Abstract

Abstract This research aims to describe human resource management strategies in Hajj and Umrah services at Arminareka Perdana travel. This research uses a quantitative approach using explanatory research methods. The population in this study was 123 Hajj and Umrah pilgrims from Travel Arminareka Perdana Branch, Namlea District. Buru in 2022. With calculations using the Slovin formula, a sample of 55 respondents was obtained. To solve the problems in this research, SPSS was used to analyze, normality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, multiple linear regression test and customized R² coefficient test. The results of this research simultaneously and partially service and HR strategy have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service, HR Strategy, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of Promotions, Cash on Delivery, and Viral Marketing on Purchasing Decisions in the Shopee marketplace. Type of survey research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were Shopee application users who had made a purchase at Shopee at least once within the Islamic University of Malang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 75 respondents. Data was obtained from a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Analysis of this research data uses multiple linear regression analysis. This research contributes to knowing the factors that influence purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace. The results of this research are that Promotion, Cash on Delivery, and Viral Marketing partially influence purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace. Keywords: Purchasing Decisions, Promotion, Cash on Delivery,dan Viral Marketing

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to assess the impact of free shipping (X1), discounts (X2), and Shopee ads (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y) among Economics and Business Faculty students at the Islamic University of Malang. The research utilizes an explanatory approach with a quantitative method. Data collection involved distributing questionnaires via Google Form to 100 eligible respondents. Analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression techniques. The findings indicate that free shipping, discounts, and Shopee ads individually (t-test) positively influence purchasing decisions. Collectively (F-test), these variables also positively impact purchasing decisions. The R-squared value reveals that 33.7% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be attributed to free shipping, discounts, and Shopee ads. The remaining variation is influenced by undisclosed factors. In conclusion, the strategies involving free shipping, discounts, and Shopee ads significantly affect purchasing decisions, particularly among students at the Economics and Business Faculty of the Islamic University of Malang. Keywords: Free Shipping, Discounts, Shopee Advertisements, and Purchase Decisions

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to determine the analysis of the impact of sand mining on the welfare of the community in Pronojiwo sub-district, Lumajang district according to Islamic perspectives. Sand mining in Pronojiwo District is very productive in stabilizing the economy of the Pronojiwo community, however it has not been studied regarding the level of sensitivity of entrepreneurs and miners to the halal level of the way it is obtained or the mining process is considered haram in Islam so the income obtained is automatically haram. So with this we will review Islamic law and more specifically the sharia view of how sharia economic law views mining businesses in Pronojiwo District. The method used in this research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The type of data in this research is qualitative data. Meanwhile, data sources consist of primary and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documents. The results of this research are that the impact of sand mining in Pronojiwo District has many benefits, especially for the mining community, including increasing people's income, opening up employment opportunities, and increasing community creativity. In addition, to overcome the impacts that arise, mining managers must act proactively and be responsible for their activities. However, when compared, the negative impacts of mining often outweigh the positive impacts on surrounding communities. Therefore, the village government needs to emphasize sanctions against these activities for the good and welfare of the local community. Keywords: Sand mining, public welfare

Abstract

Abstract The research aims to examine the impact of brand awareness, brand image, price, and hedonic on iPhone purchase decisions. This research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling was conducted on 100 college studens in Malang City using the Malhotra formula. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression measured using SPSS. Test the hypothesis using the t-test and F-test. This research demonstrates that brand awareness, brand image, price, and hedonics collectively exert a significant influence on iPhone purchase decisions. Brand awareness, brand image, and hedonic variables partially influence iPhone purchase decisions, while the price variable does not have a significant effect. Keywords: Brand Awareness, Brand Image, Price, Hedonic, and Purchase Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the effect of burnout, work discipline and promotion on the performance of employees in Tirtomoyo Village, Kec. Pakis District Poor. This research used a saturated sampling technique to obtain a sample of 68 respondents who were Tirtomoyo Village employees. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The results of this research show that the variables burnout and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Abstract The development of universities in Indonesia has implications for increasing the number of students. The tendency of the majority of students who are transmigrants in related university areas has a further impact on increasing the need for temporary housing. Differences in perception and background give rise to different characteristics of boarding house needs. There are several types of boarding houses with characteristics and according to their individual needs. This study tries to examine several housing preferences that are in accordance with the demands and desires of students. This is useful in providing boarding house occupancy for students and comparing the level of importance of respondents to each key attribute in each type of boarding house. This is also useful as the provision of more appropriate student housing according to the main characteristics of student demand. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires which distributed to 135 students of the Islamic University of Malang. This exploratory research data was then carried out quantitatively using conjoint analysis. The results showed that the attributes of the first order of price, second room facilities, third environmental conditions, fourth security, fifth completeness of public facilities, sixth location and the last order is social environment. Keywords: Preferences,Boarding House, Student

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to investigate how e-service quality, perceived usefulness, and trust impact the satisfaction levels  of Gojek transportation users in Malang  City. It employs  a quantitative approach to analyze the relationship between independent variables (e-service quality, perceived usefulness, and trust) and the dependent variable (satisfaction). The study's sample comprises 80 consumers from the Lowokwaru District in Malang City, and primary data collection is done through questionnaire distribution, aided by the SPSS data analysis tool. The findings of this study reveal that e-service quality, perceived usefulness, and trust collectively and significantly influence the satisfaction levels of Gojek transportation users in Malang City. The coefficient of determination test indicates that 54.6% of the variance in satisfaction can be explained by these variables, with the remaining 45.4% attributed to factors not investigated in this study. Keywords: E-Service Quality, Perceived Usefulness, Trust, and User Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract The main objective of this research is to determine how entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial motivation affects entrepreneurial intention with entrepreneurial self-efficacy in the role of intervening variable. The research population in this study were students of the management study program at the Islamic University of Malang. This research used a probability sampling technique so that 100 respondents were determined. One way to analyze data is to use quantitative descriptive methods. The research used a quantitative approach with analysis throught the use of SmartPLS data processing. The findings from this research are that entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial motivation have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial motivation have a significant effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial self-efficacy as an intervening variable, and entrepreneurial motivation has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial self-efficacy as an intervening variable.  Keywords: Entrepreneurship Education, Entrepreneurial Motivation, Entrepreneurial Intention, and Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze and assess the influence of Service Quality (X1), Store Image (X2), and Store Atmosphere (X3) on Consumer Satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The research method applied is a quantitative approach. The sample for this research was 60 consumers of the Sumber Agung Pasuruan Store. The questionnaire was used as a data collection instrument, Validity Test and Reliability Test were used to measure the performance of the instrument. Not only that, this research also used Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F Test, R2 Test, and t Test. The results of this research show that Service Quality, Store Image, and Store Atmosphere. Simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Partially, Service Quality, Store Image and Store Atmosphere have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Store Image, Store Atmosphere and Consumer Satisfaction
