Abstract

AbstractThe existence of human resources is an important aspect in the organization, because it will determine the effectiveness of the organization. Increasing an individual's ability has the potential to improve group performance and improving the performance of all employees will improve organizational performance which will contribute to accelerating achievements and goals set by the organization. This research is an analytical survey research that aims to test and analyze the influence of motivation, ability, commitment, environment simultaneously or partially on employee performance (Case Study on Employees of PT. PLN Transmission Service Unit Substation (ULTG) Malang). The population in the study were employees of PT PLN Malang Substation Transmission Service Unit (ULTG) amounted to 37 people with saturated sampling technique or total sampling The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression, F test and T test. The results of this study prove statistically that motivation, ability, commitment, environment simultaneously or partially affect employe performance (Case Study on Employees of PT PLN Transmission Service Unit Substation (ULTG) Malang). Abstract

Abstract This studyied aimed to determine the effects of brands images, the product’s qualities and priced on product purchased decision’ Labore Eatery Coffee Malang City. The location of this research was carried out on Labore Eatery Coffee who became consumers of Labore Eatery Coffee Malang City. This research is a quantitative research. This research uses a case study method where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to Labore Eatery Coffee who were selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Maholtra formula and the results obtained were 95 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test and determination test. Based on the results of data analysing of the result to the F test indicate that brands imaged, producted qualitied and priced have a significant dan positive effects on purchasing decisions and affect purchasing decisions for Labore Eatery Coffee products in Malang City. Furthermore, the resulting of the point of t-test indicates that branding imaged, producting qualities and priced partially have significant and positive effecting on purchased decisioned to Labore Eatery Coffee products in Malang City. The results of the determination test show that the percentage is 69.1%, which is where purchasing decisions can be influenced by brand image, product quality and price. Management should pay more attention to consumer attitudes and behavior in the purchase stage, one of which is by providing good quality products so that consumers will easily buy Labore Eatery Coffee products more precisely and quickly. Keywords: Purchase Decision, Brand Awareness, Perceived Quality, Price

Abstract

Abstract Based on the research carried out with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of leadership and work motivation on the performance of the case study employees at the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative. This research belongs to the type of quantitative descriptive research. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, namely all 36 samples of the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative employees. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling where the determination of the sample when all members of the population are used as samples. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS assistance with validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, f test, and t test. From this study, it was found that the variables of leadership, work motivation and employee performance had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance, partially the leadership variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at an Oil Palm Plantation in Sanggau Regency. This oil palm plantation is an oil palm plantation which was once an empty land that was never used. Now, the vacant land has been converted into oil palm plantations. Maju Jaya Plantation has a production of less than 500 tons per year. This study aims to determine whether factors such as compensation, investment motivation, and work environment affect productivity. The method of distributing questionnaires is the type of research used. The sample of this study consisted of 42 respondents, and the data processing used the SPSS computer program. The variables used in this study are work efficiency (dependent variable), while the autonomous factors are workplace, work inspiration and salary. The validity and reliability requirements have been met by this study. Classical assumption take a look at, more than one linear regression, hypothesis testing, and data determination coefficient analysis were used in this study. The research findings show that work productivity is influenced by the work environment, employee motivation, and compensation. Scientists can further add various factors that can affect work efficiency, for example, work discipline, hard work attitude, preparation, etc. To examine the work environment, work motivation, and work productivity compensation on a larger scale, in terms of sample size and type of company, additional research is needed. Keywords: Work environment, work motivation, compensation, work productivity.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, firm size and tax rate to firm value food and beverage sub-sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2018. The population taken in this research is 18 companies and sample used 11 companies. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling method, where sample methods selection is based on certain criteria. The analysis method has been conducted by using multiple linear regressions analysis and the application instrument the SPPS (Statistical Product and Services Solutions). The results of this research indicate that: 1) Profitability (return on assets) has a positive and significant effect on firm value (price to book value) 2) Liquidity (current ratio) has a negative and not significant effect on firm value (price to book value) 3) Firm Size (Size) has a positive and not significant effect on firm value (price to book value) 4) PPh has a positive and significant effect on firm value (price to book value).Keywords: profitability, liquidity, firm size, tax rate, firm value

