Abstract

Abstract The purpose and function of this research is to find out how the purchasing decisions of a consumer at the Prabujaya Shop Malang by using product quality, price, location and promotion as predictor variables. This type of research is included in the explanatory research with a quantitative approach using the SPSS statistical program. Then the data used are primary data. Based on the data on the number of visitors at the shop, there were 2100 visitors. Then, using non-probability sampling techniques and incidental sampling, the researcher finally got a sample of 100. And from the results of data processing, it was concluded that product quality, price, location and promotion simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, individually, only the variables of product quality and price have an effect. For location and no promotions. Keyword: Product Quality, Price, Location, Promotion, Buying Decision

Abstract

AbstrackThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility, profitability and leverage on simultaneously and partially on financial performance in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2019 period, using purposive sampling method with data from 61 samples. to 26 because there were 35 samples that did not meet the sample selection criteria. This type of research is explanatory research. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression method.The results of this study indicate that Corporate social responsibility (CSR), profitability (ROA) and Leverage (DER) simultaneously have a significant effect on financial performance. And partially Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has no significant effect on financial performance, while Profitability (ROA) and leverage (DER) have a significant effect on financial performance. Keywords: Financial Performance, Corporate social responsibility, profitability, leverage.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Competence, Family Environment and Courage to Take Risks on Entrepreneurial Interest of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang 2018. The sample used in this study was 91 students. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that together (Test F) the Competence Variables, Family Environment and Courage to Take Risks had a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship and based on the partial test results (T-test) the Competence variable had no effect on the interest in entrepreneurship, the Family Environment variable does not affect the interest in entrepreneurship and the variable Courage to take risks affects the interest in entrepreneurship. Keywords: Competence, Family Environment, and Courage to take risk

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing power at PT. Sidosemi Berkah Abadi. The population in this study is the people of Malang City who have ordered catering PT. Sidosemi Berkah Abadi. in the last four months, March 2022-July 2022. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with a sample of 65 respondents. The independent variable in this study is the effect of Product Quality, Price and Promotion. While the dependent variable is Purchasing Power. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and processed using SPSS version 22. The results of this study show that product quality, price and promotion have a significant positive effect simultaneously on purchasing power. Partially Product Quality and Promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchasing power. The price has a negative effect on purchasing power. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Promotion, Purchasing Power.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the location, cost of education, and word of mouth on the decision to choose an Islamic boarding school. The case study was at the Shirotul Fuqoha Putri Islamic boarding school which is located at Jalan Basuki Rahmat No.104, Dusun Krajan, Sepanjang, Kec. Gondanglegi, Malang Regency. The method used is quantitative which aims to explain the position of each variable and its influence between one variable and another variable, and the data source used is primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires with Linkert class to the guardians of the students of the Islamic boarding school Shirotul Fuqoha Putri. The sample calculation in this study used the slovin formula which produced 86 respondents. The results of this study are the variables of location, cost of education, and word of mouth simultaneously influence the decision to choose a boarding school. Partially, the cost of education and word of mouth have an effect on the decision to choose a boarding school, while the location has no effect on the decision to choose a boarding school. Keywords: Location, Cost Of Education, Word of Mouth, and Decision to Choose

Abstract

ABSTRACT            This stud aims to examine and analyze the effect of quality of work life, work motivation, work discipline on employee performance CV Dharma Utama- Duta Catering Batu either partial or together. The population and sample is all employees of CV Dharma Utama- Duta Catering which amounts to 82 person. The data colection through questionnaries. In this study data analysis using SPSS 14.0 version. The technique sampling using a questionnaries with a rating scale rikert and mechanical testing data used in this study include validity test, normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linier regression analysis, F test, t test.                                                                                                                         The results of the analysis show that the quality of work life significantly influence the employee performance, while motivation and work discipline does not significant effect on employee performance. It show that the quality of work life, motivation, work discipline significantly influence the performance of employees.Keyword: Quality  of  Work  Life,  Motivation,  Work  Discipline,  Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to test and analyze the influence of quality of service, satisfaction, and experiential marketing against electronic word of mouth Lazada online shop. Population and samples are 80 online user shop Lazada. Collection of data through the questionnaire. The data analysis in this study is SPSS help version 14. Testing practical use of the data study used is includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, path test, T-Test, and Sobel test. The results of analysis (path analysis) that the quality of service and Experiential Marketing affect the satisfaction , Quality of service and Experiential Marketing  affect the Electronic Word Of Mouth , Satisfaction) Affect the Electronic Word Of Mouth , and the quality of Service and Experiential Marketing  affect the Electronic Word Of Mouth  through Satisfaction.Keywords:Quality of service, Experiential Marketing, Electronic Word Of Mouth, Satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of work facilities, work motivation, and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance. Sources of data used in the study are using primary data and data collection methods using questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population used in this study were employees of the Lowokwaru District Office of Malang City with a total of 40 employees. The results obtained by using multiple linear regression test Y = 2.508 + 0.289 + 0.293 + 0.290 + e, and the hypothesis test of this study uses the coefficient of determination test, F test, and t test. The results of this study indicate that work facilities partially affect employee performance, work motivation affects employee performance, work discipline affects employee performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Service Quality, Brand Image, and Atmosphere on Customer Loyalty with Consumer Satisfaction as an intervening variable. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study are consumers who have come to Café Kosulas Lawang for one month. This study uses a path analysis model method. The results of this study indicate that service quality and brand image have a direct effect on customer satisfaction, the atmosphere has no direct effect on customer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction has a direct effect on consumer loyalty. Service quality and brand image have an indirect effect on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction, while the atmosphere has a direct effect on consumer loyalty without going through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the Organizational Committee, Leadership Styles, and Work Communication on Employee Performance in PT. CV. Angkok Soki. This study uses quantitative research. The data used were primary data obtained using a questionnaire by taking a population sample of 42 respondents.This study used analytical SPSS using tools such as Validity, Reliability, Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multicolority Test, Multiple Regression Test, F Test, and T Test and measured using Likert scale. Where the results of the analysis depend on the scores obtained from the respondents.The results of this study are (1) Organizational Commitment has no significant impact on employee performance (2) Leadership style has an apositive and significant impact on employee performance (3) Work Communication has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Keywords:Organizational Comitment, Leadership Style, Work Communication Performance.
