Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence of career development, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee loyalty of PT Magnum Attack Indonesia, with a focus on the production employees of PT Magnum Attack Indonesia. The method used is quantitative with a survey approach, distributing questionnaires to 87 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS 27 to identify the effect of independent variables on employee loyalty. The findings of this study are career development has a significant effect on employee loyalty, work motivation has a significant effect on employee loyalty and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee loyalty. Keywords: Career Development, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract Technological advancements have driven the rapid growth of financial technology (fintech), which has become increasingly popular as a solution to facilitate financial activities. Fintech offers convenience, efficiency, and accessibility, making it an essential tool in modern financial transactions. However, concerns regarding security risks remain a factor that may influence user adoption. This study aims to analyze the influence of effectiveness and security risk on the interest in using fintech, both simultaneously and partially. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 105 respondents who are active members of the Girl Boss Indonesia community through a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the relationships between the variables. The results indicate that effectiveness and security risk collectively have a significant impact on the interest in using fintech. Partially, effectiveness has a positive and significant influence on fintech adoption. Meanwhile, security risk has a positive but not significant influence on the interest in using fintech. Keywords: Effectiveness, Security Risk, Interest, Fintech

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze and identify the influence of halal literacy, the Mandatory Halal October (WHO) 2024 campaign, and the SEHATI program on the interest in halal certification registration among MSMEs in Malang City. The population of this study includes micro, small, and medium enterprises in Malang City engaged in the culinary field. The research method used is quantitative with a multiple linear regression model. The sample consisted of 85 respondents selected using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, with the criteria of culinary MSME actors in Malang City who have attended halal socialization at least once and participated in the free halal certification program (SEHATI). Data analysis was conducted with the help of IBM SPSS 30 software. The research results show that based on the F test, the calculated F value > table F value (64.954 > 1.664), thus the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. This indicates that simultaneously, the variables of halal literacy, the Mandatory Halal October (WHO) 2024 campaign, and the SEHATI program have a positive and significant impact on the interest in registering for halal certification. Partially, the t-test shows that the WHO 2024 campaign has a positive and significant impact on the interest in halal certification registration, while halal literacy has a significant but negative impact on that interest. Additionally, the coefficient of determination value of 69.5% indicates that the halal literacy variable, the WHO 2024 campaign, and the SEHATI program can explain the interest in halal certification registration, while the remaining 30.5% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.    Keywords: Interest in Halal Certification Registration, Halal Literacy, Mandatory Halal October Campaign (WHO) 2024, SEHATI Program, MSMEs

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine whether digital literacy, self-efficacy, and motivation influence the entrepreneurial interest of Generation Z students at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Universitas Islam Malang. The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a sample of 95 respondents. The results show that, simultaneously, digital literacy, self-efficacy, and motivation influence the entrepreneurial interest of Generation Z. However, partially, only digital literacy and self-efficacy have a significant influence, while motivation does not significantly affect entrepreneurial interest. These findings emphasiZe the importance of strengthening digital literacy and self-efficacy in enhancing entrepreneurial interest among Generation Z students at FEB Unisma. Keywords: Digital Literacy, Self-Efficacy, Motivation, Entrepreneurial Interest

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of Green Marketing, Store Atmosphere, and Quality Product on Purchase Decision of Eiger products among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Islamic University of Malang who have visited and purchased Eiger products. The sample consists of 87 respondents, selected using purposive sampling, and researched using multiple linear regression. Findings of this research partially indicate that Green Marketing, Store Atmosphere, and Quality Product have a significant positive effect on the Purchase Decision of Eiger products. Keywords: Green Marketing, Store Atmosphere, Quality Product, Purchase Decision, Eiger.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to understand the influence of Content Digital marketing and the Use of the Instagram Platform on Purchase Decisions of Jimshoney in Malang City. The sampling technique applied is purposive sampling, with a total sample of 90 respondents. Data collection was carried out through questionnaire distribution. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of social media instagram, word of mouth, and tourist preferences on tourist visiting decisions on water tourism balekambang gondang mojokerto case study on tourists of water tourism balekambang gondang mojokerto. This study uses a quantitative approach with sample determination using the Maholtra formula due to an unknown population. From the results of the calculation, a sample of 95 was obtained. Likert scale is used as a measurement tool. Primary data is collected through a questionnaire distributed via google form. Data testing through validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test using the help of SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that Instagram social media, word of mouth, and tourist preferences simultaneously affect tourist visiting decisions and individually Instagram social media, word of mouth, and tourist preferences have a significant effect on tourist visiting decisions.  Keywords: Instagram Social Media, Word Of Mouth, Tourist Preferences, Tourist Visiting Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to examine and analyze the impact of promotion, price, and location on consumer purchasing interest at Rocket Chicken Tlogomas, Malang City. An explanatory research method with a quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a Likert scale for measurement. The sample was chosen through a non-probability sampling method, specifically the snowball sampling technique, involving a total of 100 respondents. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The data analysis in this study involved validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and determination tests, conducted using SPSS 26 software. The findings reveal that promotion, price, and location collectively influence consumer purchasing interest. Promotion affects consumer purchasing interest. Price affects consumer purchasing interest. Location affects consumer purchasing interest. Keywords: Promotion, Price, Location, Consumer Buying Interest

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Product Quality, Brand Image and Price on Purchasing Decisions. The population in this study were Pasuruan City Volleyball Athletes. The Non-Probability Sampling method is purposive sampling with a sample of 70 respondents. The data was processed using SPSS with the results of the study simultaneously showing that it had a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions, and partially there were: 1) There was a positive and significant influence of Product Quality on Purchase Decisions for Iyog Jersey products 2) There was no significant influence of Brand Image on Purchase Decisions for Iyog Jersey Products 3) There was a positive and significant influence of Price on Purchase Decisions for Iyog Jerseys. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Price, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine the effect of Online Customer Review (OCR) and Hedonic Shopping Motivation  on Impulse Buying mediated by Brand Trust on e-commerce Brand skintific. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type. The population of the study were students of the University of Islam Malang who shopped for skintific products on e-commerce, with a sample of 95 respondents selected using the non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling and snowball sampling approach. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS 4.1.0.9 software. The results of this study indicate that Online customer reviewhas an effect on Brand Trust, hedonic shopping motivation has an effect on brand trust, Online customer reviewhas an effect on impulse buying, Hedonic shopping motivation  has no effect on impulse buying, Brand Trust has an effect on impulse buying, Online customer reviewhas no effect on impulse buying through brand trust and hedonic shopping motivation  has an effect on impulse buying through brand trust. Keywords: Online Customer Review, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Impulse buying, Brand Trust
