Abstract

Abstract  This study examines the impact of Store Atmosphere, Service Excellence, and Product Completeness on Customer Satisfaction at Aftertaste Coffee Batu. These three variables were selected due to their significance in enhancing Customer Satisfaction within the relatively competitive F&B industry. Using a quantitative survey method via Google Forms, data was collected from 125 respondents who had visited Aftertaste. The research results indicate that multiple linear regression analysis shows that Store Atmosphere, Service Excellence, and Product Completeness simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, with an F-value greater than the F-table value (58.54 > 2.68). Partially, the t-values for each variable are Store Atmosphere (5.625), Service Excellence (4.200), and Product Completeness (3.875), all of which are positively and significantly related, as they exceed the t-table value of 1.65754 (t-value > 1.65754), with Store Atmosphere being the dominant factor. Based on the findings, it is recommended that Aftertaste focus on improving store atmosphere (design & cleanliness), service (staff training), and product completeness to enhance customer satisfaction.  Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Service Excellence, Product Completeness, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract Acquiring, developing, and retaining top talent is essential for banking firms. Workers who are considered quality are able to get the job done well. Focusing on work-life balance, motivation, and the work environment may greatly enhance employee wellbeing, which in turn leads to high performance. Finding out how factors like work-life balance, intrinsic motivation, and the physical workplace affect productivity in the banking industry is the primary goal of this study. Quantitative methodologies are used in this study in conjunction with explanatory research. A total of eighty-seven people from Bank BSI and BTN Syariah participated in the survey. A questionnaire was used to gather data, which was then analyzed using SPSS 30 software. According to the findings, 1) Work-life balance significantly impacts employee productivity. 2) Employee performance is greatly impacted by motivation. Abstract

Abstrack The purpose of this research is to determine and test the partial and simultaneous influence of Fashion Trends, Social Media Marketing, and customer experience on purchasing decisions for H&M products. The class of 2021 students at the Islamic University of Malang are the population for this research, with a total of 2,201 students. This research was assisted by the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) computer program. Purchase Decisions are simultaneously influenced by Fashion Trends, Social media marketing and customer experience. Fashion trends, social media marketing, and customer experience partially have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Keywords : Trend Fashion, Social Media Marketing, Customer Experience, and Buying Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of internal communication, work environment, and motivation on job satisfaction among government employees of Sukopuro Village, Jabung District, Malang Regency. This study employs a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to all 83 village government employees in Sukopuro using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to determine the impact of independent variables on the dependent variable. The findings indicate that internal communication, work environment, and motivation have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction among village government employees. These findings affirm that effective human resource management in village government significantly depends on these factors to improve employee well-being and provide better public services.  Keywords : Internal Communication, Work Environment, Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Village Government Employees.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the relationship between lifestyle, brand image, and price perception on cutomer satisfaction of Jims Honey fashion product users, with a focus on student of islamic University of malang Class of 2021. The method used is quantitative with a survey approach, distributing questionnaires to 97 respondents who have bought or used Jims Honey product. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with spss 22 to identify the effect of independent variables on cutomer satisfaction. The result showed that lifestyle has a significant negative effect on customer satisfaction, with a beta coefficient of -0.247 and a sig value of 0,003, which means that the higher the lifestyle has a significant negative effect on customer satisfaction . Meanwhile, brand image and price perceptio have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Price perception is proven to be the dominant factor affecting customer satisfaction, with a beta coefficient of 0,555. Keywords: Lifestyle, Brand Image, Price Perception, Customer Satisfaction, Jims Honey

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), lifestyle, marketing content, and flash sale on the purchase of impulsive aerostreet shoes products in Tiktokshop. The population used in this study is consumers who have purchased impulsively on aerostreet diktiktokshop shoes. The sample of this study was 85 student respondents in Malang with sampling techniques, Purposive Sampling. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that FOMO, lifestyle, content marketing, and flash sale simultaneously have a significant effect on impulsive purchases. Partially, FOMO has a significant effect on impulsive purchases, lifestyle has a significant effect on impulsive purchases, while content marketing and flash sale show positive positives to impulsive purchases. This research has implications for marketers and business people to understand the factors that encourage impulsive purchases and design effective marketing strategies in Tiktokshop. Keywords: fear of missing out, lifestyle, content marketing, flash sale, impulse purchases, Tiktokshop

Abstract

Abstract This research uses purchase intention as the dependent variable to see how the independent variables of digital advertising, influencer marketing and product quality can affect the purchase intention variable in students. The study used a survey method of non-probability sampling and purposive sampling with a sampling technique of judgment sampling, a predetermined sample of 90 with data analysis tests using SPSS ver 25. The results show that the independent variables of digital advertising, influencer marketing and product quality all have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of purchase intention. This shows that all independent variables contribute to understanding consumer behavior in the digital era, especially among college students as a potential market segment in the Southeast Asia region. For policy makers and e-commerce industry players, these results can be used as a foundation in designing marketing strategies that are more effective and in accordance with market characteristics in each country. Keywords: Digital Advertising, Influencer Marketing, Product Quality, Purchase Intention

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image, Tagline, and Emotional Branding on the purchasing decision of Nike shoes among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Islamic University of Malang. The research population consists of students from the FEB Unisma who use Nike shoes, with a sample of 87 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The data analysis method employed in this study is multiple linear regression. The results show that, Brand Image, Tagline, and Emotional Branding have a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decision of Nike shoes. Keywords: Brand Image, Tagline, Emotional Branding, Purchasing Decision, Nike Shoes

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of education, leadership style, and work discipline on employee performance at SMK Negeri 1 Kepanjen. This study uses a quantitative method with a population of employees at SMK Negeri 1 Kepanjen and involves 40 respondents selected through saturated sampling techniques. Data were obtained from primary sources through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 25.0. The test results show that both simultaneously and partially, the variables Education (X1), Leadership Style (X2), and Work Discipline (X3) have a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y). Keywords: Educaton, Leadership Style, Work Dicipline, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of pricing strategy, service quality, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in peanut UMKM in Pohsangit Lor Village, Wonomerto District, Probolinggo Regency. In an era of increasingly tight business competition, understanding the factors that influence customer loyalty is crucial for UMKM in order to survive and grow.The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to peanut UMKM customers in the area. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods to determine the effect of each variable on customer loyalty.The results of the study indicate that pricing strategy has a significant effect on customer loyalty, indicating that competitive prices can increase customer retention. In addition, service quality also contributes positively to building customer loyalty, where good service increases customer satisfaction and attachment to the product. Customer satisfaction is proven to be a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between pricing strategy and service quality on customer loyalty.Thus, peanut MSMEs in Pohsangit Lor Village are advised to continue to improve service quality and implement pricing strategies that are in accordance with customer preferences in order to increase customer loyalty. Keywords: The Influence of Pricing Strategy, Service Quality, and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty
