Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership style, quality of work life on job satisfaction. The data method in this research uses a questionnaire with a sample size of 43 employees. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear analysis with hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. Based on the results of this research, it shows that Transformational Leadership Style and Quality of Work Life simultaneously influence Job Satisfaction, then Transformational Leadership Style influences Job Satisfaction, and Quality of Work Life influences Job Satisfaction. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Quality Of Work Life dan Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract His research aims to determine the influence of job training, financial compensation and career development on employee performance PT. Prakarsa Pramandita Seram Bagian Timur, Maluku. In this research, three independent variables were used, namely job training, financial compensation and career development and one dependent variant, namely employee performance. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The research data collected is through a questionnaire using a likert scale and the data analysis used was multiple linear regression which was tested using SPSS version 24. Taking sample data using the Slovin formula with an error scale of 0.5, namely obtaining 32 respondents. The results obtained showed that job training had a positive effect on employee performance PT. Prakarsa Pramandita Seram Bagian Timur, Maluku. Financial compensation has a positive effect on employee performance PT. Prakarsa Pramandita Seram Bagian Timur, Maluku. Career development has a positive effect on employee performance PT. Prakarsa Pramandita Seram Bagian Timur, Maluku. There is a simultaneous influence between job training, Financial Compensation and Career Development variables on employee performance PT. Prakarsa Pramandita Seram Bagian Timur, Maluku. Based on the research results, researchers can provide advice to interested parties to obtain benefits, namely for the company to maintain performance so that the company can maintain the quality designed by the company's leadership. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of flash sales, online customer reviews, and free shipping on the purchase decision of ERIGO UMKM products on the Shopee marketplace. The research approach utilized is quantitative, employing a survey method and data collection through questionnaires. The population in this study consists of ERIGO consumers in Malang City who have made purchases on Shopee. The sample size was determined using the Ferdinand formula, resulting in 75 respondents selected through purposive sampling technique.Data analysis method includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, F-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results indicate that simultaneously, flash sales, online customer reviews, and free shipping have a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions. Partially, flash sales and online customer reviews have a positive and significant influence, while free shipping has a positive but not significant effect on the purchase decision of ERIGO products on Shopee. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. The subjects used in this study were employees at DISPENDUKCAPIL Kab. Malang. DISPENDUKCAPIL Kab. Malang acts as an implementer of regional autonomy in the field of Population and Civil Registration. The number of samples taken in this study were 76 respondents. The data obtained was done from the results of distributing questionnaires directly using saturated sampling techniques. Processing of data that has been collected is done with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that Leadership has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Leadership has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Job Satisfaction has no effect on Employee Performance. Also, Job Satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of Leadership on Employee Performance. This study shows that despite good leadership, job satisfaction cannot effectively link the positive influence of leadership with improved employee performance. Keywords: Leadership; Employee Performance; Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract The research objectives to be achieved, this type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. In this research, the population is students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2020-2023 who use the Dana application. Because the population size is not known with certainty, the sample size used was according to Malhotra's opinion by multiplying the number of indicators used in the research by 5 and a total of 80 respondents were found. The research uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 25 application. The research results show that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and perceived security have a simultaneous and partial effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Perceived ease of use, Perceived usefulness, Perceived security and Customer satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of marketing communications, service quality and consumer satisfaction on sales volume at UD. Sumber Mulya Pancor Village, Sumenep Regency. The population in the study were UD customers. Sumber Mulya Pancor Village, Sumenep Regency. The approach method uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The research results show that partially service quality and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on sales volume, while marketing communication does not have a significant effect on sales volume at UD. Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of price, online customer reviews, online customer ratings and ease of use simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions among 2020 Islamic University of Malang FEB students using the Shopee platform. The population in the research is the unknown number of users of the Shopee application within the FEB Islamic University of Malang, class of 2020. The approach method uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 105 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of the research show that price, online customer reviews, online customer ratings and ease of use simultaneously influence purchasing decisions among 2020 Islamic University of Malang FEB students who use the Shopee platform and partially price, online customer reviews and ease of use influence purchasing decisions among students. FEB Islamic University of Malang class of 2020 users of the Shopee platform but online customer ratings have no influence on purchasing decisions among students of FEB Islamic University of Malang class of 2020 users of the Shopee platform. Keywords : Price, Online Customer Review, Online Customer Rating, Ease of Use, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Universitas Islam Malang Abstract This research aims to analyze and describe the influence of Social Media Marketing, Brand Image, and Brand Equity on the Purchase Decision of Chatime (A Case Study on the 2020 Class of Economics and Business Faculty Students). The population in this study consists of FEB UNISMA students who have made a purchase at Chatime. The sample size was determined using the Malhotra formula, resulting in 95 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. To address the research problems, SPSS software was utilized with various analytical methods, including validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, F-tests, t-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The research results indicate that Social Media Marketing does not significantly influence purchase decisions, Brand Image has a significant influence on purchase decisions, and Brand Equity also has a significant influence on purchase decisions. Keywords: Social Media Marketing, Brand Image, Brand Equity, Purchase Decision.
