Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence of experiential marketing in which sense, feel, think, act and relate to consumer loyalty, know and analyze experiential marketing influences which consist of sense, feel, think, act and relate to customer satisfaction and know experiential influences marketing has an effect on consumer loyalty through McDonald's restaurant customer satisfaction Watugong Malang. The population of this study is that consumers who have come at least one purchase at Mc Donald's Malang amounted to 2,250 while the sample in this study amounted to 96 consumers. Data analysis using Path analysis.The results showed that there was a significant effect of sense, feel, and act on loyalty. While the variables think and relate have no significant effect on loyalty. There is a significant effect of sense, feel, and act on loyalty. Whereas think and relate have no significant effect on loyalty. There is a significant effect of satisfaction with loyalty. Experiential marketing (sense, feel, think, act and relate) has an effect on loyalty not through satisfaction as an intervening variable.Keywords: experiential marketing, sense, feel, think, act, relate, satisfaction and loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRACKThis study aims to determine and analyze which among the variables ofresponsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy and direct evidence thatpredominantly affect the level of patient satisfaction in Puskesmas Sub DistrictPragaan Sumenep regency. Type of method used in this research is surveymethod. This method means that this study takes samples from the population anduses questionnaires (questionnaires) as the main data collection instrument. Inaddition, also conducted in-depth interviews to complete the data needed. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, work environment on the performance of employees of the Village Office of Dau Subdistrict, Malang Regency. Data collection is done by the method of documentation, questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study were all village office employees in Kec. Dau Kab. Malang, a total of 110 with samples using total sample techniques using the Slovin formula, so that the total obtained is 52 people. This study uses quantitative analysis. While the test equipment used is the instrument test, normality, classic assumption, multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 16.0 program. the results of this study indicate that the instrument used is valid and reliable, also the data obtained is normally distributed using the One sample Kolmogrov Smirnov table value of 0.141. As well as free data from Multicollinearity and Heteroscedasticity. The multiple linear regression results show that the independent variables have a positive effect on the dependent variable, also supported by a significant partial test (t test) which is generated by 0.000 (X1), 0.041 (X2), 0.005 (X3) with a standard of significance 0, 05. thus indicating that good leadership, motivation in employees, a good work environment will affect the performance of employees at the Village office in Dau District, Malang Regency.  Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Motivasi Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja Katryawan.

Abstract

Abstract             The research aims to analyse the direct influence and indirect influence of the four variables, namely hedonic shopping motives, lifestyle, brand image and brand awareness of the purchase decision of Vans branded shoes. The population of this research is the management student of 2018 generation. Since it is not known for sure the number of users of Vans shoes in FEB UNISMA Management Force 2018, then samples were taken using Malhotra formula so that obtained 130 respondents qualified as samples. Using multiple linear regression analyses with the analysis tool of SPSS 20The Research was conducted by providing questionnaires and using purposive sampling methods. The results of this study showed that (1) hedonic shopping motives, (2) lifestyle, (3) Brand image and (4) brand awareness are simultaneously influential to the purchase decision, and partially hedonic shopping motives, lifestyle, brand image and brand awareness directly to the purchase decision of Vans shoes. keyword: Hedonic shopping motives, lifestyle, brand image, brand awareness and purchase decision

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine the effect of promotion, service, and trust on the decision to take Super Micro People's Business Credit (KUR) at PT BRI Unit Polehan (Case Study on MSMEs in the Polehan Region). This research belongs to the type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach, which was conducted to examine the effect between variables. The population in this study are all MSMEs that have used or are currently using Super Micro KUR in the Polehan Village area. The sampling technique used in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The criteria for sampling are MSMEs that have or are currently taking Super Micro KUR. Samples were taken using the Malhotra formula so that a sample of 75 samples was obtained. Data analysis in this study consisted of instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of the t test there is a partial influence between the variables of promotion, service, and trust on the decision variables of credit makers. Adjusted R Square of 48.2% to the dependent variable, namely the decision to take credit can be explained by the variables of promotion (X1), service (X2), trust (X3) while 51.8% is explained by other variables outside the research model. Keywords: Credit Decision Making, Promotion, Service, Trust

Abstract

Abstract  The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Dividend Policy (DPR), Book Value Per Share (BVPS), and Earning Volatility (EVOL) on Stock Price Volatility (PVOL). The population used in this study was manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 - 2018. The sample used in this study was purposing sampling. Companies that fall into the study criteria consist of 35 companies for 3 years. The method used in this study is documentation of financial statements from manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors listed on the IDX. The analysis used is multiple linear regression by testing the hypothesis using the t test. The results of this study explain that the dividend pay out ratio (DPR) has a positive effect on stock price volatility, book value per share (BVPS) has a positive effect on stock price volatility, earning volatility (EVOL) has a positive effect on stock price volatility.Keywords: Dividend Policy (DPR), Book Value Per Share (BVPS), Earning Volatility (EVOL), Stock Price Volatility (PVOL).

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of communication, work motivation and work environment on employee performance in Namlea Hospital. The sample in this study amounted to 46 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression.The results of descriptive analysis in this study indicate that the employees of the Namlea Hospital perceive all research, namely communication, work motivation, work environment, and employee performance. Communication has a significant effect on the performance of the Namlea Hospital employees. Work motivation has a significant effect on the employee performance of Namlea Hospital. The work environment has a significant effect on the Employee Performance of Namlea Hospital. Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to examine the effect of halal label, brand image, product quality andservices endorsed on the purchasing decision of Sariayu cosmetics. The population in this study were women in Lesanpuro. The sample selection is mothers who have and are currently using Sariayu cosmetics. In this study using atechnique purposive side. The number of samples used as many as 120 mothers. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique with quantitative methods. The results of this study indicate that (1) halal labels, brand image,  product quality, andservices endorse simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (2) halal labels partially affect purchasing decisions (3) purchasing decisions. brand image partially has no effect onpurchasing decisions (4) product quality partially has no effect on purchasing decisions (5) services endorse partially affect purchasing decisions.  Keywords : Halal Label, Brand Image, Product Quality And Services Endorsed

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze how the influence of work quality, motivation, work discipline on employee performance at the local government office in Probolinggo district. The population in this study were all employees of the human resources division of the District Government Office of Probolinggose, totaling 64 employees. This study uses a saturated sample because the number of employees is less than 100 employees. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The data testing used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that simultaneously the independent variable had a significant effect on the dependent variable. Based on the partial test results, the variables of work quality, motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at the local government office in Probolinggo Regency. Keywords: Quality of Work, Motivation, Work Discipline and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to identify and assess how product completeness, service quality, and pricing affect consumers' choices to repurchase home goods at Sardo Swalayan. This study employed data from a study on students in the city of Malang, where the participants were chosen through purposive sampling and given questionnaires through the g-form. The Malhotra method was used to determine the sample size for this investigation, and 85 responses were the outcome. The analytical approach used in this study includes hypothesis testing (F test and t test), multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), instrument testing (validity test, reliability test), normality test, coefficient of determination test, and data processing using the IBM SPSS 22 program. According to the study's findings, product completeness partially does not affect repurchase decisions, service quality somewhat influences repurchase decision, and pricing partially affects repurchase decision. These factors all influence repurchase decisions simultaneously. Keywords : Product Completeness, Service Quality, Price, Repurchase Decision
