Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of motivation, communication models and work stress on employee job satisfaction (study of Gen z Café Sarijan employees in Malang City). This research method uses quantitative methods. The population used was generation z employees at the Sarijan café in Malang city and 90 respondents were obtained using purposive sampling techniques with criteria determined by the researcher. Data collection methods use online and offline questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the IBM SPSS Statictic 27 program. The research results show that Motivation, Communication Model and Job Stress simultaneously influence employee job satisfaction. Motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, Communication Model partially has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, Job Stress partially has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Motivation, Communication Model, Job Stress

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe the performance, knowledge, ability, and work experience simultaneously and partially at P.R Sekar Anom. This study uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach method. Explanatory research. The population of this study were all employees at P.R Sekar Anom, totaling 63 people. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique on 63 employees at P.R Sekar Anom because there were less than 100 respondents. The results of the study showed that knowledge, ability and experience simultaneously and partially had a significant effect on employee performance at P.R Sekar Anom. Keywords: Knowledge, Ability, Experience, And Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the simultaneous influence of service quality, price perceptions, and promotions on customer satisfaction at Kepu Barbershop Malang, involving a sample of 85 respondents. Using SPSS Version 16 for data analysis, the study applied quantitative methods and various tests, including validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that while service quality and price perceptions do not significantly affect customer satisfaction individually, promotions have a notable impact on customer satisfaction at the barbershop. Keywords: Service Quality, Perceived Price and Promotion on Customer Satisfaction in Kepu Barbeshp Malang

Abstract

Abstract Employees can show the same performance among each oyher by increasing knowledge and also deepening experience to maximize the achievement of each individual’s performance. This study aims to determine the effect of training and certification competency on employee performance at PT Sido Sari Multifarm Semarang simultaneously and partially, and to find the dominant variable. The type of research used is explanatory research. This research was conducted employee at PT Sido Sari Multifarm Semarang. The time for the research was carried out from March to July 2024. The population in this study were employee at PT Sido Sari Multifarm Semarang, totaling 30 people. While the sample size in this study was 30 respondents. Based on the research results, it is known that simultaneously the variables of training and certification competency affect employee performance at PT Sido Sari Multifarm Semarang. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to explore the model of leadership of Prophet Muhammad SAW and how the concept of Islamic leadership is applied at Lafayette Coffee & Eatery. The research method used is qualitative, employing primary data. The data was collected through interviews with employees and managers of Lafayette Coffee & Eatery. The findings reveal that the model of Prophet Muhammad SAW’s leadership comprises four characteristics: siddiq (honesty), fathanah (intelligence), tabligh (communication), and amanah (trustworthiness). These four characteristics represent the core values of the Islamic leadership concept. Additionally, the study found that the concept of Islamic leadership is a fundamental value that inspires the management practices at Lafayette Coffee & Eatery. This concept has become a living and evolving tradition, as reflected in the SOPs at Lafayette Coffee & Eatery, such as mandatory prayers, playing the adhan audio at prayer times, delivering a brief religious talk after the adhan, and reciting Quranic verses. Moreover, the four characteristics of Prophet Muhammad SAW’s leadership guide the attitudes and behaviors of both managers and employees at Lafayette Coffee & Eatery. Keywords: Islamic Leadership, Leadership of Prophet Muhammad SAW, F&B Industry, Islamic Leadership Characteristics

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of promotion, price, and service quality simultaneously and partially on Shegoo purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative method with stages of data collection through distributing questionnaires, analyzing data and testing hypotheses. The population in this study were students of UB, UM, UIN Malang who live in Malang City who have visited and made purchase transactions at SHEGOO. The sample used was students who had made Shegoo purchases. The number of samples used in this study was 72 respondents and was determined using the Malhota formula. The results of the study showed that promotion, price and service quality simultaneously had a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Promotion has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Price has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Service quality has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Keywords : Promotion, Price, Service Quality And Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of talent management and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Polowijo Gosari Gresik. The research adopts a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The population consists of production employees, with a sample of 70 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression.The results indicate that talent management and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance. Partially, both variables also show a significant impact on employee performance. The regression model used explains 69.3% of the variance in employee performance, while the remaining 30.7% is explained by other variables outside this study. Keywords: Talent Management, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to test and explain the influence of digital literacy, entrepreneurial knowledge and social support on the entrepreneurial readiness of students at the Anwarul Huda Islamic boarding school. The sample used in this research was 134 respondents using a purposive sampling method with the Slovin formula technique. The data analysis method is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis. The data used is a partial hypothesis test (t test). The research results show that partially (t test) the variables digital literacy, entrepreneurial knowledge and social support influence the entrepreneurial readiness of students at the Anwarul Huda Islamic boarding school.  Keywords: Digital Literacy, Entrepreneurial Knowledge And Entrepreneurial Readiness

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of product promotion, service quality, and price on purchasing decisions of Kebab Arfa. The type of research conducted uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were consumers of Kebab Arfa, especially UNISMA students who had purchased Kebab Arfa products at least 1 time, the number of which is not known for sure. The sample was determined using the Malhotra formula 18 x 5 = 90 respondents. The results of the study showed that product promotion, service quality, and price simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product promotion had a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. Service quality had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the influence of price, product quality and culture on purchasing decisions for instant noodle products (Case Study of Santri at the Ainul Yaqin Islamic Boarding School). This research method uses a quantitative method using non-probability sampling techniques and the data source used is primary data by collecting data using a Likert scale questionnaire from students at the Ainul Yaqin Islamic Boarding School who are consumers at the Entrepreneurship Islamic Boarding School. The sample calculation in this study used the Malhotra formula which produced 70 respondents. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, instrument testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that price, product quality and culture simultaneously influence the decision to purchase instant noodle products at the Ainul Yaqin Islamic Boarding School. Partially, price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, but product quality and culture do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for instant noodle products at the Ainul Yaqin Islamic Boarding School. Keywords: Price, Product Quality, and Culture
