Abstract

Abstract The balanced scorecard is a performance measurement and management system that views the company from four perspectives, namely financial, customer, internal business processes and learning and growth perspectives to improve strategic decisions in achieving company goals and provide managers or SMEs with an understanding of business performance. The advantage of implementing the Balanced Scorecard is to be able to provide a measure that can be used as a basis for strategic improvement. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of financial perspectives, customer perspectives, internal business process perspectives and learning and growth perspectives on SMEs performance. The object of this research is SMEs in Jepara Regency. Jepara Regency in 2022, namely 740 SMEs. The sampling technique, namely incidental sampling, obtained a total sample of 88. The data analysis method was through multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and learning and growth perspective simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of SMEs. Partially, the financial perspective and internal business process perspective have a significant effect on SMEs performance, while the customer perspective and learning and growth perspective have no significant effect on SMEs performance. Keyword: Financial Perspectives, Customer Perspectives, Internal Business Process Perspectives, Learning and Growth Perspectives, SME Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to know the influence of performance area the effect of Financial Incentives and Non-Financial Incentives to Employee Performance with Motivation as intervening variable in Resist Wear Distro Turen Malang.This research is Explanatory Research. The research data of performance area, Incentives of Financial and Non Financial on Employee Performance with Motivation as intervening variable, obtained from Resist Wear Distro Turen Malang. Population in this research is all employees of Resist Wear Distro Turen Malang. Data collection are using questionnaire data. Then, the data analysis used instrument test, normalitas test, classis assumption, and hypothesis test. Based on the finding of this research, it can be concluded that the partiallly financial incentive variable has significant effect on employee performance, non financial incentive has no significant effect on employee performance, motivation has significant effect on employee performance, motivation mediates partially the relationship between financial incentive on employee performance, Motivation perfectly mediates the relationship between non financial incentives on a performance.  Keywords: Financial Incentives, Non Financial Incentives, Employee Motivation and Performance.

Abstract

    AbstractThis research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the variables of the Covid-19 Disaster and Social Distancing on Changes in Consumer Behavior in consumers of the rambak cracker industry in Mojokerto simultaneously and partially. This research uses explanatory research with descriptive and quantitative approaches. The population in this study were consumers of the Cow Jaya rambak cracker industry located in Hamlet Kauman, Bangsal Village Rt 06/15 Bangsal District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java. The sampling technique used was Non Probability Sampling which was assisted by the Slovin formula, so a sample of  52 respondents was obtained. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis processed with SPSS 16.0 software. The survey method used was a questionnaire. The results showed that the Covid-19 Disaster and Social Restrictions simultaneously had a significant effect on changes in consumer behavior. And the Covid-19 Disaster variable partially has no significant effect on changes in consumer behavior. Social Restrictions Variable has a partially significant effect on Changes in Consumer Behavior. Keywords: Covid-19 Disaster, Social Distancing, Changes in Consumer Behavior

Abstract

Abstract          Klinik Rumah Luka Sidoarjo is a center treatment of wounds and circumcision modern located in Sidoarjo and has been equipped with power medical professional, but there are obstacles that cause employees home Luka Sidoarjo less than optimal in be work that is permasalahn salary. One of them is late payroll and often times the calculation of salaries are not appropriate between the salaries of the principal and salary overtime . The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of salary and intensified towards the performance of the employees inKlinik Rumah Luka. This study is using a type of quantitative research associative with the method descriptive. The population that used as many as 36 people. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression (multiple regressions). The results of this study are salaries and incentives have a simultaneous and partial effect on employee performance at the Klinik Rumah Luka Sidoarjo . Keywords: Employee Salary; Employee Intensive; Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to find out the influence of promotion, advertising power and celebrity endorsement on the buying interest of consumers online shop tokopedia study in students feb Universitas Islam Malang Force 2018. The type of research used is quantitative research with questionnaire dissemination methods. The sample in this study was as many as 100 respondents and data processing using the SPSS computer program. This research has qualified for validity and reliability.  The data analysis used in this study is a test of classical assumptions, normality, multiple linear regression, hypothesis test and determination coefficient analysis. The variables used in this study are the Buy Interest variable (dependent variable), while the independent variables are Promotion, Ad Attractiveness and Celebrity Endorsement.The results of this study concluded that Variable Promotion, Ad Attractiveness and Celebrity Endorsements are influential both simultaneously and partially on Consumer Buying Interests. Keywords: Promotion, Ad Appeal, Celebrity Endorsement and Consumer Buying Interest.

Abstract

Abstract This research is entitled "Comparative Analysis of Financial Performance before and during Covid-19, Various Industry Sub-Sectors Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021". The purpose of this research is to identify whether there is a difference between Covid-19 and the financial performance of various industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange before and at the time of Covid-19. The independent variable in this research is the impact of Covid-19. While the dependent variable is financial performance in the form of liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity. This research uses a quantitative approach, namely by describing or illustrating the data that has been collected and with secondary data as a source of data obtained from the annual financial reports of various industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2021. The method of analysis in this research is descriptive statistical test and Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results of this research show that (1) The results of the comparison of Liquidity Ratios and Leverage Ratios before and during Covid-19 for various industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021 showed no significant difference, (2) Comparison of Profitability Ratios and the activity ratio before and during Covid-19 in various industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021 there was a significant difference. Keywords: Liquidity, Solvency, Profitability, Activity

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the use of profit and cash flow to financial distress at a coal mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange year period 2012-2014. The population in this study are all coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange year period 2012-2014. The sample in this study using purposive sampling method amounted to 19 companies. Data analysis techniques used in this study is the logistic regression analysis. Sources of data in this study were obtained annual financial statements published by the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  The results of this study showed that the profit and cash flow variables influence simultaneously toward financial distress. Meanwhile, the study also showed that the variable profit is partially affected the financial distress. And variable cash flows is partially affected the financial distress.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. The method used in this research is a quantitative method based on the philosophy of positivism. The sampling technique used was saturated samples. The population and sample used were 72 employees. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative method, namely the process of simplifying the data into a form that is simple to read. The results of this study provide empirical evidence that the variables of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence both simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, employee performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Price, and Service Quality on Consumer Purchasing Decisions on Skincare Product.The data used in this study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The study population is students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang with a total sample of 94 students. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that partially Product Quality, Price, and Service Quality has a significant positive efect on Consumer Purchasing Decisions on Skincare Product. Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted in order to determine and analyze the influence of brand, price, and product quality on the decision to purchase Telkomsel internet packages. The population in this study were active undergraduate students at the Islamic University of Malang Batch 2018. The approach method used non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling which is a sampling technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 85 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The results of this study indicate that partially brand, price, and product quality variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. While Simultaneously stated that the brand. price, and product quality together influence the decision to purchase Telkomsel internet packages. Keywords: Brand, Price, Product Quality, Purchase Decision
