Abstract

ABTRACKThe purpose of this study was to analyze creative economic entrepreneurs in the culinary sub-sector in order to meet taxpayer compliance. The population is 50 culinary sub-sector creative economic entrepreneurs in Malang Regency. Because the population is relatively small, all populations are sampled. The sampling technique uses quantitative methods. The technique sampling uses quantitative methods. The data testing techniques used in this study include description test, normality test, classic assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that the culinary sub-sector creative economic business significantly affects taxpayer compliance with a t-count value of 4,370 and a significance value of 0,000 or 58.9%. Keywords: creative economic, culinary, taxpayer compliance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of product, price, distribution, promotion on the sales volume of handicraft products in Tohu Srijaya Wood Crafts. This research uses non-probability sampling. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression.The results of his research products have a significant effect on the sales volume of Tohu Srijaya's wooden handicraft products. Price has a significant effect on the sales volume of Tohu Srijaya's wooden handicraft products. Distribution has a significant effect on the sales volume of Tohu Srijaya's wooden handicraft products. Abstract

Abstract From export data obtained from data from the Ministry of Industry's Center for Data and Information in 2020, it is stated that during the Covid-19 pandemic, changes in furniture exports in East Java were very unstable. Furniture export activities also affect the business group with the Jati Aji, because most of the buyers from this group flee their merchandise abroad. The reason for this is to take a look at turned into to decide the impact of marketplace orientation and product innovation on marketing performance during the covid-19 pandemic (Case Study of the Jati Aji Joint Business Group in Geneng Village, Margomulyo District, Bojonegoro Regency. The population of this study were members of the Jati Aji Joint Business Group. In this study using a saturated sample technique. So the number of samples used in this study were 55 members of the Jati Aji Joint Business Group. The results of the study show that the opinion of business actors on the market orientation carried out is that understanding and being good with customers and monitoring the strengths of competitors is something that must be done. From the results of product innovation which states that it has no significant effect on marketing performance, it can be explained that product innovation is carried out by members of the joint business group. Keywords: Market Orientation, Product Innovation, Marketing Performance, Jati Aji Joint Business Group.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purposes of this research are: 1) To analyze the effectiveness of Tax Withdrawal Tax on Local Tax Target. 2) To analyze how big the rate of growth before and during the application of withdrawal of Mobile Tax on Local Revenue. 3) Projecting the capacity of local governments in determining tax targets to improve local indigenous participation. This research uses quantitative research method by using Secondary Data. The sample of this research is collecting local revenue data around 6 years.The results of this study show that: 1) There is a level of effectiveness in before and during the application of mobile taxes can be deduced on the increasing yield every year. 2) there is a level of effectiveness on before and during the implementation of mobile taxing can be concluded on the results every year has an increase of 14% and 3) There has been an increase contribution in the realization of taxes over the three-year period of Kediri municipal government has increased by proven based on projection analysis.  This result indicates that a level of effectiveness in before and during the application of mobile taxes can be deduced on the increasing yield every year.                                                                                              Keywords: Comparing before and after, income growth rate, and Contribution.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out and analyze the effect of simultaneous and partial variables on product quality, service quality, price and word of mouth promotion on goods purchasing decisions in KUD Pakis supermarket customers. With this type of research is explanatory, namely research explains. This research was conducted in April-July 2019, and took place at KUD Pakis supermarket, Pakis District, Malang Regency. The population in this study amounted to 1,750 obtained in April 2019, and the sample used the accidental sampling method with 95 respondents. This study uses primary data through questionnaires and measurement scale is a Likert scale. The analytical tool in this study uses the Test Instrument data method, Normality test, multiple regression analysis, and Classical Assumption Test.Based on the results of the statistical test, the results show that product quality, service quality, price and word of mouth simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. And partially product quality, service quality and price have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, while word of mouth has no significant effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality, Price, Word Of Mouth, Purchase Decision

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of Fundamental Factors and Technical Factors on Stock Prices (Studies in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The population in this study is the food and beverage sub-sector companies which 26 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The sample used was 12 companies in the food and beverage sub-sector. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study it is known that ROA, DER, CR and Trading Volume simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices, ROA has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. DER has no and insignificant effect on stock prices. CR has no effect and is not significant to stock prices. Abstract

AbstrakThis research was conducted with the aim of 1) to find out how the influence of independent commissioners on financial performance, 2) to find out the audit committee on financial performance, 3) to determine the leverage on financial performance. The independent variable in this study is the independent commissioner, audit committee, and leverage, while the dependent variable is finance. This type of research is explanatory. The data used in the form of secondary data. The population and sample are all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. With data on 42 banking companies listed on the IDX, and data on 28 banking companies are obtained. The sampling technique is to use purposive sampling techniques and data testing techniques used in this study normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing.With the results of the analysis that has been processed through SPSS shows that independent commissioners have a positive effect on financial performance, the audit committee does not have a positive effect on financial performance and leverage has a negative effect on financial performance.Keywords : Good Corporate Governance, Leverage, dan Financial Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorsement on purchase intention with brand image as an intervening variable in FEB UNISMA 2016 batch of shoppers pantene buyers. Which is located at Jl. MT. Haryono, No. 193, Dinoyo, Kec. Lowokwaru, Kota Malang, East Java. 65113. The method used is explanatory research which aims to explain the position of each variable and its influence between one variable with another variable, and the source of the data used is primary data by distributing linkert checker questionnaires to FEB UNISMA 2016 batch of buyers of Pantene shampoo  . The sample calculation in this study uses the maholtra formula which produces 75 respondents. The results of this study indicate a significant direct effect on Celebrity Endorsement on brand image. Celebrity Endorsement of purchase intention. brand image of purchase intention. the indirect effect of Celebrity Endorsement variables, on purchase intention with brand image as an intervening variable.Keywords: celebrity endorsement, purchase intention, brand image

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to explain entrepreneurial knowledge, family environment, motivation, and interest in entrepreneurship and to find out partially explain entrepreneurial knowledge, family environment, and motivation to interest in entrepreneurship. This research method uses quantitative methods and this type of research is probability sampling using purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study was 83 FEB students class 2017 at the Islamic University of Malang. To obtain accurate and detailed data, this study used a questionnaire data collection method. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, instrument test, normality test, classical assumption, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination using SPSS 25 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge, family environment, and motivation affect the interest in entrepreneurship in students of the 2017 Faculty of Economics and Business at the Islamic University of Malang.  Keywords: entrepreneurship knowledge, family environment, motivation, dan interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Labat-1, Arus Kas, dan ROA dalam memprediksi Laba yang akan datang. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh predictor Laba (Labat-1), arus kas dan ROA terhadap laba yang akan datang (Labat). Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini bahwa Labat-1 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Labat, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien variabel sebesar 0,837 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001. Arus Kas berpengaruh negative dansignifikan terhadap Labat, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien variabel sebesar -0,312 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,029. ROA berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Labat, hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai koefisien variabel sebesar 0,767 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,111.Serta nilai signifikan Fuji 0,000 < 0,05, dimana H04 diterima, yang artinya terdapat beberapa variable bebas yang memiliki kemampuan untuk menjelaskan variable terikat ( Laba yang akan datang).Kata Kunci :Labat-1, Arus Kas, ROA dan Laba Yang Akan Datang
