Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of green logistics as a mediating variable in the relationship between sustainable manufacturing and reverse logistics on green supply chain performance in manufacturing companies in East Java. A quantitative approach was used through a questionnaire survey of manufacturing managers, with covariance-based Structural Equation Modeling analysis using AMOS. The measurement model was tested for validity and reliability, while the structural model was used to examine the direct and indirect influences between variables. The results show that sustainable manufacturing has a significant impact on green logistics, and green logistics has a significant positive impact on green supply chain performance. Conversely, reverse logistics has no significant impact on either green logistics or green supply chain performance, so its contribution to green supply chain performance is still limited. These findings indicate that improving green supply chain performance is more effectively achieved through the integration of sustainable manufacturing practices with green logistics rather than relying solely on reverse logistics, which is still partial and reactive. This study positions green logistics as a key mediator explaining how sustainable manufacturing and reverse logistics practices contribute to green supply chain performance in the context of developing countries.

Abstract

This study examines the dynamic impact of TikTok advertising expenditure on skincare product demand using a time-series framework. The objective is to evaluate whether incorporating digital advertising spending as an exogenous variable improves sales forecasting accuracy on social commerce platforms. Monthly secondary data from Company X, covering shampoo and cream products sold on TikTok from October 2024 to October 2025, were analyzed. The study compares ARIMA, ARIMA with Trend, and ARIMAX models. Stationarity was tested using the Augmented Dickey–Fuller test, while model selection was based on AIC, MSE, RMSE, and MAPE. The results reveal heterogeneous demand characteristics across products. Shampoo demand shows strong persistence and relatively stable patterns, with advertising expenditure having a positive but limited incremental effect on forecasting accuracy. In contrast, cream demand is highly sensitive to advertising intensity. The ARIMAX model significantly outperforms alternative models for cream products, producing substantially lower forecast errors. These findings indicate that promotional elasticity differs across product categories. Managerially, the results suggest that promotion-driven products require tighter integration between marketing expenditure planning and operational forecasting, while habitual products may rely more on historical demand patterns. This study contributes to digital marketing and forecasting literature by empirically demonstrating the product-specific effectiveness of social media advertising within a dynamic time-series context.

Abstract

The imbalance in raw material inventory due to fluctuations in demand for fast-moving menu items is a major challenge for restaurants in operational efficiency. This study aims to determine the most accurate forecasting method to predict demand for nine fast-moving menu items at the Pagi Sore Pemuda Restaurant to optimize inventory control. Using monthly sales transaction data from April 2025 to February 2026, the study applies four forecasting methods: Prophet, Holt-Winters, EWT-Prophet, and EWT-Holt-Winters with a time series forecasting design. Accuracy is measured using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) with a training data division (the first nine months) and testing (the last two months). The results show that the EWT-Prophet method provides the best performance with an average MAPE of 14.02%, outperforming the standard Prophet (15.53%), EWT-Holt-Winters (30.75%), and Holt-Winters (90.61%). Eight menu items achieved good to excellent accuracy (MAPE<20%), with Beef Minced Curry being the most accurate (9.25%) and Mashed Sweet Potato being fairly accurate (21.22%). The three-month forecast (March-May 2026) identified a downward trend across all menu items compared to the previous period, ranging from 6.3% to 27.2%. The three main menu items (Ayam Pop, Rendang, Gulai Tunjang) remained dominant, contributing more than 80% of total sales. These findings provide a quantitative basis for management to adjust the volume of raw material purchases per menu, reduce food waste, and improve overall inventory control efficiency.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Perceived System Quality and Perceived Inventory Control Effectiveness on Inventory Management Effectiveness, with Perceived Operational Performance acting as a mediating variable. Grounded in the Resource-Based View (RBV), this research explores how technological resources and organizational capabilities contribute to operational outcomes within the inventory management activities of Wilmar Group Indonesia. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed using survey data collected from 80 respondents involved in warehouse and inventory operations. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate both the measurement and structural models. Indicator purification was also conducted to ensure construct validity and reliability. The findings indicate that Perceived Operational Performance is the strongest determinant of Inventory Management Effectiveness. Perceived System Quality has both direct and indirect effects on Inventory Management Effectiveness, indicating partial mediation through operational performance. Meanwhile, Perceived Inventory Control Effectiveness does not directly influence Inventory Management Effectiveness but significantly affects it indirectly through operational performance, indicating full mediation. These results highlight that operational performance serves as the primary mechanism through which organizational resources and capabilities generate effective inventory outcomes. The study contributes to the Resource-Based View by emphasizing that competitive advantage in inventory management depends not only on resource availability but also on the firm’s ability to operationalize those resources effectively. Practically, organizations should prioritize strengthening operational performance to maximize the benefits of system quality and inventory control practices.

