Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurship education, digital literacy and self-efficacy on increasing interest in entrepreneurship. The object of this research is students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang with a sample size of 82 students with the record that they have taken entrepreneurship courses and do not yet have a business. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and data analysis tools. This research uses a quantitative approach because the data is obtained in the form of numbers. Based on the results of research analysis, entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. and self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship.  Keywords: Entrepreneurship education, digital literacy, self-efficacy and interest in entrepreneurship

Abstract

Abstract This research seeks to analyze the influence of the work environment, job stress, and motivation on employee productivity in Verpak SKT division at PT Karyamega Putra Mandiri. A quantitative approach was employed, using non-probability sampling to select 72 employees as respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS 25 software. The hypothesis test was performed the F-test to evaluate simultaneous effects and partial effects use t-test. The study findings reveal that simultaneously, the work environment, job stress, and motivation have a significant influence on employee productivity. Partially, each variable work environment, job stress, and motivation also significantly affects employee productivity. These findings emphasize the importance of creating a conducive work environment, effectively managing job stress, and providing appropriate motivation to enhance employee productivity. Keywords: Work Environment, Job Stress, Motivation, Employee Productivity

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image, Content Marketing, and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) on Purchase Decision on MS Glow Skincare products. This type of research is quantitative with an explanatory research approach. The population in this study who have purchased MS Glow Skincare products at least once in the Islamic University of Malang environment. The sampling technique used Snowball Sampling with a sample of 85 respondents. Data obtained from a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that Brand Image, Content Marketing, and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) simultaneously affect Purchasing Decisions. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyse and describe the effect of Financial Literacy, Access to financing and Financial Planning on Micro Business Sustainability in the Night Market Pasar Besar Malang City. The population used in this study were micro business owners in the night market Pasar Besar Malang City. The sample in the study using the Slovin formula obtained 93 respondents. This study analyses data using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) Version 30.00 tool. The dependent variable used in this study is Business Sustainability, Financial Literacy, access to financing and financial planning as independent variables. The results of this study indicate that Financial literacy has no significant effect on business sustainability,  Access to financing has a negative Significant effect on business sustainability, Financial planning has no significant effect on business sustainability. Keywords: Business Sustainability, Financial Literacy, Access to Financing, Financial Planning

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of price, promotion and brand image on consumer buying interest in using products on the Maxim application in Malang. In this research, data collection methods were used using questionnaires. The population of this research is Maxim application users in Malang with a sample of 75 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using SPSS for Windows software. The conclusions of this research are price promotion and brand image simultan have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interestm,  price simultan has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interes, promotion simultan has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest,  brand Image simultan has a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest.  Keywords: Price, Promotion, Brand Image, and Purchase Interest

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to find out and analyze the digital marketing strategy of the Tiktok application in increasing motorbike sales turnover carried out by 6 Jaya Motor Malang. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The informants in this research consisted of 11 informants who had been determined using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection methods in this research consist of observation, interviews and documentation. This research data analysis uses Miles and Huberman interactive data analysis techniques, Nvivo software, and SWOT analysis. The results of this research show that the digital marketing strategy for the Tiktok Application carried out by 6 Jaya Motor Malang succeeded in achieving an increase in sales turnover as expected. These results show that the right digital marketing strategy can encourage the development of a company, through content creation, implementation of promotions, and services provided to consumers. Keywords: Digital Marketing Strategy, Tiktok Application, Increasing Sales Turnover

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of TikTok content, price, and customer experience on purchasing decisions for TikTok followers at Warung Mekar Jaya Malang. This research method uses quantitative methods. This study uses primary data which is processed and obtained from distributing questionnaires. The number of respondents in this study were 93 respondents. In this study using a Likert Scale and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program version 26. The results of this study indicate that the Tiktok Content, Price, and Customer Experience variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the Tiktok Followers Purchase Decision at Warung Mekar Jaya Malang. Partial results also show that the Tiktok Content, Price, and Customer Experience variables have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision of Followers Tiktok at Warung Mekar Jaya Malang. Keywords: TikTok Content, Price, Customer Experience, and Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the impact of customer experience, customer trust, and customer value on the loyalty of Wizzmie customers at the Tlogomas branch in Malang. A quantitative research method was employed, utilizing primary data collected from respondents' answers through questionnaires distributed to Wizzmie customers at the Tlogomas branch. The study's population consists of all Wizzmie customers at this branch. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, resulting in 80 samples being selected for testing, with sample size measurement conducted using a Likert scale. The analysis results indicate that customer experience influences customer loyalty, customer trust affects customer loyalty, and customer value also has an impact on customer loyalty among Wizzmie customers at the Tlogomas branch in Malang. Keywords: Customer Experience, Customer Trust, Customer Value, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of work experience, work discipline and job satisfaction on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 01 Batu. The method used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study includes all teachers at SMA Negeri 01 Batu, totaling 68 people, with a sampling technique using the saturated sample method, so that all teachers are used as respondents. The data collected are primary data through questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using various statistical tests, including instrument validity and reliability tests, normality tests, and classical assumption tests including multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests. In addition, this study uses multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing, consisting of simultaneous tests, partial tests, and coefficients of determination. The findings of this study reveal that teacher performance is significantly influenced by work experience, work discipline, and job satisfaction. Collectively, these factors play a crucial role in shaping performance. When examined individually, work experience has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Likewise, work discipline positively and significantly affects teacher performance, while job satisfaction also exerts a significant positive influence. Keywords: Work experience, work discipline, job satisfaction and teacher performance

Abstract

Abstract The Islamic banking industry in Indonesia continues to grow rapidly supported by technological advances and financial inclusion policies. This study aims to analyse the effect of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based service quality, religiosity, and trust on customer loyalty of Bank Syariah branch Malang Unisma. The research method uses quantitative methods, the method used is multiple linear regression, this study collected data from 80 respondents who are customers of the Islamic bank. The variables studied include AI-based service quality, religiosity and trust. The results showed that AI-based service quality partially had a positive but insignificant effect on customer loyalty, religiosity and trust partially had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.This study confirms the importance of religiosity and trust in building customer loyalty in Islamic banks. customer loyalty in Islamic banks, while AI technology provides added value to the quality of services offered. added value to the quality of services offered.
