Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to identify and analyze the green marketing has a direct impact on directly affected the interest of buying buy water in the ades. Knowing and analyzing the brand image directly affected the interest of buying bottled water in the ades. Establishing and analyzing the influence of green marketing's indirect influence on purchasing interest via the brand image as an intervening variable. The population of this study is the owner of a yulia store that bought Bottled Water by 1229, while samples amounted to 93. Data analysis using path analysis. The technieque employed in this research is sampling techiques . Research has shown that green marketing is a significant and immediate effect equal to 0,842. But green marketing has a direct and significant impact on buying interest equal to 0,854. The brand image is devastating  equal to 0,854 and devastating for interest in buying and the brand image can mediate between green marketing's interest in purchasingKeywords: Green marketing, purchasing interests, brand image

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang Jl. Major General Haryono No. 193. Dinoyo, districts. Lowokwaru, Malang City, East Java 65144. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of information quality, advertising and product quality on purchasing decisions. The independent variables used are the quality of information, advertising and product quality, while the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The sample used in this study were 74 respondents who are Tokopedia consumers. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using Statistikal Package for the Social Sciens (SPSS) 16.0 computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that the quality of information affects purchasing decisions, advertising affects purchasing decisions, product quality affects purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study, namely, to determine the description of the influence of brand image, price, promotion and purchasing decisions. To find out and analyze the influence of brand image, price, promotion on purchasing decisions. To find out and analyze the impact of brand image on purchasing decisions. To find out and analyze the impact of price on purchasing decisions. To find out and analyze the impact of promotion on purchasing decisions. This study uses a purposive sampling technique which is a sampling technique that requires certain considerations, namely all active unisma students who have purchased Skechers brand shoes obtained 75. The results of this study indicate that brand image, price and promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

AbstractABSTRACTANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF ECONOMIC GROWTH ON INFLATION LEVELS AND INTEREST RATES ON CREDIT DISTRIBUTION AT GOVERNMENT BANKSThe purpose of this study was to determine whether economic growth, inflation rates, and interest rates affect the lending to government banks. The population in this study are Government Banks listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) for the period 2009 to 2016. In the selection of samples, this study uses purposive sampling method, in which as many as 4 Government Banks will be used as samples. The company's financial statements have been published so that the required data is available and can be fulfilled. Testing the data in this study using multiple regression analysis method. Based on the test results, it is known that simultaneously, economic growth, inflation rates, and interest rates have a significant effect on credit channeling at Government Banks. And partially, economic growth and inflation rates have a positive and significant effect on lending to government banks while interest rates have a negative and significant impact on lending to Government Banks listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia in the period 2009-2016.Keywords: Credit Distribution, Economic Growth, Inflation Rate, and Interest Rate

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis purpose of this research was to determine and analize the effect of service recovery, price and service recovery on customer loyality through customer satisfaction on Gajayana train customers.. the research location was in Kota Baru Malang station with a population of all Gajayana train passengers in December 2018 of 5,549 people. From the population, samples were taken using the Slovin formula with a standard error of 10%, obtained by 98 respondents with criteria that had used Gajayana train service at least twice or had experienced disappointment. This type of research is explanatory research.               The analysis technique used in this study is quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative testing includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, path analysis, significance test (t test) and sobel test. From the results of the analysis of calculations that have been carried out, it shows that there is a direct influence between service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction of 0.339. Price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction of 0.100. Service recovery for customer loyalty through customer satisfaction of 0.149. there is also an indirect effect between service quality on customer loyalty at 0.046, the indirect effect between price on customer loyalty is 0.128 and the indirect effect of service recovery on customer loyalty is 0.167. Keywords: service quality, price, service recoveri, customer satisfaction, customer loyality

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe goals of this studies are to find out how the probability impacts of stock returns on companies in the banking industry sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. In this study, there are several variables used to measure the effect of stock returns, consisting of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), gold prices, and interest rates. The stock return value is taken from the time the gold price closed at the end of the period. Based on the list of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, there are many issuers of banking, and from these, 12 banking companies were selected according to the criteria and qualifications of the purposive sampling. The study, using datas analysis techniques, namely by multiple linear regression analysis techniques, using research data, namely panel data. Result of this study provide a statement that the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has a positive and significant effect on stock returns. In the gold price variable, there is no effect on stock returns. Abstract

ABSTRACTBidadari Salon and Spa is one of beauty and hair care service company inMalang City. Many service offered by Bidadari Salon is an affordable price, roomfor beauty care that is clean and comfortable. This study aims to determine theinfluence of price perceptions, brand perceptions, to re-buy interest with theperception of value as an intervening variable (case study on Bidadari Salon andSpa). Data were collected trough questionnaires and data were analyzed usingSPSS 16.0. Based on the result of the research can be seen that the perception ofprice affect the perception of value with significance of 0,498 (positive), andbrand perception does effect the perception of value with significance of 0,280(positive). Price perception has effect on repurchase interest with significantequal to 0,473, brand perception have an effect on to re-buy interest withsignificant equal to 0,280, perception of value does an effect to re-buy interestwith value significance that is equal to 0,990 . The perception of value is able tomediate the relationship between price perceptions of repurchase interest, and theperception of value is unable to mediate the relationship between brand’sperception of repeat interest.Keywords: Bidadari Salon and Spa, perception, significance, interveningvariable

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the market reaction and company performance to the employee stock option program. This research is quantitative research with secondary data collection techniques. In this study numbered 12 companies in a five-year period. Sampling techniques used are purposive sampling method. Secondary data processing using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously market reaction and company performance have a positive and significant effect. Partially, the market reaction has a positive and significant effect on the employee stock option program, while the company's performance has no effect on the employee stock option program. Keyword: Market Reaction, Company Performance, Employee Stock Option Program.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at CV. Mitra Jaya Company Malang. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Work-Life Balance, and Burnout, on Employee Job Satisfaction of CV. Mitra Jaya Company Malang.The variables used are Work-Life Balance and Burnout as independent variables, while the Employee Job Satisfaction variable is the dependent variable. The sample used in this study was 53 employees of CV. Mitra Jaya Company Malang uses the proportional stratification random method. Data collection methods by collecting primary and secondary data. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classic assumption tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination.The results showed that the Work-Life Balance variable significantly affected the Job Satisfaction of employees of CV. Mitra Jaya Company Malang, while the Burnout variable does not significantly influence the Job Satisfaction of employees of CV. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the influence of variables rate inflation, lien income,gold prices, and income tax on the distribution of mortgage loans PT. Pawnshop(Persero) Indonesia. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis,normality test and classical assumption test. The data used is time series data thatis the period 2009-2016. Based on the result of partial analysis of inflation rate(Sig. T equal to 0,104), pawn income (Sig. T sebesasr 0,188), and income tax (Sig.T equal to 0,551) have negative and insignificant effect to mortgage credit. whilegold price (Sig. t equal to 0,040) have a positive and significant effect to thedistribution of mortgage credit. Simultaneously all independent variables affectthe distribution of mortgage loans with Sig value. F of 002.Keywords: mortgage lending, inflation rate, lien income, gold price, income tax,and multiple linear regression.
