Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of Transformational Leadership, Communication, and Organizational Commitment on the Performance of UNISMA Jam'iyyatul Rurro' Wal Huffadz (JQH) Management Volunteers. This type of research is a quantitative research, namely research in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics The population in this study is the entire management of UKM JQH UNISMA and with the number of samples obtained by 49 students using saturated sample techniques. Data was collected using questionnaires  through google form  and and analyzed by multiple linear regression through Statistical Program Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The results of this study show that transformational leadership, communication and organizational commitment have a significant effect on the performance of volunteers in the management of UKM JQH UNISMA Keywords : Leadership, Communication, Commitment, Volunteer Performance, Management

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of service quality, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for consumers of Nelongso Fried Chicken, Tlogomas Branch. The total population in the study reached a total of 600 consumers with a sample of 86 respondents using the Slovin formula. This type of research is quantitative research with a purposive sampling technique approach. This research source uses primary data sources and the data collection method uses a questionnaire. This research was tested using instrument tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be seen that service quality, product quality and price have a simultaneous and partial effect on purchasing decisions for consumers of Nelongso Fried Chicken, Tlogomas Branch. Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Price, Buying Decision

Abstract

Abstract In the economic realm, business refers to an entity or organization that sells goods and services to consumers or other entities. It is important for companies to understand consumer behavior because the continuity and success of companies, which strive to meet consumer needs and desires, is very dependent on a deep understanding of consumer behavior (Tjiptono F, 2008: 96). In the current digital era, smartphones have become an integral element in people's daily lives. Its function is not only limited as a communication tool, but also as a learning tool, as a tool for accessing information, and carrying out various other activities that can make human life easier. In this way, it is not surprising that the smartphone market is growing and competition between smartphone brands is getting tighter. Xiomi smartphones have become one of the most popular brands in Indonesia in recent years. Abstract In this period of globalization, each company is confronted with strongly commerce competition within the advanced world. Trade individuals must compete to win commerce competition through the progressively growing computerized world. The expanding concentrated and number of competitors places requests on trade individuals to meet customer desires and wants. The important thing that has to be considered in arrange to win the competition is to supply value and satisfaction to buyers by conveying quality items and administrations at the correct cost. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of perceived quality, customer loyalty, brand equity on Xioami smartphone users. The research used is a descriptive quantitative method with an explanatory research approach. The population in this study is the people of Mangunan Village, Udanawu District, Blitar Regency with a total population of 3,589. While the sample formula used is using the slovin formula with a purposive sampling approach with a total of 98 samples. The sample that is focused in this research is Xiaomi smartphone users. The data used is primary data using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The data analysis method used is instrument test; validity test, reliability test, normality test, path analysis test, hypothesis test: partial t test, Sobel test. From the results of the study simultaneously obtained results that perceived quality (perceived quality) has an indirect effect on customer loyalty (consumer loyalty) through brand equity (brand equity) as an intervening variable or intermediate variable. Keywords: Perceived Quality, Customer Loyalty, Brand Equity

Abstract

Abstract Currently, Indonesia has many tourist destinations that can be used as assets for the government to develop regional tourism by relying on the internet. One such tour is the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park. The aim of this type of explanatory research and quantitative approach is to find out and analyze social media marketing, word of mouth, and destination image on visiting intentions, either simultaneously or partially. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique, namely snowball sampling which is a technique for determining the initial sample size is small, then enlarges. Determining the number of samples using the Malhotra formula which then found a number of 95 respondents. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS analysis tool. Based on the results of this study, social media marketing, word of mouth, and destination image partially have an influence on visiting intentions. Keywords: Social Media Marketing, Word Of Mouth, Destination Image And Interest In Visiting

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out how much Product Quality, Brand Image, and Promotion Influence on Purchase Decision Case Study on Cangkir Dampit Cafe Dampit District, Malang Regency. The number of samples was determined using the Malhotra formula and the results were obtained as many as 85 respondents. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to buyers at the Cangkir Dampit Cafe which was selected by accidental sampling. The data analysis in this study uses SPSS version 25. The data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, f test, t test and determination coefficient test (R2). The results of this study show that Product Quality, Brand Image, and Promotion have a significant effect on Purchase Decision. Keywords: Purchase Decision, Product Quality, Brand Image ,Promotion

Abstract

AbstractIn formulating policies that will be taken into consideration by the Regional Secretary and Mayor, high levels of employee performance capability and credibility are required. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation and payment of employee income allowances on employee performance which is positive and partially significant as well as the influence of work motivation and payment of income allowances on employee performance simultaneously at the Palangka Raya City Education Office.The method used in this research uses quantitative research because it tests the hypothesized theory using primary data through questionnaires. The sample used refers to an accidental sampling technique of 69. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression data analysis techniques assisted by using the SPSS version 25 program application.The results of this research showed that the work motivation variable and the employee income allowance variable had a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance and the influence of the work motivation variable and the employee income allowance variable had a significant joint (simultaneous) effect on employee performance at the Palangka Raya City Education Office. Keyword: Work Motivation, Benefits, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of brand image and lifestyle in making decisions to buy iPhone products (study of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang class of 2018). The population and sample for this research are students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at UNISMA, class of 2018. The sample used is a sample in the form of a purposive sampling method with sample measurement using the Malhotra method. The results of the research are that partially the Brand Image variable has a positive influence on the Purchase Decision of iPhone Products for Students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang in the class of 2018. Variables and Lifestyle have a positive influence on the Purchase Decision for iPhone Products for Students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang in the year 2018. Meanwhile, Brand Image and Lifestyle simultaneously influence the Purchase Decision of iPhone Products for Students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, class of 2018. Keywords: Brand Image, Lifestyle, and Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This study explores the impact of technology and the internet on shopping behaviors, particularly through platforms like Shopee. The increasing popularity of online transactions has led to changes in consumer habits, with more people preferring online shopping over traditional stores. The research focuses on whether factors such as product quality, price, and promotion influence purchasing decisions on the Shopee application in Balongbendo sub-district. Using an explanatory research design with a quantitative approach, the study collected data through online questionnaires distributed via Google Form to 105 Shopee application users in Balongbendo District. The findings reveal that price, product quality, and promotion collectively have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. However, product quality alone does not impact purchasing decisions, while both price and promotion individually influence the decisions of Shopee application users in Balongbendo District. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Promotion, Purchasing Decisions
