Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on visitor satisfaction, the sample of this study is Mystic Coffee visitors. Data collection using a questionnaire, data analysis using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear analysis, F statistic test and t statistic test, coefficient of determination test in IBM Social Sciences Statistical Package (SPSS) Version 16.0From the results of calculations with SPSS which is a variable of service quality and price simultaneously and significantly to visitor satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and location on purchasing decisions of Lapis Tugu Malang. The sample and population in this study were 80 respondents who were consumers who had bought Lapis Tugu Malang.The method used is descriptive data analysis, namely by using the tests of validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity test, heterocedasticity test and hypothesis test t. The results of this study indicate that the variable price, product quality and location have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Price, Product Quality, Location and Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of using Youtube media and product quality on brand awareness of electric guitars among consumers of CV Sang Adi Musik Indonesia. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling so that a sample of 70 data was obtained. This study uses primary data using a questionnaire as a data collection method, validity test used as a data analysis technique, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression, and t test, with IBM Spss V-20 tools. The results showed that the use of Youtube Media and Product Quality simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness. Partially, the use of Youtube media has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness, product quality has a positive and significant effect on Brand awareness. Keywords: Youtube Media, Product Quality, Brand Awareness.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the effect of celebrity endorser, advertising attractiveness and product quality on purchasing decisions of Ms Glow's beauty products. This research uses explanatory research and quantitative approach . by using the Malhotra theory to take a sample, namely the number of items X 5 so that the total sample was found to be 70. To complete this study using validity test, normality test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis, and classical assumption test. This study uses multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of this study are celebrity endorser variables, advertising attractiveness, and product quality simultaneously affect consumer purchasing decisions. And partially the celebrity endorser variable has a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions on Ms Glow products. Keywords: Celebrity endorser, advertising appeal, product quality

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the direct influence and indirect influence of the three variables, namely Website Quality, Trust and Loyalty to Online Shop Customers. This type of research is a type of Explanatory Research using a quantitative approach. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UNISMA Management Study Program Force 2015 - 2018 with a total of 93 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the quality of the website has a significant effect on trust of 0.868, (2) the quality of the website has a significant effect on loyalty of 0.856, (3) trust has a significant effect on loyalty of 0.858 and (4)  the quality of the website towards loyalty through trust by 0,745. Keyword: Website Quality, Trust, Loyalty

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, work environment and work discipline on teacher performance at SD Islam Surya Buana Malang.The population and sample in this study were all teachers of SD Islam Surya Buana Malang, totaling 30 people. Data collection using a questionnaire, with multiple linear regression analysis method.            The results showed that work motivation, work environment and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of teachers at SD Islam Surya Buana Malang. Work motivation and work discipline significant effect the performance of teachers at SD Islam Surya Buana Malang. Abstract

ABSTRACT  This research is based on the tight competition of electronic products in the form of mobile phones with. As well as how the company can survive in determining the position B and get the spotlight from consumers (especially Samsung products). This study aims to (1) find out and analyze the influence of the simultaneous brand image and word of mouth on the Samsung mobile purchasing decision process and (2) to find out and analyze the influence of partial brand image and word of mouth on the purchase decision of Samsung mobile phones. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Management Department and obtained 82 respondents with technical testing of validity, reliability, t test and F test processed into the regression equation as follows: Y = 3.315 + 0.449 + 0.332 + e. Where is the brand image variable as X1, word of mouth as X2 and purchase decision as variable Y. The results show that there is a significant influence both partially and simultaneously brand image and word of mouth variables on the purchase decision of Samsung brand mobile phones.  Keywords : Brand Image, Word Of Mouth and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract      Employee engagement is something that can be one of the keys to organizational success. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice and team work on employee engagement on employees at Koperasi Unit Desa Pakis Malang. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study employees who had different positions in the Koperasi Unit Desa Pakis Malang with a total sample of 39 respondents. The sampling method using saturated sampling method. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis used includes instrument test, classical assumption test multiple linier regression hypothesis test and determination coefficient  using SPSS. The result of this study indicate that organizational justice and team work have a simultaneous effect on employee engagement. The results of this study also indicated that there was a partial influence between organizational justice and team work on employee engagement.             Keywords : Organizational Justice, Team Work, Employee Engagement

Abstract

ABSTRACT         This study analyzes the comparison of income tax payments of individual taxpayers before and after changes in income that are not taxable with research data for the year 2012-2018. This research was conducted in KPP Pratama Malang Selatan. The purpose of this study is (1) to analyze the comparison of tax revenues before and after the increase in non-taxable income (PTKP) (2) to analyze the comparison of the number of taxpayers before and after the increase in non-taxable income (PTKP). The research of this paper uses analytical techniques such as comparative analysis. The data needed in this study are the amount of tax revenue, the number of taxpayers, and the list of non-taxable income, for the past seven years. The analytical method used is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 2.1. The analytical method used in this study includes descriptive statistics, normality tests, hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the amount of tax revenue is different but not significant before and after the change in income is not taxable. While the number of taxpayers shows that there are differences in the number of taxpayers before and after changes in income are not taxable. The existence of a difference in the form of an increase in the number of taxpayers before and after changes in non-taxable income (PTKP) can be due to an increase in income not taxable will result in a decrease in the level of tax revenue. Keywords: Tax revenue, taxpayer, non-taxable income (PTKP).
