Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of WFH (Work From Home), Job Design, and Workload on Work Stress in Teachers of SMA Negeri 6 Malang. The The sample used in this study consisted of 62 teachers. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The tests for the data used are the simultaneous hypothesis test (f) and the partial hypothesis test (t). The results also showed that the independent variable had a significant effect on the dependent variable. Based on partial test results WFH (Work From Home) variable has a positive and significant effect on work stress, job design has a negative and insignificant effect on work stress, workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress. Keywords: WFH (Work From Home), Job Design, Workload, and Work Stress

Abstract

ABSTRACT Investments are classified into two types, namely investments in ownership letters (shares) and investments in debt securities (obligations). Issuance of obligations is carried out by companies that need funds, either for business expansion or to meet the company's financial needs in the short or long term. Companies that issue bonds have the obligation to pay interest on a regular basis in accordance with a predetermined time period and loan principal at maturity. Obligations rating is one of the information that is used as a basis for consideration in deciding whether the bond is worthy of being an investment and knowing the level of risk. The purpose of this study in accordance with the formulation of the above problems are: 1) To analyze the effect of earnings management on obligations ratings, 2) To analyze the effect of liquidity ratios on obligations ratings, 3) To analyze the effect of company activity ratios on obligations ratings, 4) To analyze the influence ratio of market value to obligations ratings. Keywords: Investment, obligations rating, earnings management, liquidity ratio, activity ratio, market value ratio.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of StoreAtmosphere, Promotion and Service to Purchase Decision in Indomaret Tlogomas No19-20 Malang. Population in Research All consumers Indomaret Tlogomas No 19-20Malang. The sample used is consumer Indomaret Tlogomas No 19-20 Malang. Thesampling technique that is accidental sampling and samples in this study as much as 99respondents.Based on the results of this study it is known that the independent variablessimultaneously affect Significant to the dependent variable known value F arithmetic20.344 with the value of sig 0,000 <0.05 then H1 received, meaning the variableAtmospheric store, Promotion and Service simultaneously affect the Purchase Decision.And the variable Atmospheric store, known value t Count 4.050 with a value of 0.000sig, <0.05 means partial effect partially purchase decision. Promotional variable isknown value of t arithmetic 4,636 with value sig 0,000 <0,05 meaning promotionvariable partially influence to decision of purchase. Abstract

