Abstract

AbstractThe research purposes to look for a relationship between profitability (X1), liquidity (X2), free cash flow (X3) on dividend policy (Y). The type of research used is explanative quantitative research. plays a role in explaining the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The data obtained through a quantitative approach, in testing using numbers with statistical techniques. The sample selection technique uses a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of companies that pay dividends consecutively in the 2016-2019 period, the chemical sub-sector companies and the pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on the IDX and have complete data regarding the required calculation indicators, financial reports expressed in rupiah currency, in order to obtain 10 companies. The data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing. From data management, it is found that profitability has a significant negative effect on dividend policy. liquidity and free cash flow have a negative and insignificant effect on dividend policy. Kata kunci: Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Free Cash Flow, Kebijakan Dividen.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to analyze how the influence of firm size, institutional ownership, and profitability on earnings management using a quantitative approach method. The population used is the manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019 with a total of 182 companies. The sample used in this study used a purposive sampling technique so that based on predetermined criteria, 10 companies were selected as research samples. The data collection method used is by documenting data originating from the company's annual report which is downloaded on the IDX and company websites. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Through this study, it can be said that firm size and profitability have a positive effect on earnings management, but institutional ownership has no effect on earnings management. Keywords: Firm Size, Institutional Ownership, Profitability and Earnings Management

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the marketing strategy in maintaining business at the Ibin Menganto Flower Shop during the COVID-19 pandemic using a marketing mix strategy that can be applied to business actors. This study uses a qualitative method, namely a case study that produces descriptive data set out in words. Sources of data in this study using data collection techniques in this study the authors made a direct visit to the Ibin Menganto Flower Shop to conduct personal interviews with the owner, Mr. Sudarmono. Equipped with sales data for the past few years. The researcher concludes that there are several discussions, namely Strategy, Constraints and Solutions. The strategy applied to the Ibin Menganto Flower Shop is the Marketing Mix (Product, Promotion, Price, and Place). Product strategy in the form of innovation of bougainvillea cuttings, skull cuttings, and rose cuttings. The Price Strategy is that every purchase of a bouquet gets a bonus mask, and the Place Strategy a comfortable and cool atmosphere because it is naturally planted with many trees. Promotion strategies are in the form of price discounts, banners, social media, although they cannot be implemented optimally due to the lack of community digital levels. Then, the business solution at the Ibin Menganto Flower Shop in dealing with COVID-19 is to maintain cash flow, product innovation and maximize social media Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Marketing Mix, Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at the “Manfaat” Convection Company in Ngunut District, Tulungagung Regency. this company is one of the service businesses engaged in convection and embroidery. The purpose of the study was to determine whether teamwork, work spirit and work loyalty had an effect on employee productivity at a benefit convection company. The type of research used was quantitative research with questionnaire distribution method. The sample in this study were 36 respondents and data processing using SPSS computer program. The variable used in this study is productivity (dependent variable), while the independent variables are teamwork, work spirit and work loyalty. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of this study conclude that the variables of Teamwork, Morale and Work Loyalty have an effect either simultaneously or partially on Employee Work Productivity. For the Manfaat convection company, it is necessary to maintain teamwork, work spirit, and work loyalty because all these variables have very good values, so Companies must maintain the quality of employees that have been done so far in increasing work productivity and also the company. Keywords: Teamwork, Work Spirit, Work Loyalty, Productivity.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of Locally generated, GeneralAllocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, and Revenue Sharing Funds toCapital Expenditures in Districts / Cities in Indonesia in 2016.This research is a comparative causal research. The data of research onincoming region (PAD), Generally for Allocation Fund (DAU), Specifically forAllocation Fund (DAK) and Profit Sharing Fund (DBH) to Capital Expenditurederived from realization report of APBD districts and cities Indonesia in 2016,obtained from official site Directorate General of Fiscal Balance. The populationin this study is all districts and municipalities in Indonesia in 2016 with theexception of Tebing Tinggi city, Bukit Tinggi, regency of Lampung Timur andSukoharjo with the number of districts and cities that is 508.Technique datacollection using documentation method. The data analysis using normality test,classical assumption test, multiple linear regression ,and hypothesis test.Based on the result of research can be concluded that partially variableof PAD and DAU there is no significant influence to capital expenditure. While,DAK and DBH variables have significant influence to capital expenditure.Keywords : Locally Generated Revenue, Generally Allocation Fund, SpecificallyAllocation Fund and Profit Sharing Fund, Capital Expenditure.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The coffee shop business in Indonesia is currently growing, this can be seen from the significant increase in the number of coffee shops in Indonesia in the last three years. Even though the coffee consumption of the Indonesian people is low, the majority are coffee lovers and most coffee lovers are not only men but women also like it. Quoted in (beritasatu.com) The coffee trend in 2020 will continue to grow and this growth is supported by several factors, such as the habit (culture) of hanging out while drinking coffee. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, price and location on customer satisfaction. The population of this research is the consumers of Malang Coffee Family Café, with a sample size of 89 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables service quality, product quality, price and location simultaneously affect customer satisfaction. The variables of product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while the variables of service quality and location have a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Price, Location and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstrackThe shift of offline product marketing to online of course affects the level of consumer purchasing decisions for a product or service. Especially since the enactment of the appeal to stay at home to prevent and break the chain of the spread of Covid-19 in the pandemic era. This will certainly affect individual decisions in making purchase transactions. The factors that influence purchasing decisions are perceptions of product quality and service quality.The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out how much influence the perception of product quality and service quality has on purchasing decisions on the shopee e-commerce platform in the pandemic era. This research method uses a quantitative method that uses regression as a measure of how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable. The sample used in this study as many as 76 respondents, data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis using validity and reliability tests, and hypothesis analysis using t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination with SPSS 20 support.The results of this study are 1) the perception of product quality and service quality simultaneously affect the purchasing decision 2) The variable perception of product quality partially affects the purchasing decision. 3) The variable perception of product quality partially influences purchasing decisions, has been partially tested Keywords: Influence, Perception of product quality, Service quality, Purchase decision

