative reinforcement rarely used by the teacher was speech volume andpunishment. Abstract

This research was conducted from the existence of problems that have been observed by the author at SMAN 1 Padang Sago where the problems were found. whenthe learning process takes place the media presented is still in the form of microsoft word which is displayed through an LCD projector, and has not used interesting media to be presented to students. This is to produce a multimedia design that supports ICT Guidance learning using Autoplay Media Studio that is valid, practical and effective. The method used in this research is the Luther-Sutopo version of the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which consists of six stages, namely concept (conception), design (design), collecting material (material collection), assembly (making), testing (testing) and distribution (distribution). And there are three product tests carried out in this study, namely the validity test given to lecturers who are field experts or field experts, practicality tests carried out by teachers of the subject of ICT guidance and effectiveness tests given to two teachers in the field of study and ten students at SMAN. 1 Padang Sago class XII.Based on the product test results that have been carried out by the author of the validity test, the average value is 0.93 which is declared valid, and for the practicality test, the average value is 0.97 which is declared practical and for the effectiveness test, the average value is obtained.the average is 0.83 which is declared effective.

Abstract

This research is based on the need for online learning media (E-learning) at SMAN 1 Candung, where teachers have not used online learning media to assist teachers in delivering material tostudents if teachers cannot attend the lesson. The limited time learning in class also makes thematerial delivered is also limited.‎ The research method used is the Research and Development(R&D) method, which is a research method to produce a product, the R&D model used is the 4Dversion, namely, define, design, develop, and deploy, with the system development model using the Develop Life Cycle System. (SDLC) by applying the Waterfall model which consists of Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction and Deployment.‎ Research Based on theresearch conducted, the researcher succeeded in making e-learning products at SMAN 1 Candung. The results of the validity test conducted by computer experts on this product are very valid with a value of 0.91. The results of the "practicality test" conducted by the school's IT staff stated that this product was very practical with a score of 1.0. Abstract

The problem of low student learning outcomes in science learning is due to the lack of active students in the learning process, besides that learning is also still teacher centered, so studentlearning outcomes are low. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there are differences in learning outcomes from classes using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learningmodel with classes using conventional learning models. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in learning outcomes from the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model and the conventional learning model. This research design applies a quasiexperimental (quasi-experimental). Data collection tools used in the form of tests anddocumentation. The research instrument uses an objective test that matches the indicators. Theresearch hypothesis test used a t-test where, before the t-test, the data was tested usingprerequisite tests, namely normality test and homogeneity test. The results showed that there was a significant difference in science learning outcomes between the group of students who learned to follow the PBL learning model and the group of students who learned to follow the conventional learning model. This is indicated by (tcount=7,673>ttable=2,000). Based on this, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning learning model has a positive effect on student learning outcomes in class IV science subjects in the Erlangga Cluster, Mendoyo District, for the2021/2022 academic year.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon that occurs in adolescents who do not yet have confidence and readiness in choosing a career to be pursued and the author finds that some of these adolescents do not have the readiness to face the world of work. The approach used is quantitative regression type. The population in this study were late adolescents in Jorong Kemajuan, Kanagarian Sinuruik, TalamauDistrict, West Pasaman Regency, aged 17-18 years, totaling 31 people. The sample in this study were 31 people. In sampling, the writer uses total sampling technique. The total sampling technique is a sampling technique where the number of samples is the same as the population. Data were collected using a questionnaire instrument with a Likert scale type. The data analysis technique used the normality test, linearity test, and hypothesis testing using determination test, simple linear regression test and F test (simultaneous) with the help of SPSS version 20.‎Based on the table above, it is known that the Fcount value is 29,065 with a sig value of 0.000. This case shows that the value of Fcount is greater than Ftable (29.065>4.18) and the value of sig is smaller than than 0.000. Thus, H_0 is rejected and H_1 is accepted, meaning that self-efficacy on career maturity has a significant effect. From these results, it shows that there is a significant effect of self-efficacy on the career maturity of adolescent adolescents in JorongProgress Kanagarian Sinuruik, Talamau District, West Pasaman Regency. Furthermore, the determination index is 50%, meaning that self-efficacy has an influence on career maturity late teens in Jorong Progress, Kanagarian Sinuruik, Talamau District, Pasaman Barat Regency by 50% and 50% is influenced by other factors such as biological, social factors , and the environment.
