Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease and perceived risk on the decision to use BNI Mobile Banking (case study of BNI CI customers in Lowokwaru District) This research method uses a quantitative method using a non-probability sampling technique while the data used uses primary data with data collection using a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed in the form of a google form. Sampling in this study used the Malhotra formula and was found to be 80 respondents. Simultaneously, it is known that perceived usefulness, perceived ease and perceived risk have a significant effect on the decision to use BNI Mobile Banking in the Lowokwaru community. While partially the perception of risk has an insignificant effect. Abstract

Abstract This Study Aims To Examine The Influence Of Asset Quality, Liquidity, Profitability, And Operational Efficiency On The Capital Adequacy Ratio. The Population In This Study Consists Of Conventional Banks Listed On The Indonesia Stock Exchange. The Sampling Method Used In This Study Is Purposive Sampling, Which Involves Selecting Samples Based On Specific Criteria. This Study Includes 8 Banking Companies. Multiple Linear Analysis Is Used In This Research. Abstract

Abstract Organizational behavior will be closely related to work and various environmental situations, therefore there will be many interrelated behaviors such as employee attendance, employee work tasks, employee productivity, management, employee performance and even employee appearance. HRM is planning, organizing, implementing, coordinating, as supervision of procurement, development, separation of labor and integration in order to achieve organizational goals. Quantitative research is research that uses populations and samples to analyze statistical data to test hypotheses that have been established. previously discovered. The population that will be used as the object of this research is the medical record staff at Dr. Hartyo Lumajang, totaling 36 people. The sampling technique used in this research is a saturated sample, where the entire population is sampled. The work environment, job satisfaction and workload simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance. The existence of significant differences in research on these variables can be a basis for companies to consider strategies and policies that are more supportive of improving employee performance in the future. Work environment variables have a partial effect on employee performance. The job satisfaction variable has no partial effect on employee performance. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, price perception and taste on consumer satisfaction (Study at the Tok Patok Restaurant). Sampling used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. A sample of 75 respondents was obtained. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The research results show that simultaneously Service Quality, Price Perception and Taste have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Likewise, partially Service Quality, Price Perception and Taste have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction.  Keywords: Service Quality, Price Perception, Taste, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the influence of Brand Image, Brand Ambassador, and Product Quality on the purchasing decision of Adidas shoes among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Islam Malang, class of 2020. This research uses explanatory research methods with a quantitative approach, testing the relationships between variables by testing the proposed hypotheses. The sample consists of 90 participants who are Adidas shoe buyers at Universitas Islam Malang, selected using snowball sampling and purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The analysis results show that Brand Image, Brand Ambassador, and Product Quality simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of Adidas shoes. Specifically, Brand Image does not have a significant effect, while Brand Ambassador and Product Quality have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Brand Image, Brand Ambassador, Product Quality, Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

Abstract From January to April 2023, the Mixue franchise went viral due to its very rapid development in Indonesia. These contents can increase brand awareness of a brand of a product or service. Increasing brand awareness of a brand can create purchasing interest in someone who sees the content. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of EWOM on Instagram on purchasing interest with brand awareness as an intervening variable. This study is a rare study on the analysis of EWOM and social media factors in the form of brand awareness that influence purchasing interest in Mixue Malang so that it can be a reference in academic aspects and managerial knowledge. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of EWOM on Instagram on purchase intention with brand awareness as an intervening variable. The study design is quantitative. This study uses primary data as data provider. This study uses a questionnaire data collection method. This study's population consisted of Business and Economic Faculty students from the 2022 batch at Universitas Islam Malang. The data sampling procedure applied was Nonprobability sample with purposive sampling procedure. There were 100 respondents that serves as samples in this study. This study uses data analysis approach in classic assumptions test, path analysis, and mediation test using the help of IBM SPSS software. Findings of this study are that: 1) EWOM on Instagram has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention on Mixue; 2) EWOM on Instagram has a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness on Mixue; 3) Brand Awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention on Mixue; 4) Brand Awareness has a positive but insignificant effect as intervening variable between brand awareness and purchase intention on Mixue. Keywords: EWOM, Social Media, Brand Awareness, purchase intention.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of Quality of Work Life (QWL) and motivation on employee performance at Bank BNI Malang Branch Office. The number of samples used was 32 employees as respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, the research method used is quantitative with a multiple linear regression analysis approach. The results of this research show that the variables Qualiy of Work Life (QWL) and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at Bank BNI Malang Branch Office. In addition, motivation is proven to be a significant mediator between employee performance and QWL. The practical implication of these findings is the importance of increasing employee motivation to improve their performance and quality of work life, which in turn will support the achievement of overall organizational goals. This research contributes to understanding the complex dynamics between psychological factors and the work environment in the context of employee productivity and job satisfaction. Keywords: Employee performance, motivation and quality of work life (QWL)

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted on UNISMA students who are actively studying at the Islamic University of Malang who have Ventela shoes, Jl. Mayjen Haryono 193, Dinoyo, Lowokwaru District, Malang City, East Java. The purpose of the study was to determine whether the Role of Brand Image, Electronic Word of Mouth, and Brand Experience influence Customer Purchasing Decisions. The type of research used is quantitative research with a questionnaire distribution method. The sample in this study was 70 respondents and data processing used the SPSS computer program. The variables used in this study are Customer Purchasing Decisions (dependent variables), while the independent variables are the Role of Brand Image, Electronic Word of Mouth, and Brand Experience. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. Data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of this study conclude that the variables Brand Image, Electronic Word of Mouth, and Brand Experience have a significant positive effect on Customer Purchasing Decisions, for Ventela shoes, they should be able to improve their brand reputation by developing themselves to continue to be able to create new things that are in accordance with the needs of society in current conditions. Keywords: Role of Brand Image, Electronic Word of Mouth, Brand Experience, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine "the influence of promotion through social media and price on purchasing decisions for Fiona brand fruit chips". This research uses quantitative research methods using a questionnaire with a 1-5 Likert scale. The population in this study were social media followers of Fiona brand fruit chips who had made purchases. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, with a total of 85 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests. The collected data was analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics software. The results of simultaneous testing of the influence of promotion through social media and price have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Partial test results show that promotion through social media and price influence purchasing decisions. Keywords: Social Media Promotion, Price, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, price and comfort of place on consumer satisfaction at Joker Stalls. Quantitative research is the focus of this research. The data used in this research is primary data. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data anaysis method used in this research uses multiple linier regression analysis. The population in this research is warung Joker consumers. The sample in this study was 80 respondens. The result of this research are that product quality, price and comfort of the place have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Joker Stalls simultaneously and partially. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Confort of Place, Consumer Satisfaction.
