Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out work, motivation, and job involvement on employee performance. The sample in this study invited 60 people who were employees of BNS in Batu city.The method that is descriptive data analysis is by using validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear regression analysis, multicolonierity test, t hypothesis test, and hypothesis testing f.The results of this study indicate that each of the variables of work discipline, motivation and work involvement are equally influential on performance, as well as work variables, motivation and work involvement as well as the influence of the performance of the BNS company in Batu city. Keywords: work discipline, motivation, work involvement, employee performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style and commitment to the motivation of the management of student organizations in the student creativity unit jam'iyyatul qurro 'wal huffadz UNISMA.               This research is Explanatory Research. This research was conducted at the management of the student creativity unit jam'iyyatul qurro 'wal huffadz UNISMA. The population and sample in this study were 63 people. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS version 20. The data collection technique used is to use the census method and the testing technique used in this study using the Instrument Test, Normality Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumptions, and Hypothesis Tests.               Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that partially the Leadership Style does not have an important effect on the Motivation of Student Organizational Managers and the Commitment variable has an important effect on the Motivation of Student Organizations and simultaneously the Leadership Style and Commitment variables significantly influence Motivation. This means that the independent variable is feasible to explain the independent variables analyzed.Keywords: Leadership Style and Commitment to Motivation of the management of Student Organizations

Abstract

ABSTRACT The effect is a norm leadership did someone by the people like giving something for the other people (Suranta in Regina 2010: 15). Sometimes the leader has a style to leadership which the different for one and the others. Leadership is a purpose for influence and direct behavior subordinate or other people for getting purpose by organization. The leaders who give good motivation and understand to subordinate will give a effect to their a jobs. Various the leadership of which is used in organization by leader and then can help get positive effect in a jobs for subordinate or subordinate performance especially, their will more motivation in perform a jobs and obligation agree with regulation and assignment for get point of view and mission organization. The data involve the use of research is data primer which getting by respondent used quesener of already experiment validity and reliability. Was 67 respondents choose was sample by subordinate Sub district office. The data analyze by analyses regrets double linear. Result by research was is leadership and motivation giving effect performance apparatus leader at sub district office at Sape-Bima of NTB. This case agree with the leaders character, like attitude, fair, giving suggestion or included, support for purpose, expression result, get positive condition, clearly for all the problem, can clearly the problem in organization, well a spirit for subordinate and appreciative. In addition motivation like filling for jobs, fair a wage, a good circle, appreciation for a jobs and leaders must be a good attitude. Key word: Leadership, Motivation and performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT        The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership motivation and organizational commitment on the performance of Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School administrators. The research method used descriptive quantitative analysis with a sample of 66 administrators of Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School and multiple linear regression analysis tools with SPSS 20. The results obtained in this study were transformational leadership positively influencing the performance of boarding school Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo, Motivation did not have a significant effect on the performance of the management of Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo Islamic Boarding School, Organizational Commitment had no significant effect on the performance of Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo Islamic Boarding School administrators.Keywords: management performance, transformational leadership, motivation, organizational commitment

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at SAE Milk Cooperative Pujon Malang. This type of research is qualitative research (quantitative research). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitudes and personality on financial management behavior on milk-producing MSMEs in Pujon. The independent variables used are financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and personality. while the dependent variable is the behavior of financial management. The sample used in this study were 60 respondents who were MSME players in the SAE Pujon milk cooperative. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the instrument test, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test, multicollierity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, f test and t test using the help of SPSS 25 computer software data processing. The results of this study indicate that financial knowledge has a significant positive effect on financial management behavior, financial attitudes have a significant positive effect on financial management behavior, personality has a significant positive effect on financial management behavior.(Keyword : Financial Knowlagde, Financial Attitude, and Personality)

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the this study: 1) To understand and analyze the brand image, product quality and price as simultaneous factorsbefore Nike shoes’ purchase decision on Faculty of Economic and Business in Islamic University of Malang’s colleger. 2) To understand and analyze the brand image, product quality and price as partial factors before Nike shoes’ purchase decision on Faculty of Economic and Business in Islamic University of Malang’s colleger. The sampling method used in this study are known as Purposive Sampling, and are supported by 95 colleger respondent of Faculty of Economic and Business in Islamic University of Malang. The result of this study which using the linear regression analysis method shows that brand image, product quality and price simultaneously affecting the purchasing decision variable, as well as partially affecting them.Keyword: brand image, product quality, price, purchase decision

Abstract

Abstract             The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Dividend Policy on Share Prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis technique used is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 28 companies, the sample selection in this study used a purposive sampling method, the technique of determining the research sample using established considerations. So that a sample of 10 companies was obtained. The data source in this study is the financial statements of food and beverage sub-sector companies in the period 2016 to 2018. And the method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially the Current Ratio variable had a negative and significant effect on the Stock Price, the Net Profit Margin variable had a significant positive effect on the Share Price. While the Dividend Policy has a positive and not significant effect on Stock Prices. Keywords: Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Dividend Policy and Stock Price

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of word of mouth, service quality, product quality and location on consumer purchasing decisions (Case Study at Cafe Maitreya Kopi Dau Malang). The variables used in this study, namely the purchase decision variable (dependent variable), while the independent variables are word of mouth, service quality, product quality and location.The results of this study partially conclude that the variables are word of mouth, service quality, product quality and location. there is a significant influence on purchasing decisions and simultaneously concludes that there is a significant influence between the variables word of mouth, service quality, product quality and location on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Word Of Mouth, Service Quality, Product Quality And Location, Purchase Decision

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out the effects of price discount, bonus pack, and in-store display to decision impulse buying. This research uses quantitative research by explanatory research method. Sampling is done by purposive sampling with respondents of mobile accessories buyer at the AA Cell Store, amounting to 80 people. The research instrument used is a questionnaire. Data analysis uses a) instrument test that contains validity and reliability tests, b) normality test, c) multiple linear regression test, d) classic assumption test that contains multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, e) hypothesis test which contains F test and t test. The results of simultaneous analysis of price discount, bonus pack, and in-store display significantly influence the impulse buying. While the results of the partial analysis using multiple linear regression tests shows that price discount has a significant effect on impulse buying, while bonus pack and in-store display have no effect on impulse buying.Keywords: Price Discount, Bonus Pack, In-store Display, Decision Impulse Buying, Accessories Costumer

Abstract

AbstractThe shift in consumer behavior in Indonesia is the main influence of increasing consumer demand. Consumer behavior tends to be impulsive, and this is especially true for consumers at toko UD pokok berkah Malang. This study aims to examine the relationship between impulse buying, price discounts, bonus packs, and store atmosphere. The sample consists of 100 respondents where they are selected by purposive sampling. Characteristics of respondents, for example, they live in the city of Malang, they have shopped at toko UD pokok berkah, respondents aged 15-45 years. Analysis using analisis regresi linear berganda on SPSS20. It was found that the discount price, bonus pack, and store atmosphere had a simultaneous effect on impulse buying, while for a partial effect only bonus packs had no effect on impulse buying. Keyword: price discount, bomus pack, store atmosphere, impulse buying