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe work commitment, work motivation, and job satisfaction, and employee performance at the Batu City Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency and to investigate whether work commitment, work motivation, and job satisfaction simultaneously and partially affect employee performance Batu City Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency or not. This study involved 51 of 51 employees as a sample. The sampling technique is saturated sample, which considers all elements or categories in the population to be selected as a sample. The instrument used was a questionnaire and document analysis. Then, the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) work commitment, work motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously affect employee performance, (2) work commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (4) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: work commitment, work motivation, job satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT             The purpose of this research is determine simultaneously and partially between the influence of financial literacy, financial attitude and income towards financial management behavior on MSME fashion actors in city Batu. The population used in this study is MSME fashion practitioners in city Batu, totaling 468 business actors while The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method with predetermined criteria of 50 business actors, with the sampling technique by distributing questionnaires. This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, test instruments, classic assumption tests, simultaneous tests (F test), partial tests (t test) and hypothesis testing using the SPSS program. The results showed that there was simultaneously an influence between financial literacy variables, financial attitudes and income towards financial management behavior. Whereas partial shows financial literacy (X1) and income (X3) influences financial management behavior (Y), while financial attitude (X2) does not affect financial management behavior

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of communication skills, work experience, formal education and work discipline on employee performance. Knowing the effect of communication skills on employee performance. Knowing the effect of work experience on employee performance. Knowing the effect of formal education on employee performance. Knowing the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT Bank Jatim Pasuruan Branch Office.The population in this study were 92 employees of PT Bank Jatim Pasuruan Branch Office. While the sample in this study were 75 employees of PT Bank Jatim Pasuruan Branch Office as respondents. Data analysis methods in this study are validity and reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test consisting of multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test.The results of this study concluded that (1) communication skills has effect on employee performance (2) work experience has effect on employee performance (3) formal education has effect on employee performance (4) work discipline has effect on employee performance and (5) jointly shows that the variables of communication skills, work experience, formal education and work discipline has effect on employees performance of PT Bank Jatim Pasuruan Branch Office. Keywords : communication skills, work experience, formal education, work discipline, employee performance

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study to determine how the impact of Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Current Ratio (CR) to the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) of infrastructure companies registered on the IDX  in 2015-2019. The independent variable is the Net Profit Margin (NPM) and the Current Ratio (CR), while the dependent variable in this study is the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). The population in this study were 52 companies in the infrastructure sector registered on the IDX in 2015-2019 and the research sample was determined using purposive sampling technique, namely selecting samples based on certain criteria so that a sample of 13 companies was obtained. The documentation method is used as a method of collecting company annual report data which is downloaded from the IDX website and companies. Multiple linear regression is the analytical techniques used in this study. From the results of data analysis, it is concluded that the Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a positive but insignificant impact to the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR. Meanwhile, the Current Ratio (CR) has a positive and significant impact to the Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR). Keywords: Net Profit Margin (NPM), Current Ratio (CR), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR).

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe work discipline, competence, job training, work productivity and analyze the effect of work discipline, competence, job training on the work productivity of permanent teachers at SMP Plus Corodova Banyuwangi. This study used a saturated sample, namely the permanent teachers of SMP Plus Cordova Banyuwangi, amounting to 36 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a likert scale. The work discipline variable is measured by using six indicators, competency four indicators, job training five indicators, and work productivity five indicators. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously work discipline, competence, job training have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. The results of this study also show that the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on teacher work productivity. The competence variable has a positive and significant effect on teacher work productivity. Job training variable has no effect on teacher work productivity. Keywords: work discipline, competence, job training, and teacher work productivity
