Abstract

Abstract: This study examines how balanced scorecard serves as an organizational performance measurement tool by integrating financial, customer, internal process, and learning perspectives into a coherent framework. Drawing upon systematic literature examination, the research explores causal relationships linking learning investments to internal process excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial outcomes. Strategic maps visualize these causal chains and communicate strategic logic throughout organizations. Design processes translate vision into specific objectives, metrics, targets, and initiatives across four perspectives. Balance between outcome and driver indicators, financial and nonfinancial measures, and short-term and long-term focus ensures comprehensive performance visibility. Cascade mechanisms align unit and individual objectives with organizational scorecard, creating vertical coherence. Integration with planning, budgeting, and review processes ensures measurement systems influence resource allocation and decisions. Validation through data correlation tests causal hypotheses underlying strategic maps. Technology facilitates data collection automation and performance visualization. Periodic revision maintains alignment between measurement systems and evolving priorities. Organizational learning from performance data enables continuous improvement. Leadership commitment, strategic clarity, and transparency culture constitute implementation foundations. Future research may explore industry-specific adaptations and digital technology applications. Keywords: Balanced Scorecard, Performance Measurement, Financial Perspective, Customer Perspective, internal Processes, Learning and Growth, Causal Relationships

Abstract

Abstract:This study investigates how digital wallet usage influences prudent financial behavior and examines the moderating role of the YOLO lifestyle in this relationship. This quantitative study used survey data from 150 Generation Z respondents in Makassar, Indonesia. Measurements of latent variables such as Prudent Financial Behavior (measured through indicators of planning, budgeting, and spending control) and YOLO Lifestyle (measured as present-oriented and impulsive buying) were validated first. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4 software. The results showed that there was a significant negative effect of Digital Wallet Usage on good Financial Behavior (β: -0.464, p-values <0.05). Furthermore, the You Only Live Once lifestyle was proven to strengthen the negative influence of the relationship between the two variables (β, -0.48, p-values <0.05). This shows that the intensity of You Only Live Once in Generation Z amidst the convenience offered by Digital Wallet technology is associated with poor Financial Behavior. Keywords:Financial Behavior, Digital Wallet, Individual Financial Management, You Only Live Once, Generation Z.

Abstract

Abstract: The rapid growth of live commerce has transformed consumer shopping behavior in digital environments, particularly through social media platforms such as TikTok Live. Interactive communication and immersive shopping experiences are considered important factors influencing consumers’ purchasing behavior during live streaming activities. This study aims to examine the effect of perceived interactivity on purchase intention through immersive experience among TikTok Live users in Makassar City. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving 90 respondents who had previously purchased products through TikTok Live. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, while data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 22.0. The findings reveal that perceived interactivity positively and significantly affects immersive experience and purchase intention. In addition, immersive experience also has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. The mediation analysis further demonstrates that immersive experience significantly mediates the relationship between perceived interactivity and purchase intention. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and individual characteristics on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among employees of the Gowa Regency Trade and Industry Department. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative method. The study population consisted of 49 employees with a saturated sampling technique so that the entire population became respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on OCB with a calculated t value of 9.092 and a significance of <0.001. Conversely, individual characteristics did not have a significant effect on OCB with a calculated t value of 0.507 and a significance of 0.614. Simultaneously, emotional intelligence and individual characteristics had a significant effect on OCB with a calculated F value of 49.647 and a significance of <0.001. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.683 indicates that 68.3% of the variation in OCB can be explained by these two variables, while 31.7% is influenced by other factors outside the study. These findings indicate that emotional intelligence is the most dominant factor in increasing employee OCB behavior. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Individual Characteristics, Organizational Citizenship Behavior

This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative design. The population in this study were active students of the Management Study Program at Makassar State University, with a sample of 95 respondents determined using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results showed that the free shipping feature has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, meaning that the more attractive the free shipping feature offered, the higher the tendency of students to make purchases on Shopee. Customer reviews also have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, so that informative and credible customer reviews can increase consumer confidence before purchasing a product. Simultaneously, the free shipping feature and customer reviews have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination value shows that both variables are able to explain purchasing decisions by 49.7%, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings confirm that consumer purchasing decisions on e-commerce platforms are not only influenced by economic incentives, but also by social information that builds trust. This research provides implications that marketplace managers and sellers need to optimize free shipping promotions and maintain the quality of customer reviews to improve consumer purchasing decisions. Keywords: Customer Review; E-Commerce; Free Shipping Feature; Purchase Decision; Shopee.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to analyze the effect of cash flow on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020–2024 period. Firm value is measured using Price to Book Value (PBV), cash flow is proxied by cash flow from operating activities, and profitability is measured by Return on Equity (ROE). This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal design. The data used are secondary data from the company's annual financial statements selected through a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 10 companies as samples. Data analysis was performed using path analysis and the Sobel test to examine the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results show that cash flow has a positive and significant effect on profitability, profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, and cash flow has an indirect effect on firm value through profitability. However, cash flow does not have a direct effect on firm value. These findings demonstrate that profitability plays a mediating role in the relationship between cash flow and firm value. Therefore, increasing firm value is not only determined by the amount of cash flow, but also by the company's ability to manage that cash flow to generate profits. Keywords :Cash Flow; Profitability; Enterprise Value; Operating Activities; Price to Book Value (PBV) Ratio; Return on Equity (ROE).