Abstract

The increasing complexity of supply chain operations driven by digitalization and global trade has intensified the need for integrated logistics solutions, particularly in Business-to-Business (B2B) contexts. This study examines the role of one-stop integrated logistics services in influencing customer satisfaction based on the Resource-Based View (RBV). A quantitative approach was used by collecting survey data from 100 B2B customers of integrated logistics providers in Indonesia and analyzing them using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that service integration positively and significantly affects customer satisfaction, both directly and indirectly through logistics service quality. Integration capability also improves logistics service quality and perceived value. However, only logistics service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction, while perceived value has no significant effect. Customer trust is also identified as a strong predictor of satisfaction, although its moderating role is unsupported. These results indicate that customer satisfaction in B2B logistics is mainly driven by operational reliability and trust rather than value considerations. Managerially, companies should strengthen service integration, operational performance, and customer trust to enhance satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Turnaround Time and MRO Facility on Employee Performance in aircraft maintenance activities. Optimal Turnaround Time and adequate maintenance facilities play a crucial role in enhancing Employee Performance, particularly in efficiency, job satisfaction, and productivity. The research employs Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the Blindfolding technique to assess the model's predictive validity. Data were collected through questionnaires from employees involved in aircraft maintenance activities. The results indicate that TAT has a significant moderate effect on employee performance, suggesting that effective turnaround time management enhances work efficiency and overall employee productivity. Meanwhile, the MRO Facility also shows a statistically significant, albeit small, effect on employee performance, indicating that modern and well-equipped facilities contribute positively to performance outcomes. This study contributes theoretically to understanding the key factors affecting employee performance in the MRO sector and offers practical implications for management in optimizing performance improvement strategies. The study is limited by its narrow research scope and exclusion of other potential influencing variables. Future research is recommended to expand the study area and include additional variables such as job satisfaction, leadership style, and organizational culture.

Abstract

Background: Collaboration has emerged as an essential capability because it helps us achieve effective collective performance  something we are now doing more often in digital and cross-functional organizations. Although the collaborative activities are becoming more intense, a variety of inconsistencies remain in terms of outcomes given the differences in shared cognition, interaction quality, and role integration between human beings and artificial intelligence (AI). This gap signifies the necessity of a holistic measurement tool that is able to quantify collaborative maturity in human–AI integrated workflows. Objectives: This paper aims to develop and validate the collaborative intelligence quotient (CIQ) scale as a supporting diagnostic construct for measuring the collaborative maturity of human–AI integrated workflows in the diverse property development and integrated township sector in Indonesia. Methods: A scale-development protocol was conducted using a purposive sample of 32 managerial practitioners in Indonesian property firms. Dimensionality, reliability, and convergent validity were examined sequentially using EFA followed by CFA. Results: The EFA suggested a four-factor structure, and the CFAs conducted for further purification led to a relatively simple measurement model with three latent dimensions (Adaptive CoLearning; Cognitive Synchronization & Fluency Interaction; Human-AI Complementary Intelligence) and nine out of eleven indicators. The final model showed adequate internal consistency and convergent validity. Conclusion: CIQ is a psychometrically reliable tool to systematically chart organizational collaborative maturity in utilizing AI for teamwork, and it could serve as an end-to-end foundation on which subsequent structural testing and capability scaling may be operationalized.

Abstract

This study aims to forecast the production of DMG (Mugs) and TM (Salt and Pepper Shakers) at DC Company, one of the leading ceramic producers in Malang City. Accurate forecasting is essential to support production planning, resource optimization, and market demand fulfillment, especially since the company’s primary market segment is wedding souvenirs with fluctuating demand. The research employs time series forecasting methods using ARIMA and SARIMA models, with historical production data from January 2021 to July 2025 as the dataset. Model identification, estimation, and verification were conducted using MINITAB 22, with performance evaluated through MSE, MAD, and MAPE values. The results show that the SARIMA (0,1,1)(1,1,1)₁₂ model provides the highest forecasting accuracy for both DMG and TM, outperforming ARIMA models. Forecasting results indicate a decline in DMG production for 2026, while TM production shows a relatively stable upward trend. These findings provide a practical basis for DC Company to develop production strategies, improve efficiency, and align marketing efforts with projected demand patterns.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively examine the influence of factors in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework, namely ease of use, security, and privacy concerns on e-satisfaction, as well as the mediating role of e-satisfaction on the repurchase intention of Shopee users. The method used is quantitative research with a survey approach to 414 Ciputra University Surabaya students who have actively used the Shopee platform in the past month. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that ease of use and privacy concern had a significant effect on e-satisfaction, while security had no significant effect on either e-satisfaction or repurchase intention. Meanwhile, e-satisfaction proved to be the main predictor of repurchase intention, as well as an effective mediator in the relationship between ease of use and repurchase intention. These findings indicate a shift in e-commerce consumer preferences that no longer consider security as a value-add, but rather as a basic need that is already expected to be available. Instead, ease of use and privacy transparency are the main determinants in creating customer satisfaction and loyalty. Therefore, for e-commerce players like Shopee, customer retention strategies should focus on optimizing an intuitive user experience as well as a clear and easily accessible privacy policy. This research also extends the TAM framework by showing that privacy factors, while not directly influencing repurchase intentions, have an important role in creating e-satisfaction that impacts the long-term loyalty of digital customers.

Abstract

Ketidaksesuaian antara pemanfaatan teknologi dan konsistensi perbaikan proses sering kali menimbulkan kesenjangan antara investasi operasional dan hasil kinerja, sehingga penting untuk memahami bagaimana kesiapan budaya organisasi dan kapabilitas teknologi dapat diintegrasikan secara efektif guna mendukung perbaikan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan adopsi teknologi terhadap kesiapan implementasi lean manufacturing, serta dampaknya pada performa organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan PT Suprabakti Mandiri dengan purposive sampling technique, dan hasilnya dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan implementasi lean manufacturing, tetapi pengaruh langsungnya terhadap performa organisasi tidak signifikan dan lebih efektif melalui mediasi lean manufacturing. Adopsi teknologi juga berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan lean, sedangkan dampaknya terhadap kinerja organisasi secara langsung tidak signifikan tanpa integrasi lean. Lean manufacturing memiliki pengaruh paling kuat terhadap peningkatan performa organisasi, sehingga berperan sebagai penghubung antara budaya dan teknologi dengan hasil kinerja yang optimal. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi budaya dan teknologi sebagai fondasi bagi implementasi lean yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk, efisiensi operasional, dan ketepatan pengiriman di PT Suprabakti Mandiri.
