Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and describe the influence of word of mouth and service quality on customer satisfaction at ARK Interior & Exterior in Ponorogo Regency. The population in this study consists of customers who have used the services of ARK Interior & Exterior. The sample size was determined using the Malhotra formula, resulting in a total of 50 respondents. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires. To address the research problems, SPSS was employed, and the analytical methods used in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, F-tests, t-tests, and determination coefficient tests (R²). The results of the study indicate that word of mouth has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while service quality does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Word of Mouth, Customer Satisfaction, and Service Quality

Abstract

 Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the effect of e-commerce utilization, price, and promotional intensity on consumer buying interest in bakeries in Batu City, a case study of customers of Hilda Bakery in Batu City. The number of samples that were successfully collected was 75 respondents. While the analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS. The results of this study are e-commerce, price, and promotional intensity simultaneously affect purchasing decisions and e-commerce has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest, price has an effect on consumer buying interest while promotional intensity has no significant effect on consumer buying interest. Keywords: E-commerce, Price, Promotion Intensity, Consumer Purchase Intention

Abstract

Abstract This research was carried out using a quantitative approach with a sample collection technique using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Determination of the sample size of 100 respondents. Data analysis in this research uses the SPSS version 22 calculation tool. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine how social media marketing, viral marketing, and celebrity endorsers influence consumer decisions in buying RS31 Shop House fashion products at Shopee. Purposive sampling is the sampling technique used in this quantitative research. Thus, the sample of this study consisted of 85 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study. The results showed that social media marketing (X1), viral marketing (X2), and celebrity endorsers (X3) simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for RS31 fashion products from Shopee e-commerce. Partially, purchasing decisions are positively and significantly influenced by social media marketing (X1), viral marketing (X2), and celebrity endorsers (X3). Keywords: social media marketing, viral marketing, and celebrity endorsers

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to find out and analyze how the influence of green finance affects the value of infrastructure Industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses quantitative methods. The site of this study was conducted on infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2022 www.idk.go.id. The study will be conducted in November 2023 until its completion. The subjects of this study are infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period from 2020 to 2022. The sample was selected based on the random sampling method, with some criteria 54 samples could be obtained. Research results show Green finance has a significant positive effect on Company Value in Infrastructure companies listed on the IDX 2020-2022 with an r-square value of 0.24, meaning that green finance is able to influence company value by 24% Keywords: Green Finance And Company Value

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work ability, discipline and work ability on employee performance at PT. Adiputro Wirasejati in Malang City. The population in this study are employees consisting of 4 divisions who have 5 years of work experience, namely 26 people in the machinery division, 54 people in the body repair division, 30 people in the interior division, and 15 people in the finishing division at PT. Adi Putro Wirasejati.. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire with a sample size determined using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 95 respondents. Data testing techniques used in this research include validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, f test, t test, and coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R2). The results of this research simultaneously show that the influence of work ability, discipline, and motivation influences employee performance. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to see whether brand image, price, and lifestyle have a simultaneous or partial effect on the decision to purchase an iPhone in Malang City. This study applies a quantitative method with the research method used is a survey. In the context of this study, the population consists of iPhone users in Malang City. Based on BPS data, the population in Malang City in 2023 was 847,182. The sample in this study were consumer users who bought iPhone products in Malang Raya City. The population is not known for sure, so the sample size used, according to Malhotra's opinion, 5 x 16 indicators is 80 respondents. The results of the study show that the variables Brand Image, Price and Lifestyle have a simultaneous effect on the decision to purchase an iPhone. Brand Image has an effect on the decision to purchase an iPhone. Price has an effect on the decision to purchase an iPhone. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to investigate the impact of Governance support  and human resource (HR) competence on service quality in sustaining the business of Cafe Sawah. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed to present the data gathered from questionnaires given to 60 participants, using a saturated sampling method that included all employees at Cafe Sawah. The data were analyzed through multiple regression analysis, showing that both Governance support  and HR competence significantly influence service quality at Cafe Sawah when considered together. However, individually, Governance support  showed a positive but not significant effect, while HR competence had a positive and significant effect on service quality. The study suggests that Cafe Sawah’s management should focus on improving employee training programs to promote active participation and gather feedback on the governance system. Keywords: Cafe Sawah, Government Support, HR Competency, Service Quality

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work placement and work discipline on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable at PT Yamaha Musical Products Indonesia. The population in this study were production employees in the surface treatment section at PT. Yamaha musical products Indonesia (YMPI). The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire with a sample size determined using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 84 respondents. Data testing techniques used in this research include validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, t test, coefficient of determination test (R²) and Path Analysis test (Path Test). The research results show that work placement and work discipline influence work motivation. Work placement, work discipline and motivation influence employee performance. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of promotions, prices, and online customer reviews on purchasing interest at the Tik-Tok shop. The population in this study was 565 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang and the sample used in this study used the Slovin approach so that a sample of 85 was obtained. Testing was carried out using IBM SPSS version 25. It was found that promotions, prices and online customer reviews had a positive effect. and simultaneously significant to purchasing interest in the Tik-Tok shop. Meanwhile, partially promotion has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in the Tik-Tok shop, price has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in the Tik-Tok shop, online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on buying interest in the Tik-Tok shop. Keywords: Purchase Interest, Promotions, Prices, And Online Customer Reviews
