Abstract

The implementation of sectoral e-catalogs is a crucial part of government procurement reform, aiming to enhance transparency, accountability, and efficiency. However, its effectiveness still encounters several challenges in practice. Understanding the influencing factors is essential for optimizing the system.. This study adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method. The respondents are employees of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing who are directly involved in the management and use of sectoral e-catalogs. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the STOPE (Strategy, Technology, Organization, People, Environment) framework as the theoretical basis. The findings reveal that strategic, technological, organizational, and people-related factors have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of sectoral e-catalog implementation. In contrast, environmental factors did not show a significant impact. The results highlight the importance of strengthening internal capacity and alignment across strategic, technological, organizational, and human resource dimensions to improve e-catalog performance. These insights are valuable for developing more adaptive and responsive electronic procurement policies in the public sector.

Abstract

In analyzing the factors of consumer purchasing decisions through social media marketing, companies need to pay attention to the features in social media marketing that influence consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the effect of features in social media marketing, namely: interactivity, informativeness, entertainment, and perceived relevance on purchasing decisions for Riverside Forest Football Club Jersey through brand trust as a mediator variable. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques are conducted through questionnaires distributed to supporters who have bought Riverside Forest Football Club Jerseys and follow their social media. This study uses a non-probability sampling method of purposive sampling with the Cochran formula for sample selection. Hypothesis testing is then conducted using the PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling) approach. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. Theoretically, this study advances the current literature by exploring the mediating effect of brand trust among the four features of social media marketing and purchase decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and reflect on the experience of self-healing through the practice of walking therapy based on Asmaul Husna. Using an autoethnographic approach, the author narrates the inner journey of being a single mother and epilepsy survivor in the face of chronic life stress. The results of the study show that the practice of walking while reciting Asmaul Husna not only has a positive impact physically, but also opens up the space of spiritual awareness, strengthens psychological resilience, and builds a transcendental connection with God. Asmaul Husna's dhikr becomes an inner anchor that helps to unravel stress and strengthen the meaning of life. This study recommends the integration of spiritual-local approaches in contemporary psychological interventions, particularly those related to stress recovery and inner well-being.

Abstract

The growth of the digital trading industry in Indonesia is rapid and strategically significant for the economy. However, this growth also presents challenges, specifically consumer confusion when shopping online. This study aims to identify factors causing consumer confusion, determine the most dominant factor, and formulate strategies to mitigate this confusion. The main factors identified are excessive product choices, product similarities, and ambiguous or overwhelming information. Such confusion negatively affects consumer trust and satisfaction, influencing their purchasing decisions. Strategies proposed to reduce confusion include clarifying product information, simplifying choices, and enhancing communication between sellers and buyers. These findings offer practical benefits for digital businesses aiming to improve service quality and consumer shopping experiences.

Abstract

Ptosis, a condition characterized by drooping of the upper eyelid, can be caused by various factors, including muscle weakness or nerve disorders such as ocular nerve palsy. This case report presents a 54-year-old male patient who experienced ptosis in the right eyelid, along with complaints of blurred vision and double vision. The patient also had a medical history of diabetes mellitus and hypertension, both of which were not well-controlled. Upon examination, the patient had ptosis in the right eye with a vision of 20/400 and normal intraocular pressure. Treatment included methylprednisolone and citicoline, along with other medications, which led to significant improvement after five days. This case highlights the importance of optimal management of diabetes and hypertension to prevent complications such as nerve paresis. The combination of diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and nerve paresis presents a unique clinical challenge, as these conditions can exacerbate one another. Effective management requires a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach, focusing not only on the immediate symptoms but also on long-term glycemic and blood pressure control to prevent recurrence. This case emphasizes the need for clinicians to consider the interactions between comorbid conditions in the management of ptosis caused by diabetic neuropathy. The conclusions of this study are diabetes mellitus and hypertension caused vascular ischemia which leading to isolated cranial nerve palsy in adults.

Abstract

Anti-corruption institutions established in several countries often receive criticism and attention from the public regarding their effectiveness. This is due to high visibility but the impact is still not proportional to the resources allocated. The establishment of anti-corruption institutions by using ICAC as a role-model still raises concerns because corruption is still often considered a stand-alone issue. This assumption then makes the country not develop a national anti-corruption strategy to support the ACAs that are formed. This study was conducted to determine and compare the performance of three anti-corruption agencies, namely the KPK, MACC, and ICAC using ANOVA. The variables used are: a) Ratio of public complaint reports received to reports successfully reviewed from each anti-corruption agency, b) Ratio of budget to the number of employees of each anti-corruption agency, and c) Conviction rate of each anti-corruption agency. The increase in the number of personnel in each institution needs to be balanced with an increase in the budget allocated by the government. The greater the budget allocation will increase the ratio of budget per personnel which is useful in more effective and efficient corruption eradication operations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Turnaround Time and MRO Facility on Employee Performance in aircraft maintenance activities. Optimal Turnaround Time and adequate maintenance facilities play a crucial role in enhancing Employee Performance, particularly in efficiency, job satisfaction, and productivity. The research employs Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the Blindfolding technique to assess the model's predictive validity. Data were collected through questionnaires from employees involved in aircraft maintenance activities. The results indicate that TAT has a significant moderate effect on employee performance, suggesting that effective turnaround time management enhances work efficiency and overall employee productivity. Meanwhile, the MRO Facility also shows a statistically significant, albeit small, effect on employee performance, indicating that modern and well-equipped facilities contribute positively to performance outcomes. This study contributes theoretically to understanding the key factors affecting employee performance in the MRO sector and offers practical implications for management in optimizing performance improvement strategies. The study is limited by its narrow research scope and exclusion of other potential influencing variables. Future research is recommended to expand the study area and include additional variables such as job satisfaction, leadership style, and organizational culture.