ABSTRACT                                                         The development of the culinary world that is happening in the world is growing rapidly, both culinary oriented to food or drink. Everyone who is involved in the business world competes to be the best and the foremost for the products that have been made to attract the attention of consumers. Customers are an important part of the business world, without any customers in the business, of course there will be no business processes that occur. Therefore customers are very influential in the wheels of business and business. This study aims to explain the effect of sales promotion, service quality and product quality on loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. In a business process, the customer would want to be well served by the merchant and the customer will be satisfied if his wishes or expectations are met when buying and feeling the product or service that is felt. With such an impact, it is expected that customers will be loyal to use the product or service that they feel is good. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of sales promotion, service quality and product quality on loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The method used is quantitative. The method of data analysis in this study is quantitative and technical analysis methods using path analysis using IBM Version 21 SPSS (statistical product and service solution) software. The sample used was 80 people. Data collection is done by collecting questionnaires with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis uses path analysis where Sales Promotion as X1, Service Quality X2, X3 Product Quality, Z Customer Satisfaction and Z Loyalty. The results of this study indicate that the X test on Y is known that t count Sales Promotion on customer satisfaction is 0.217, t count Service Quality for Customer Satisfaction of 0.720 and t count Product Quality Against Customer Satisfaction of 0.100 with a significance level of both variables <0.05 , then this shows that Sales Promotion, Service Quality and Product Quality directly influence Customer Satisfaction. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which states that Sales Promotion, Service Quality and Product Quality have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. X test against Y is known that that t Sales Sales to customer Loyalty is 6.157, t calculate Service Quality to Customer Loyalty of 3.520 and t count Product Quality Against Customer Loyalty is 0.936 with a significance level of both variables of <0.05, then this shows that Sales Promotion, Service Quality and Product Quality directly influence Customer Loyalty. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which states that Sales Promotion, Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty but is not significant by the Product Quality variable on Customer Loyalty. The Z test on Y is known that t count Customer satisfaction with Customer Loyalty is 14.873 with a significance level of both variables of <0.05, then this indicates that Customer Satisfaction directly affects Customer Customer Loyalty. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which states that Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Keywords: sales promotion, service quality, product quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence of trust, convenience, and quality of information on online purchasing decisions at Shopee. This research is an explanatory research type, with a quantitative approach. The research method used is multiple regression analysis. The sample used in this study used the Maholtra formula with purposive sampling technique, namely the sampling technique based on certain considerations that are considered suitable with the characteristics of the specified sample to be sampled and obtained 85 respondents as a sample of 1014 respondents as a population.The results of this study indicate that partially there is a significant influence between trust in purchasing decisions, convenience has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and information quality has a significant effect on online purchasing decisions at the online shopee. While the simultaneous test results show that trust, convenience and quality of information affect online purchasing decisions at online shopee shops. Keywords: Trust, convenience, and quality of information and purchase decisions.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of: 1. debt ratio (DR), working capital to total assets (WCTA) and current ratio (CR) to return on assets (ROA), (2) debt ratio (DR), working capital to total asset (WCTA), current ratio (CR) and return on assets (ROA) to the stock price, (3) debt ratio (DR), working capital to total assets (WCTA) and current ratio (CR) to the stock price by ROA as an intervening variable. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained data of 76 samples from 19 property and real estate company data. The data analysis technique using in research is path analysis . The result of this research showed that: DR has negative significant effect on ROA, WCTA has positive effect on ROA but not significant and CR has negative and not significant effect on ROA. DR has negative significant effect on stocks price, WCTA has negative an not significant effect on stocks price and CR has positive effect but not significant on stocks price. ROA has positive significant effect on stocks price. The result of sobel test showed that ROA is cannot mediate the effect of WCTA on stock prices. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Brand Ambassador, Brand Image, Scarlett Whitening Price on purchasing decisions of Scarlett Whitening Brand products. The location of this research was carried out on teenagers in Sumenep City who became consumers of Scarlett Whitening products. This research is a quantitative research. This study used a case study method where data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to adolescents in Sumenep City who were selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Ferdinand formula and the results obtained were 80 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the F test indicate that Brand Ambassador, Brand Image, Price have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening. Furthermore, the results of the t test show that Brand Ambassador, Brand Image, Price partially have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions for Scarlett whitening. Keywords: Purchase Decision, Brand Ambassador, Brand Image, Price

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education, resilience and motivation on interest in entrepreneurship. The object of this research is students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang with a total sample of 84 students with notes who have taken entrepreneurship courses. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis tools. Based on the results of a partial research analysis, entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. While partially resilience has a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Abstract

AbstractProductivity is a description of the ability of workers to produce output. The higher the output produced by a worker, the higher the level of productivity of the worker. Saiyo Sakato Restaurant is one of the largest restaurants in Malang City with a system of ownership and family relations that have been passed down from generation to generation. However, there are many factors that will affect the productivity of the workforce at the Saiyo Sakato restaurant. Therefore, what will be analyzed in this study is the effect of education level, wages and age on labor productivity (a case study on the Padang Saiyo Sakato restaurant).This study aims to analyze the effect of education, wages, and age on labor productivity (a case study on the Padang Saiyo Sakato restaurant). In this study, primary data was used by distributing questionnaires to 63 employees of RM. Saiyo sakato, with a list of prepared questions. To achieve the goal, in this study using multiple linear regression analysis method.The results of this study indicate that the variables of wages and age have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of RM. Abstract

Abstract This studi aims to determine the effect of employee engagament, organizational climate, and ability work on work produkctivity at UMKM Tahu Kres KWB. The sample used in this study were 31 employee by using saturated sample technique. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (Test F) and partial hypothesis testing (Test t). The result showed that simultsneously (Test F) the variables of employee engagament, organizational climate, and ability work significant effect on employee productivity at UMKM Tahu Kres KWB. When, based on partial test results (Test t) the variables of employee engagament significant effect on employee productivity at UMKM Tahu Kres KWB, variables organizational climate no significant effect on employee productivity at UMKM Tahu Kres KWB, and variables ability work significant effect on employee productivity at UMKM Tahu Kres KWB. Keywords: Employee Engagement, Organizational Climate, Ability Work and Productivity Employee
