Abstract

Abstract This study examines Eksplorasi The Effect of Work-Life Balance and Work Environment on Generation Z Job Satisfaction at PT. Jhonlin Agro Raya Tbk. As digital natives, Generation Z exhibits unique needs, such as flexible working arrangements and conducive work environments, requiring organizations to adapt workplace policies to maintain their satisfaction and productivity. The research employs a quantitative method, gathering data through questionnaires distributed to 90 respondents. The results indicate that Work-life balance significantly affects job satisfaction, while Work Environment does not show a significant partial influence. Simultaneously, these two variables contribute 8.7% to job satisfaction, with the remaining 91.3% influenced by other factors. These findings imply that the company should prioritize developing policies that support employees' Work-life balance to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.  Keywords: Work Life Balance, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, PT. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify and analyze how financial literacy, sociodemographics, and risk tolerance affect investment decisions in the capital market. In this study, it uses quantitative research methods. Researchers chose the population taken, namely generation Z students at FEB UNISMA in 2021, totaling 688 students. The sample used was 90 respondents of FEB UNISMA students in the class of 2021 and the results of this study were processed using the SPSS version 16.0 data processing program. The results of this study as a whole meet the test which shows that financial literacy is proven to have a positive and significant effect on investment decision making in FEB UNISMA students, sociodemographics are proven to have a positive and significant effect on investment decision making in the capital market in FEB UNISMA students, risk tolerance is proven to have a positive and significant effect on investment decision making in FEB UNISMA students. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Sosiodemografi, Risk Tolerance, Invesment.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze people's buying interest in thrift clothing based on price perceptions, and whether thrift clothing has its own value compared to new clothing. This is relevant because currently many people consider consumption prices as part of a lifestyle in meeting individual needs, as well as its influence on the marketing of thrifty clothing on social media. This research used quantitative methods with the student population of the Islamic University of Malang and involved 96 respondents selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data was obtained from primary sources through distributing questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 25.0. The research results show that simultaneously or partially, Price Perception (X1), Lifestyle (X2), and Social Media Marketing (X3) have a positive effect on Purchase Interest (Y). Keywords: Price Perception, Lifestyle, Social Media Marketing, Purchase Intention, Thrift Clothes

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality, interaction quality and service facilities on community satisfaction in Giripuro village. This study uses a verification method with a quantitative approach. and uses a Likert scale as a measurement tool. The sample of this study was selected using a nonprobability sampling technique with a snowball sampling technique with a total of 83 respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. Data testing uses validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests, and determination tests with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that service quality, interaction quality, and service facilities have a simultaneous effect on community satisfaction. Service quality partially affects community satisfaction. Interaction quality partially affects community satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the effect of unemployment and gender inequality on poverty partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is secondary data in the form of a time series with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in districts and cities in the East Java Province. The population in this research is poverty in the people of East Java Province. The sample is part of the population which will later be used as research material in this research on the number of poor people in East Java Province in 2020-2023. The research results show that there is a significant influence between the variables Unemployment (X1) and Gender Inequality (X2) on Poverty (Y) in East Java. The Unemployment variable (X1) does not have a significant effect on poverty. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Micro-influencer effectiveness and brand image enhancement on purchasing decisions for cosmetics through the TikTok application, targeting students from the Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. This research employs a quantitative approach with a questionnaire-based data collection technique involving 344 respondents. The independent variables in this study are micro-influencers and brand image, while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. The findings indicate that micro-influencers have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Additionally, brand image also has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.This research confirms the important role of micro-influencers in influencing consumer behavior through authentic promotional content on social media. Additionally, a strong brand image increases consumer trust and strengthens purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of influencer marketing, brand awareness, and brand love on purchasing decisions for scarlett products at tiktok shop. The method used in this study was purposive sampling with a sample size of 98 respondents using the slovin formula in determining the sample. The population of this study were college students in Lowokwaru sub-district who used scarlett products. This research method uses quantitative methods. Data was collected throught questionnaires distributed to college students in Lowokwaru District. The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS using multiple linear regression tests. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of discounts, free shipping, and COD (Cash On Delivery) Check First payment on purchasing decisions in Shopee e-commerce. This research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The study sample consists of 100 respondents selected using the accidental sampling technique. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that discounts, free shipping, and COD Check First payment have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. These findings imply that e-commerce platforms like Shopee can optimize their marketing strategies by maintaining and enhancing these three factors to encourage consumer purchasing decisions. Keywords: Discount, Free Shipping, COD Check First, Purchase Decision, E-commerce

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to identify “the influence of product variations, store atmosphere and location on repurchase interest in Studio 24 coffee in Malang City, a case study of Malang City students”. This research uses a quantitative approach method. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study was Studio 24 Coffee's Instagram followers, totaling 16,800. The sample was taken using the Slovin formula and the sample size was 99. The respondent criteria used were Malang City students who had purchased Studio 24 Coffee products more than 3 times. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of product variation, store atmosphere and location on repurchase interest in Studio 24 coffee in Malang City. And also, the variables of product variation, store atmosphere, and location have a partial and simultaneous influence on the repurchase interest variable at Studio 24 Coffee in Malang City. Keywords: Product Variation, Store Atmosphere, Location, Repurchase Interest
