Abstract

Abstract This research endeavors to investigate and clarity the combined effects of relationship marketing, emotional branding, and service quality collectively impact customer satisfaction at Bank BRI KK Islamic University of Malang, focusing on students within the Faculty of Economics and Business at UNISMA. Employing a quantitative methodology, the Maholtra formula is utilized to determine the sample size due to the uncertainty of the population. The calculation yields a sample size of 80. To address the research objectives, SPSS is employed to conduct various tests including validity, normality, and classical assumption tests, as well as hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and the adjusted R-squared coefficient of determination test. The findings reveal that relationship marketing, emotional branding, and service quality collectively influence customer satisfaction. Specifically, relationship marketing and service quality partially affect customer satisfaction, whereas emotional branding does not demonstrate a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Relationship Marketing, Emotional Branding, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This research uses quantitative methods or also called explanatory research. The population used probability sampling techniques. The sample used was purposive sampling and used the Slovin measurement technique with a sample size of 99. The data source used was primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to responden. The data analysis method used is multiple linier regression analysis. The research results show that simultaneously or partially, the variable price, word of mouth and brand trust have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Price, Word Of Mouth And Brand Trust, Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of dual roles, work environment and workload on performance through self-control as an intervening variable in female health workers at the Burneh Bangkalan Community Health Center. This research uses quantitative methods with Path Analysis techniques. The respondents for this research were 45 respondents at the Burneh Bangkalan. Data were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science). The results of this research show that: (1) Dual roles have a significant positive effect on the performance of female health workers, (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of female health workers, (3) Workload has a significant positive effect on the performance of female health workers, ( 4) Dual roles have an insignificant negative effect on self-control of female health workers, (5) Work environment has an insignificant negative effect on self-control, (6) Workload has a significant negative effect on self-control, (7) self-control has an insignificant positive effect on self-control. performance. Abstract

Abstract This research is entitled The Influence of Motivation, Ability and Commitment on Lecturer Performance at the Islamic University of Malang. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is or there is no influence of motivation, ability and commitment on the performance of lecturers at Malang Islamic University. The object of this research is questionnaire data, the analysis technique used in this research is parametric inferential statistics which is assisted using the SPSS application. The results of the inter-achievement analysis of this research show that the variables Motivation, Ability and Commitment have an influence on lecturer performance. Keywords : Motivation, Ability, Commitment

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work facilities on the performance of Ministerio e comercio noindustria (Timor-Leste) employees. The population in this study was 257 Ministerio Comȇrcio e Industria.de (Timor-Leste) employees. The sample collection technique was based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 72 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The research results show that the variables of leadership style, organizational culture, and work facilities have a simultaneous and partial effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership style, organizational culture, work facilities, employee performance

Abstract

Abtract This study aims to determine the effect of Price Perception, Product Variation and Online Customer Experience on E-Customer Loyalty on students using online shop applications at the Islamic University of Malang. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires online through google form to students at the Islamic University of Malang who had made repeated purchases in the last 6 months. Sample determination using purposive sampling method. The respondents collected amounted to 100, then carried out data processing using IBM SPSS Version 29 software. The results of this study state that Price Perception and Product Variation partially have no effect on E-Customer Loyalty, but Online Customer Experience has a positive and significant effect on E-Customer Loyalty. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of individual personality and entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial motivation of Management students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang class of 2020. The research method used is quantitative research methods. Sampling was carried out on Management students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang class of 2020 using the Slovin formula so that the sample obtained in this study was 81 respondents who were taken using a purposive sampling technique with criteria determined by the researcher. To obtain data, this research used a data collection method with a questionnaire. The data analysis used is instrument testing, normality testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination using the SPSS application. The results of this research show that individual personality and entrepreneurship education simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the entrepreneurial motivation of Management students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang class of 2020. Furthermore, individual personality and entrepreneurship education partially have a significant positive effect on the entrepreneurial motivation of Management students at the Faculty of Economics and Business. Abstract

Abstract This research was carried out with the aim of finding out and analyzing the influence of product photos, online customer reviews and online customer ratings on buying interest in the e-commerce Tiktok Shop with a case study of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Unisma class of 2019. The samples in this research used purposive sampling and explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 90 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination. The analysis tool used is IBM SPSS 26. Based on the research results, it is known that partially product photos have a positive and significant influence on purchase interest, online customer reviews have a positive and significant influence on purchase interest, and online customer ratings have a positive and significant influence on purchase interest. Keywords: Product Photos, Online Customer Reviews, Online Customer Ratings, Purchase Interest

Abstract

Abstract The studied aiming to be determining serviced qualitied, producted qualitied and promotional mixing on purchased decisioning for Waroeng Om products, Malang College. Goods quality can attract customer's special interest. In order to face the competition, a company implements a marketing strategy for the goods produced. In a position to try to increase competition for similar goods and the behavior of customers who prefer new variants of goods issued by competitor issuers for satisfaction, more benefits & curiosity (Purwita, 2019). The company must also show that product quality must be in Barangsi because as well as growing the reputation quality of the issuer, it will increase so that the issuer gets a good reputation in the eyes of customers. On the other hand, customers will always remember by definition the quality of the goods is good, even customers will decide to buy the same goods again. In deciding a transaction, one of the factors that will be reviewed by the customer is price. Award Determination Strategy is a fundamental function that must be carried out by a company in responding to the market. Awards are also by definition one of the points taken into consideration by customers in determining transaction policies on goods (Kotler, 2005:18). Where the award is the amount of money that the customer must give fish in order to obtain or use an item or service. In addition, awards will be an important consideration for customers in deciding their transactions, customers will compare the goods awards of their choice, then whether such awards are appropriate or not with the value of the goods and the amount of money that must be spent, so of course, customers choose other customer awards (awards). Keywords: Purchase Decision, Service Quality, Product Quality, Promotional mix

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to test and determine the influence of trust, security and user convenience on digital transaction decisions on e-wallets (Study on Management Study Program Students, Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Users of the OVO Application). This research is a type of quantitative research. The sampling technique used Malhotra's formula with calculated results of 85 samples. To solve the problems in this research, SPSS was used with validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, F tests, and t tests. The research results show that simultaneously the variables Trust (X1), Security (X2), and Convenience (X3) have a significant effect on Transaction Decisions (Y). Partial research results show that Trust (X1), Security (X2) and Convenience partially have a significant effect on Transaction Decisions. Keywords: Trust, Security, Convenience, Transaction Decisions.
