Abstract

ABSTRACT             This study aims to identify and analyze internet advertising and electronics by word of mouth on buying interest in the Shopee Online site for Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Malang Islamic University.This research is expected to be one of the references for other parties and can also be used as literature for further research by providing a form of information relating to the variables of internet advertising and electronic word of mouth on buying interest in shopee online shop sites. The sample in this study was the FEB students of the Islamic University of Malang in the 2015-2018 academic year who had known 93 online shopee advertisements. This type of research is an explanatory research type using a quantitative approach. The data sources used in this study are primary data. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of the data used in this study using validity, reliability, normality, multicolinerity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, t test, f test and coefficient of determination            The results showed that Internet Advertising and electronic word of mouth (EWOM) had a simultaneous effect on buying interest and Internet advertising and electronic word of mouth (EWOM) had a partial effect on buying interest. Keywords: Iklan Internet, EWOM, Buying Interest

Abstract

AbstractThe importance of discipline and employee motivation to improve employee performance is that by increasing discipline and work motivation, it is expected that production can run smoothly and labor productivity can be increased, so that production targets can be achieved and ultimately company goals can also be achievedit is expected that the workforce feels satisfied, because the work of the workforce is truly valued with rewards that are in accordance with the results obtained, so that the employee besides getting material and satisfaction in return for his salary, will also get psychological satisfaction, because it has received flattery or appreciation. To find out and analyze the effect of partially disciplined variables and work motivation affect the performance of employees at PT. Jawa Berkat Utama.Based on the results of the study note that variable work motivation and work discipline significantly influence the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh lokasi, harga dan kualitas pelayanan sebagai variabel independen dan keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel dependen pada konsumen Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza Dinoyo Malang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Konsumen Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza Dinoyo Malang, Sehingga dalam jangka waktu 3 bulan ( Mei-Juli ) adapun sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 93 orang yang memenuhi syarat sebagai sampel. Teknik dalam pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakanaccidental sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel lokasi berpengaruh secara positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, variabel harga berpengaruh secara positif terhadap keputusan pembelian dan variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata kunci : lokasi, harga, kualitas pelayanan, keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to determine how much influence the variable workload, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. Malang City Environmental Service Study. In this study the population numbered 68 people using random sampling. The method of taking samples is, employees who work at the Department of Environment of Malang City. To find out the data that will be examined later, this study uses a way to distribute questionnaires to better know the opinions of employees by filling out the statements that have been attached to the questionnaire.In addition, this study uses the SPSS measuring instrument to test data in the form of instrument testing, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. This research resulted in several conclusions which stated that the variables of workload, work motivation, and work discipline were simultaneously influential so that they could improve the performance of the employees of the Malang City Environmental Service. While partially workload has a significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Effect of Workload, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance

Abstract

Abtract This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Profitability (ROE), Growth Opportunity and Liquidity (CR) on Capital Structure during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population used in this study were tekstil and garment industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2020 period. The sample used in this study was a purposive sampling technique. Companies included in the criteria for this study consisted of 11 companies during the study period of 1 year. The data collection method used in this research is the documentation of the financial statements of tekstil and garment industry companies which are listed on the IDX. The analysis used is multiple linear regression by testing the hypothesis using the f test and t test. The results showed that the simultaneous test on the Profitability (ROE), Growth Opportunity, and Liquidity (CR) variables had a simultaneous effect on the capital structure (DER). Whereas in the t test the Profitability (ROE) and liquidity (CR) variables had a significant effect on the capital structure (DER), while the Growth Opportunity variable had no significant effect on the Capital Structure (DER). Keywords : Profitabilitas, Growth Opportunity, and Likuiditas

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, and Completeness of Infrastructure on Patient Satisfaction of Covid-19 Survivors at Kepanjen Safe House. The sampling technique used was random sampling to obtain a sample of 64 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially the quality of service had no effect on patient satisfaction, but for infrastructure it had an effect on patient satisfaction. If simultaneously the quality of service and infrastructure have a significant effect on patient satisfaction.  Keywords: Service Quality, Infrastructure, Patient Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the comparison of the Altman, Grover, Zmijewski, and Springate models in the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the period 2017-2019, as well as to find out and analyze which predictive model is more accurate that can be used. to predict bankruptcy. This study uses 4 samples from 25 populations registered in food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period. Sampling using purposive sampling method, namely the sampling method used with certain considerations. Data analysis methods are 1). Calculating financial ratios, 2). Calculating the ratio of the bankruptcy model and 3). Calculate the level of model accuracy. This study finds that in the Altman model there are 1 healthy company and 3 bankrupt companies, in the Grover model there are 2 bankrupt companies and 2 healthy companies, in the Zmijewski model 4 healthy companies, and in the Springate model there are 3 healthy companies and 1 bankrupt company. And the highest accuracy results are the Altman and Springate models with a predictive value of 75%.Keywords: bankruptcy prediction model, Altman, Grover, Zmijewski, Springate

Abstract

ABSTRACT                             At present, an organization needs human resources. Therefore an organization always increases organizational commitment and various ways are carried out by the organization to find out the factors that cause a decrease or increase in organizational commitment. The purpose of this study is to analyze organizational culture, job satisfaction and individual characteristics of organizational commitment. The research object chosen in this study was the Pujon Malang "SAE" cooperative. Data was collected through a questionnaire method that was filled out by 77 respondents using the census method. The results of this study conclude that (1) organizational culture does not have an important impact on organizational commitment, (2) job satisfaction has an important impact on organizational commitment, and (3) individual characteristics have an important impact on organizational commitment

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of company age, auditor reputation, underwriter reputation and percentage of shares offering on underpricing in companies that conduct an Initial Public Offering (IPO) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2017-2019. The method of analysis that used in this research was descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study was 148 companies that conducted an Initial Public Offering (IPO) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2017-2019. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling technique, so that 50 companies were obtained that matched the sample selection criteria. The results of this study indicate (1) Company age, auditor reputation, underwriter reputation and percentage of shares offering has a significant effect on underpricing (2) Company age has a negative and significant effect on underpricing (3) Auditor reputation has a negative and insignificant effect on underpricing (4) Underwriter reputation has a negative and significant effect on underpricing (5) Percentage of shares offering has a positive and insignificant effect on underpricing.Keywords: Company Age, Auditor Reputation, Underwriter Reputation, Percentage of Shares Offering, Underpricing

Abstract

Abstract This research is a descriptive quantitative study which to examine and analyze the effect of work training, experience and work environment on employee performance in pamekasan beauty care pipelines, The population in this study were all employees of pamekasan pipit beauty care and the sample of this study used a saturated sample technique with a total of 35 employees. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis, instrument test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study found a conclusion, namely that partially job training has no effect on employee performance, experience has a positive effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, while simultaneously job training, experience and work environment have a positive effect on employee performance.  Keywords : Job training, Experience, Work Environment, Employee Performance
