Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of experiential marketing, perceived quality, and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions for Maxim application users in the city of Malang. The research was conducted using a survey method of 90 respondents using purposive sampling. The data analysis method used in this research was quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The data test used is partial hypothesis testing (t test). The research results show that experiential marketing, perceived quality, and service quality have a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions. In conclusion, increasing experiential marketing, perceived quality and service quality can improve consumer purchasing decisions for Maxim application users in the city of Malang. Keywords : Experiential Marketing, Perceived Quality, Service Quality, And Consumer Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of online customer rating, online customer review, cash on delivery, and free shipping on purchasing decisions on Lazada e-commerce. This research uses case studies on active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang who were selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Malholtra formula and the results obtained were 80 respondents. Data analysis methods used in this study are Instrument Test (validity test and reliability test), Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test (multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test (F test and t test), and Determination Coefficient Test (Adjusted R2). Process analysis using SPSS. The results of the study state that online customer rating, online customer reviewy, cash on delivery, and free shipping simultaneously influence  purchasing decisions and partially online customer rating, online customer review, and free shipping have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to assess the impact of free shipping (X1), discounts (X2), and Shopee ads (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y) among Economics and Business Faculty students at the Islamic University of Malang. The research utilizes an explanatory approach with a quantitative method. Data collection involved distributing questionnaires via Google Form to 100 eligible respondents. Analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression techniques. The findings indicate that free shipping, discounts, and Shopee ads individually (t-test) positively influence purchasing decisions. Collectively (F-test), these variables also positively impact purchasing decisions. The R-squared value reveals that 33.7% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be attributed to free shipping, discounts, and Shopee ads. The remaining variation is influenced by undisclosed factors. In conclusion, the strategies involving free shipping, discounts, and Shopee ads significantly affect purchasing decisions, particularly among students at the Economics and Business Faculty of the Islamic University of Malang. Keywords: Free Shipping, Discounts, Shopee Advertisements, and Purchase Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to; (1) Know and analyze the impact of product quality and price on Xiaomi customer satisfaction. (2) Analyze the impact of product quality on individual Xiaomi customer satisfaction (3) Know and analyze the impact of price on Xiaomi customer satisfaction.This research method is Questionnaire (questionnaire) This method is used to collect data on product quality and price on customer satisfaction. The sampling technique used in this study is a probability technique by means of random sampling (Simple Random Sample Method), namely by a sample selection method in which each member of the population has the same opportunity to be selected as a sample member. In analyzing this method, the author uses the formula of the slovin formula, it can be determined that the number of samples is 86 respondents from 598 total students of the Islamic University of Malang. Keywords : Consumer Satisfaction, Product Quality, Price

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to test and explain the influence of online tracking systems, timeliness and security on customer satisfaction of J&T Express Lowokwaru Malang City, case study among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. This research uses a quantitative approach which uses the Maholtra formula in determining the sample because the population is still not known for certain. Looking at the calculation results of the Maholtra formula, the sample size is 90. To solve the problem in this research, SPSS is used to analyze the various tests carried out. such as validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, multiple linear regression tests and adjusted R2 coefficient of determination tests. The results of this research are that the online tracking system, timeliness and security have a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction and partially the online tracking system, timeliness and security have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Online Tracking System, Timeliness, Security, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the extent of development of the Boon Pring tourist park and the factors that influence tourists to return to the Boon Pring Sananrejo Turen tourist park. The data mining techniques used in this research are through interviews, observation and documentation. And the data analysis in this research is qualitative data analysis is inductive.The research results show that tourism development in Boon Pring is carried out in the form of adding various tourist attractions and activities. Tourist infrastructure to the Boon Pring area includes transportation, road networks and signs pointing to majors in good condition. Boon Pring tourist facilities (facilities) consist of 8 bathrooms/toilets, stalls, gazebos spread throughout the Boon Pring area, a large parking area, and there are 20 homestays with a total of 30 rooms. In terms of management/infrastructure, available electrical energy sources from the PLN network, including monitoring and security facilities, there are written prohibitions on what not to do while in the Boon Pring area. The management even prepared several officers to go around the bamboo forest to ensure security. In the field of community, environmental and cultural development, in the form of strengthening and educating tourism awareness through village clean-up activities. Availability of facilities, maintenance of cleanliness and guaranteed security are factors that can increase tourists' interest in returning to the Boon Pring tourist attraction. Keywords: Interest In Visiting, Facilities, Cleanliness, Security

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to examine the influence of ease of use, usability, and trust on users' decisions in using e-wallet (DANA). Technological advances have changed people's needs for safe and fast payment systems. Along with the increase in internet users via smartphones, various payment applications have emerged which have become a trend among society, especially the younger generation. E-wallets have become a very popular digital payment option in Indonesia, one of which is DANA. The research methodology used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This research focused on people living in the city of Malang, with a sample size of 100 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. To test the research hypothesis, multiple linear regression analysis was used with the help of the SPSS 23 analysis tool. The test results showed that both simultaneously and partially, perceived ease of use (X1), usefulness (X2), and trust (X3) had a positive and significant influence on usage decision (Y). Keywords: Perception Ease of Use, Usefullness, Trust, Decision to Use

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was determine product completeness, service quality, and word of mouth on purchasing decisions partially or simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative research methods and this type of research is purposive sampling. The sample of this research is Deliwafa Store Malang consumers with a total of 90 respondents. To obtain accurate and detailed data, this study used a data collection method with a questionnaire. The data analysis used is instrument test, normality test, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination using the help of SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that product completeness, service quality, and word of mouth simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Deliwafa Store Malang. Furthermore, partially, product completeness, service quality, and word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Deliwafa Store Malang.  Keywords: Product Completeness, Service Quality, Word of Mouth

Abstract

Abstract This study is intended to examine and explain the impact of communication, emotional intelligence, and individual innovation capabilities on the performance of NK Cafe Malang employees. A total of 75 respondents were sampled in this research by applying saturated sampling techniques. Quantitative data analysis through multiple linear regression analysis is used as a data analysis method. Data testing was carried out using partial hypothesis testing (t test). The results of the study show that partially (t test) the communication variable has a significant influence on the performance of NK Cafe Malang employees, the emotional intelligence variable also has a significant influence on the performance of NK Cafe Malang employees, and the individual innovation capability variable does not have a significant influence on the performance of NK Cafe company employees. Keywords: Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Individual Innovation Capability and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of religiosity, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control on buying interest in halal-labeled skincare in Malang City. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were people in Malang City. The sampling method in this study used accidental sampling, in this study the sample amounted to 70 respondents. While the data analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS 25.0. The conclusions drawn are that religiosity and subjective norms have a positive and significant effect on buying interest, and perceived behavioral control has a negative and significant effect on buying interest in halal-labeled skincare in Malang City. Keywords: Religiosity, Subjective Norms and Perceived Behavioral Control, Purchase Intention