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe study aims to study and analyze the impact of job satisfaction, motivation of work and organizational commitment to employee performance. Population and sample are all 32 employees. Data collection through questionnaire distribution. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 16. The sampling technique using the census method and the data testing technique used in this research includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing research.The results of the analysis show that the outline of job satifaction affects the significance of employee performance on motivattion of work that significantly influence employee performance as well as on organizational commitment has a significant effect. Together, it shows that job satisfaction, motivattion of work and organizational commitment significantly influence employee performance.Keywords: Job satisfaction,  Motivattion of Work and Organizational Commitment

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conduted at the Pakis Village Cooperative Unit, Malang Regency, Jalan Raya Asrikraton Asrikraton Village, Pakis District, Malang Regency. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of work environment, work motivation and leadership style on employee performance at the Pakis Village Cooperative Unit, Malang Regency.The variables in this study are work environment, work motivation and ledadership style as independent variables and employeeperformance as the dependent variable in this study. The samples in this study were 36 employees of the Pakis Village Cooperative Unit, Malang Regency. This study uses a quantitative paradigm with an explanatory research approach. Methods of data collection usingprimary data. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classical assumption test, normality test, multiple linier regression with the help of SPSS. The result of this study confirm that the variables of work environment, work motivation and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative, Malang Regency. Keyword: work environment, work motivation leadership style and employee performance.

Abstract

AbstractWith the development of the world of industry and technology in human life, it can facilitate the movement of goods and information from one place to another. Along with the development of an increasingly broad market, companies need expedition services to expand their business reach. One of the most important factors in an organization is human resources, therefore the utilization of human resources is needed. In general, employees work because to meet their daily needs, so that employees will work harder if the work they do gets a reward or remuneration, one of the policies that companies can do to improve employee performance is to provide compensation. Performance is the result of the work done and has a strong relationship to the company's strategy. Performance is about how to get the job done and about what to do next. Reward is one of the factors that employees work in an organization. Reward is one of the motivators used by managers to create productivity and increase employee motivation at work. Incentives are a form of payment associated with employee performance, as well as distribution of income to employees. Incentives are compensation provided by the company, which is linked between pay and productivity. Allowance is a reward given by the company in order to provide peace and prosperity to employees to maintain and improve employee morale. Keyword : Performance, Reward, Incentives, and Allowance
