Abstract

Abstract This research is a type of quantitative research. Where the population in this study was used as a sample using a saturated sample with a population of 75 respondents. By collecting data using the Correlation method, it aims to determine the partial influence between the variables of Work Environment, Motivation, and Organizational Culture on Employee Work Commitment. The Work Environment has a partial positive and significant influence on Work Commitment. Motivation does not have a partially significant effect on Work Commitment. Organizational Culture has a partially positive and significant influence on Work Commitment. The results of the Coefficient of Determination concluded that the magnitude of the influence of the variables Work Environment, Motivation, Organizational Culture on Work Commitment, with the rest influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study Keywords: Work Environment, Motivati on, and Organizational Culture towards Work Commitment

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of brand image, price and product quality on iPhone purchasing decisions among students in Malang City. The research method used is quantitative with an explanatory research approach. Data was collected through surveys using valid and reliable research instruments. Data analysis was carried out using statistical techniques to test the proposed hypothesis. The research results show that simultaneously, brand image, price and product quality have a positive and significant influence on iPhone purchasing decisions. However, partially, the brand image variable does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the price variable does not have a significant effect. On the other hand, product quality has a significant influence on iPhone purchasing decisions. This research has important implications for companies in optimizing marketing strategies, especially in strengthening brand image and improving product quality as the main factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions. Positive customer experiences also need to be considered as part of a holistic marketing strategy to increase consumer loyalty. Keywords: Brand Image, Price, Product Quality, Purchase Decisions

Abstract

Abstract The increase in the unemployment rate based on education level shows that the number of workers and the unemployment rate continue to increase every year, but the currently available workforce is not being absorbed well. Students must prepare themselves to get the skills needed by the world of work, after graduating they will have the ability to compete in the world of work. This research aims to find out how much influence Financial knowledge, Self-efficacy, and Social support have on entrepreneurial readiness for study in Malang City students. In this research, the type of research used is explanatory research. The sampling technique uses a nonprobability sampling technique with a purposive sampling type. Determining the sample size used the Malhotra formula and the results obtained were 90 Malang City student respondents. Data processing was carried out using a multiple linear analysis model with the help of SPSS version 25 data processing. The results of this research show that the financial knowledge variable has a significant effect on entrepreneurial readiness, the self-efficacy variable has a significant effect on entrepreneurial readiness and the social support variable has a significant effect on entrepreneurial readiness. Keywords: Financial Knowledge, Self Efficacy, Social Support, Entrepreneurial Readiness

Abstract

Abstract Business people are impacted by the rapid development of information technology, which helps them become famous all over the world. By using social media platforms such as Instagram and Tiktok, shops can promote and introduce the products they sell using the shop image, which is the public's view or perception of the shop's name or products in terms of value, quality and price. However, service quality is the level of excellence that is expected to fulfill consumers' desires for the services provided by the brand to them. Social media marketing, store image, and service quality related to customer satisfaction are the objectives of this research. The research method used is quantitative with a purposive sampling research method. In this research, 93 Meteor Cell Malang customers were sampled. In this research, a data collection method using a survey was used. To analyze the data, SPSS 23 was used. This includes instrument testing, normality testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear testing, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination testing. research show that social media, store image and service quality have a significant simultaneous effect on Meteor Cell Malang customer satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to reveal the influence of dividend policy, profitability, liquidity, company growth and company size on debt policy in the manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2019 to 2022. Dividend policy is measured by the dividend payout ratio, profitability is measured by return on assets, liquidity is measured by the current ratio, and company growth is measured by the ratio of total assets in year n to total assets in year n-1. and company size as measured by LN (total assets). This type of research is quantitative research. This research sample was obtained according to the criteria determined based on the purposive sampling method. From 2019 to 2022, 48 samples were collected from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Multiple regression analysis will be used as the analysis method. The results of the analysis show that dividend policy and company growth have no effect on debt policy, while profitability, liquidity and company size have a negative effect on debt policy.. Keywords: Divident Policy, Profitability, Liquidity, Company Growth, Company Size, Debt Policy

Abstract

 Abstract This study aims to explain the influence of competence, internal control and community participation on the effectiveness of village fund management in Suru Dawarblandong Mojokerto. This research uses quantitative research methods. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Sources of data in this study were primary data using questionnaires and assessed with a Likert scale obtained from Suru Dawarblandong Mojokerto. Village apparatus, totaling 40 people. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the variables of competence, internal control and community participation have a positive effect on the effectiveness of managing village funds in Suru Dawarblandong Mojokerto. Keywords: Competence, Internal Control, Community Participation, Effectiveness of Village Fund Management

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how much influence price, location, and aesthetics have on purchasing decisions at Sumber Rejo plastic shop. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling technique and the results obtained are 95 respondents. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to customers of Sumber Rejo Plastic Shop, Data analysis in this study used SPSS. The data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, f test, t test and multiple determination coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that location and aesthetics have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract In this digital era, society's life is closely intertwined with rapidly evolving technology, particularly in the entertainment industry, one of which is the gaming sector. One of the highly popular online games in Indonesia is Mobile Legends, a Multiplayer Online Battle Arena game developed by Moonton. The significant interest of Indonesian society in Mobile Legends has created numerous business opportunities, including the virtual item top-up business such as diamonds. The aim of this study is to investigate whether Event Marketing and Influencer Marketing have an impact on diamond purchasing decisions in the online game Mobile Legends. This research adopts an Explanatory Research approach with a quantitative method. The population of this study comprises active students of the Islamic University of Malang. The sample size used is 88 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula. Hypothesis testing in this study employs the F-test and t-test with the SPSS version 22 software for data analysis. The test results reveal that both Event Marketing (X1) and Influencer Marketing (X2) have a simultaneous positive and significant influence on diamond purchasing decisions (Y). Keywords: Purchase Decision, Event Marketing, Influencer Marketing

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the factors influencing the purchase decision of environmentally friendly AQUA products. The focus of this research is on two independent variables: green marketing and social media marketing. This study employs a quantitative research approach with the distribution of questionnaires. The survey includes 94 participants, and the data analysis is conducted through the Smart-PLS software. The study has fulfilled the requirements for both validity and reliability. Data analysis used in this study includes descriptive statistical method tests, linearity tests, partial least square (PLS): Measurement Model (Outer Model), Structural Model (Inner Model), and hypothesis testing. The variables used in this study are Purchase Decision (dependent variable), green marketing, and social media marketing (independent variables). The results of this study conclude that the green marketing variable has a significant influence on purchase decisions, while the social media marketing variable does not have an influence on purchase decisions. Keywords: Purchasing Decision, Green Marketing, Social Media Marketing.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of Transformational, Transactional and Authoritarian Leadershiptowards organizational commitment. Type of quantitative survey research approach. The population in this study were members of organizations at the economics and business faculty of the Islamic University of Malang. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a sample of 77 respondents. Data was obtained from a questionnaire using Likert scale. Analysis of this research data uses multiple linear regression analysis. This research contributesto find out the factors that influence Organizational Commitment. Result of This research shows that Transformational and Transactional leadership have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, while Authoritarian Leadership does not have a significant effect on organizational commitment..  Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Transformational, Transactional and Authoritarian
