Abstract

ABSTRACTION                The purpose of this study is to describe work motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction, and employee performance and to know the effect of work motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction on the performance of employees partially or simultaneously.This research method using quantitative method. This research type is explanatory research.               The sample of this research is Lowokwaru District civil servant by using saturated sampling, that is 32 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 for windows.               The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and insignificant effect of Work Motivation on the Performance of Civil Servants Lowokwaru District. (2) There is no influence of Work Discipline on Kinerrja of Civil Servant of Lowokwaru Subdistrict. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of Job Satisfaction on Performance of Civil Servant of Lowokwaru Subdistrict. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACK               Raw material arrangements carried out by CV. Pinuji The procedure for purchasing cigarette raw materials will be made 40% of the needs of one month. Supervision, capacity in a storage warehouse of 20,000 kg. How to use (FIFO) raw materials first in first out, CV. Pinuji prepared Rp.21,660,000. (EOQ) economical order quantity The optimal number of clove handles is 21,398.50 kg each time ordering an order frequency 2 times with an optimal order time of 103 days, the total cost of one year is Rp.2,208,575. safety stock 222.13 kg. Abstract

ABSTRACT                                                                    This study aims to discuss and analyze organizational commitment, individual characteristics and work motivation on employee job satisfaction. And to analyze or determine the effect partially or simultaneously on variable X with variable Y. The population used in this study were all employees at PT. Kharisma Dian Suara Malang, which is 40 employees. The method of collecting data uses a questionnaire. The analysis used includes instrument testing, normality test, multiple linear analysis, classic assumption test, and hypothesis.            The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment emphasizes employee job satisfaction, individual characteristics that emphasize satisfaction with employees, work motivation emphasizes the importance of employee job satisfaction. So, organizational commitment, individual characteristics and simultaneous cooperation motivation on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Individual Characteristics and Work                        Motivation on Job Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at the Department of public works and spatial planning in Malang City. The type of research used is explanatory research (quantitative research) through a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work life quality, organizational culture, and leadership style on organizational commitment. The independent variable used is the quality of work life, organizational culture, and leadership style, while the dependent variable is organizational commitment. The sample used in this study were 52 respondents who were members of the civil service (PNS) employee. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical methods used are instrument test, morality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using the help of computer software SPSS 25 data processing. The results of this study indicate that the quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, leadership style influences organizational commitment.Keywords: Organizational commitment, Quality of Work Life, Organizational Culture, Leadership Styles.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know whether the location factor, product completeness, price and promotion to the repurchase of consumers (case study on the consumer Tiara Toserba Banjarwati Village, Paciran subdistrict, Lamongan Regency), which is located on Jl. Sunan Drajat No. 393. Independent variables: Location factors, product completeness, pricing and promotions. Dependent variables: consumer repurchase. The samples used in this study were 90 respondents who had re-purchased in Tiara Toserba with the Maholtra formula (the number of items of the declaration at five or X 5). Data source and method of collecting data by collecting primary or scale data of Likert by rounding out questionnaires. Analysis of the data used includes validity and reliability tests, test normality, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesized testing, and coefficient of determination testing with the help of SPSS 26 Software.The results showed that the variable location factor, product completeness, price and promotion simultaneously had significant effect on the repurchase of consumers in Tiara Toserba. As for the partial location factor variables, completeness of the product, prices have significant effect on the repurchase of consumers in Tiara Toserba. However, partial promotions have no significant effect on rebuying consumers in Tiara Toserba. Keywords: location factors, product completeness, price, promotion, consumer repurchase

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price and quality of information systems on customer satisfaction of Gojek. The population in this study were the Gojek customers in the Tlogomas RW 6, RT 1 and RT 2 Malang. The sample used is some Tlogomas residents with the respondents being Gojek customers. The technique used in sampling is a technique using the Slovin formula, the sample selected is 41 respondents. The data were collected using a questionnaire method. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 14 (Statistical Products and Service Solutions version 14). The test data used were simultaneous hypothesis testing (f), determination coefficient (R2), and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that the independent variable simultaneously had a significant effect on the dependent variable. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination, the adjusted R value is 74.7%, while the remaining 25.3% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Based on the partial test results, three variables have an influence on customer satisfaction, service quality (sig = 0.045), price (sig = 0.005) and information system quality (sig = 0.030) have an effect on customer satisfaction.Keywords: service quality, price, information system quality and customer satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality and the environment on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction Petong Cafe & Art House. This research is a type of explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The research method used is path analysis. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the sample was obtained by 64 respondents. The results of this study indicate that partially all variables have a significant and positive effect. While the results of the intervening test showed that customer satisfaction was able to mediate the relationship between service quality and the environment on customer loyalty Petong Cafe & Art House. The interesting thing from this research can be seen from the answers of the highest respondents, namely the product menu presented by Petong Cafe & Art House in accordance with consumer expectations and the products and services give a positive impression to customers. Keywords: Service Quality, Environment, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstrak Financial decisions related to capital or funds in the company. Capital is business capital that is the basis for running a business. Decisions that are closely related to the selection of financing sources that come from and can affect the value of the company. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of profitability, firm size, asset structure, and liquidity on capital structure. The object of this research is food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2018-2020. This type of research is causative. The population in this study are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period as many as 26 companies and a sample of 14 companies. The sampling method is purposive sampling, so the number of units of analysis is 42 observations. The method of data analysis is through multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that profitability, firm size, asset structure, and liquidity simultaneously had a significant effect on capital structure. Partially, liquidity has a significant effect on capital structure, while profitability, firm size and liquidity have no significant effect on capital structure. Keyword : Profitability, Size COmpany, Asset Structure, Liquidity, Capital Structure

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and describe the effect of self-actualization, rewards and incentives and employee performance and to determine the effect of self-actualization, rewards and incentives on employee performance simultaneously or partially. This study uses quantitative methods. This type of research is explanatory research.The population of this study were employees of the Jabung Agro Niaga Cooperative Sapronak Unit using snowball sampling as many as 45 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire.The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is no positive and significant effect of self-actualization on employee performance at the Jabung Agro Niaga Cooperative. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of reward on employee performance at the Jabung Agro Niaga Cooperative. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the difference in stock prices before and after the stock split, empirical studies on companies that carry out stock splits in 2016-2020.This research is a type of event study research, using a quantitative approach or positivism. The analytical method used is descriptive statistics in the form of mean and standard deviation. The sample used in this study amounted to 27 companies.The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference between stock prices before and after the stock split. Thus it can be concluded that the stock split has an effect on the company's stock price. Keywords : Before, After Stock Split and Stock Price
