Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is meant to find out the influence of product quality, service quality, and price to the purchasing decision at BSM (Bandung Super Model) Jl. Sengkaling Malang. The Population is all customers who have ever visited the BSM (Bandung Super Model) Jl. Sengkaling Malang. The sample collection technique has been done by using accidental sampling based on the accidental which means all customers who have ever purchased the products of BSM, and 89 respondents have been selected as samples. The data analysis technique has been done by using multiple linear regressions. The results of the test show that product quality, service quality, and price variables which have positive and significant influence to the customer decision. Based on the partial determination coefficient value, it shows that product quality becomes the variable which has dominant influence to the customer decision. It means that when the product quality is getting better, it will have influence to the increase of the customer decision at BSM (Bandung Super Model) Jl. Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to analyze the effect of profitability, investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend decisions on economic value added. The sample in this study is a manufacturing company that is listed on the BEI in 2015-2017. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 14.0 for Windows software. The results of sampling using the purposive sampling method and those that meet the sample criteria are as many as 20 companies.Based on the results of hypothesis testing that has been done, it is concluded that simultaneous profitability, investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend decisions affect the economic value added. Partially, profitability variables and dividend decision variables affect the economic value added. While investment decision variables and funding decision variables do not affect the economic value added.Keywords: Profitability (ROA), Investment Decisions (PER), Funding Decisions (DER), Dividend Decisions (DPR), and Economic Value Added (EVA).

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis purpose of this research is Financial Literacy, financial knowledge and Financial Attitudes on Financial Management Behavior in fashion MSME entrepreneurs in Malang Regency. This research is a quantitative study with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 40 respondents. The sampling technique used was the accidental sampling method. Primary data processing uses Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) analysis techniques with multiple regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that simultaneous variables of financial liabilities, financial knowledge and financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior. Partially, each independent variable has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior. Keyword : financial literacy, financial knowledge, financial attitudes and financial management behavior

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to influence food quality, atmosphere, and price fairness on customer satisfaction partially or simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative methods and this type of research is explanatory research. The sample of this research was 88 customers at Photocopi Cafe Malang using the Slovin formula with a level of 10%. To obtain accurate and detailed data, this study uses a data collection method with a questionnaire with a Likert scale by distributing it to customers of Cafe Photocopi Malang. Data analysis used was instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that food quality, atmosphere, and price reasonableness simultaneously affect customers at Cafe Photocopi Malang. While partially the quality of food affects customer satisfaction, atmosphere affects customer satisfaction and price fairness affects customer satisfaction at Cafe Photocopi Malang.Keywords: Food Quality, Atmosphere, Fairness of Prices and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, leadership style and work discipline on performance, the sample of this research is the management of the IKAMALA organization. To collect data using a questionnaire, to analyze data using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear analysis, F statistic test and t statistic test, coefficient of determination test in IBM Social Sciences Statistical Package (SPSS) Version 16.0From the results of calculations with SPSS which is a variable of Work Motivation, Leadership Style and Work Discipline have a simultaneous and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of exposure to social media advertising, video marketing content, product posters, and celebrity endorsements on interest in buying Scarlett Whitening products in FEB students, Islamic University of Malang. This study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research methods. The data used is primary data, the data collection method uses a questionnaire via Google form. The technique of determining the sample using random sampling of 95 respondents with a system of determining the number of samples using the formula by Malhotra.The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect on the video content marketing variable on buying interest. While the product poster and celebrity endorse variables showed no significant effect on buying interest in Scarlett Whitening products. 37.5% buying interest is influenced by the variables in this study, while 62.5% buying interest is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Keywords: Advertising, buying interest, marketing content, product posters, celebrity endorsements, scarlett whitening

Abstract

Abstract This study aims the effect of work experience, level of education and job training on the performance of the employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Malang City. The number of samples is 63 employees. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The method of data collection in this study used a questionnaire. The results showed that simultaneously work experience, level of education and job training had an effect on employee performance. Partially work experience, level of education and job training affect employee performance. Keywords: Employee Performance, Work Experience, Education Level, Work  Training.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to analyze how influence on partial testReturn On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Gross Profit Margin (GPM),and Earning Per Share (EPS) to stock price on companies listed in LQ 45 BEIperiod 2013-2016. This research includes the type of this research is quantitativeresearch used secondary data with financial report on the LQ 45 index. Thesamples are having 21 from 64 companies which listed in LQ 45 index. Techniquewhich taken with purposive sampling. Methods of data analyze used multiplelinear regressions analysis with a testing hypothesis by T test. The result of thisresearch included that Return On Equity (ROE) is not had significant influence tothe stock price and negative influence, Net Profit Margin (NPM) had significantinfluence to the stock price and negative influence, Gross Profit Margin (GPM)had significant influence to the stock price and positive influence, Earning PerShare (EPS) had significant influence to the stock price and positive influence.Keywords: Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Gross ProfitMargin (GPM), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Stock Price.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the effect of social media marketing (Content Creation, Content Sharing, Connecting, Community Building) on customer decisions on IndiHome products (Special Study of Wittel Telkom Pasuruan). This research includes a type of research with quantitative. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique uses the formula from Solvin with the calculation results of 91 samples. To solve the problems in this study using SPSS with the help of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results showed that simultaneously The variables Content Creation (X1), Content Sharing (X2), Connecting (X3), Community Building (X4), have a significant simultaneous effect on customer decisions on IndiHome Telkom products (Y). And there is a partial influence between Content Creation (X1), Content Sharing (X2), Connecting (X3), Community Building (X4), on Customer Decisions on IndiHome Telkom Products (Y). Keywords : Content Creation, Content Sharing, Connecting. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis current study aimed to empirically examine the effect of Cash Turnover, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Operating Cost Operating Income (OCOI) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on the Profitability of Islamic Financial Institutions which is listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2019. The sample of this study was obtained by using a purposive sampling method. Based on the criteria, 48 samples were gained to be the research subjects. The data analysis and technique used in this study was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the study revealed that the variable of Cash Turnover has a negative significant effect on Profitability, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has no effect on Profitability, Operating Cost Operating Income (OCOI) has a negative significant effect on Profitability, and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has a positive significant effect on Profitability. Keywords: Profitability, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Operating Cost Operating Income (OCOI), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Profitability.
