Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image, and celebrity endorser on buying interest in the Ms Glow Beauty, a case study of FEB UNISMA students class 2018. the population in this study were students of FEB UNISMA. This research includes explanator research with a quantitative approach. The sampling used was purposive samping, with a total sample of 97 respondent data collection techiniques using questionnaires via google from. The population in this study was FEB UNISMA students class 2018. the result of this study product quality and brand image partially affect buying interest but of the celebrity endorser variable it has no effect on buying interest because consumers have been familiar with Ms Glow Beauty product beforse the celebrity endorse. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Celebrity Endorser, And Buying Interest

Abstract

AbstractA goal of this research is 1)  Knowing the impact of relationship marketing on customer loyalty PT. Gadai Terang Abadi Mulia Unit Bangkalan. 2) Knowing the impact of customer value on customer loyalty PT. Gadai Terang Abadi Mulia Unit Bangkalan. 3) Knowing the impact of service quality on customer loyalty PT. Gadai Terang Abadi Mulia Unit Bangkalan. The study describes the kind of research explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The source of data used in this study is primary and secondary data. Sampling techniques and populations using non sampling techniques. The analysis used in this research is the instrument test, classic assumption, regresi linier berganda, Uji t, and coefficient determination (R2). The result of the study show 1) Relationship marketing has an impact on customer loyalty PT. Gadai Terang Abadi Mulia Unit Bangkalan. 2) Customer loyalty has an impact on customer loyalty PT. Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study aims to determine how the influence of asset quality, liquidity and rentability on capital adequacy in banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. The variables used in this study are capital adequacy variables (dependent variables), while the independent variables namely asset quality are measured using the NPL ratio (Net Performing Loan), Liquidity is measured using the LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) ratio and Rent ability is measured using the ROA (Return On Asset). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear, complete with normality tests and classic assumptions (multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation). The hypothesis is tested using the t-test and F test with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of the partial test using the t-test, it is known that the Asset Quality (NPL) variable has a negative effect on capital adequacy in banking companies listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the periode 2015-2017, Liquidity (LDR) ) variable has a negative effect on capital adequacy in banking companies listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the periode 2015-2017 and Rent ability (ROA) ) variable has a negative effect on capital adequacy in banking companies listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the periode 2015-2017. Keywords: Asset Quality, Liquidity, Rent ability, Capital Adequacy

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of good corporate governance proxied by the board of commissioners on company value, financial performance that is proxied by ROE and leverage proxied by DER. This survey is a kind of quantitative survey. The population included in this study is state-owned enterprises listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during this period 2016-2018. The samples were selected using purposeful sampling. The results showed that good corporate governance Financial performance has a positive and not significant effect on firm value. While leverage has a significant positive effect on firm value.Keywords: Financial Performance, Good Corporate Governance, Leverage and Company Value.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of Shopping Life Style, Fashion Involvement and Sales Promotion on Impulse Buying at the Three Second shop in Soekarno Hatta Malang. This research is quantitative research. The sampling method used is purporsive sampling. There is a population of 2,700 respondents and a sample of 96 respondents was obtained. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results in this study indicate that simultaneous Shopping Life Style, Fashion Involvement and Sales Promotion have a significant effect on Impulse Buying. And partial Shopping Life Style on the coefficients table is 0.639 so that there is no significant effect on Impulse Buying, Fashion Involvement in the coeffisients table is 0.000 so that it has a significant effect on Impulse Buying and Sales Promotion on the coefficient table. significant effect on Impulse Buying.

Abstract

ABSTRAKThis research was conducted at PT. KARYA PRIMA Batu City. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of role conflict, work conflict, job ambiguity and work stress on the performance of employees of PT. KARYA PRIMA Batu City. The variables used are the influence of role conflict, work conflict, job ambiguity and job stress as independent variables, while the employee performance variable is the dependent variable. The sample used in this study was 40 employees, using the saturated sample method. Data collection methods by collecting primary and secondary data. The analysis used includes instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, determination coefficient test, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient test using multiple regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 assistance for software. The results showed that the variable role conflict and role ambiguity had no significant effect on the performance of PT. KARYA PRIMA Kota Batu, while the variables of work conflict and job stress have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. KARYA PRIMA Batu City, and the overall variables of role conflict, work conflict, role ambiguity and job stress have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of Good Corporate Governance, Leverage and Dividend Policy on Earnings Management. The population in this study consisted of 30 Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. Purposive sampling method with a sample of 11 companies from 30 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The results of the study partially show that: 1) There is no effect of managerial ownership on earnings management 2) There is an effect of leverage on earnings management 3) There is an effect of dividend policy on earnings management.  Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Leverage, Dividend Policy and Profit Management

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the effect Price Discount, Shopping Lifestyle, and Consumer Trust on Impulse Buying at Shopee, Faculty of Business Economics, Islamic University of Malang. This research uses an explanatory research type and a quantitative approach. The Malhotra theory was used to take samples, so a sample of 57 people was obtained. This research uses an explanatory research type and a quantitative approach. The Malhotra theory was used to take samples, so a sample of 57 people was obtained. To solve the problem in this cases using the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, classical assumption test. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 26. The results of this study are that Price Discount, Shopping Lifestyle, and Consumer Trust variables affect Impulse Buying simultaneously, partially the Price Discount variable has no effect on Impulse Buying, while Shpping Lifestyle has no effect on Impulse Buying. Impulsive Buying, while Lifestyle Shpping has no effect on Impulsive Buying. and Consumer Trust partially influences Impulse Buying at Shopee, Faculty of Business Economics, Islamic University of Malang Keywords: Price Discount, Shopping Lifestyle, Consumer Trust, and Impulse Buying.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability and liquidity on stock prices in state-owned banking companies on the IDX in the 2016-2020 period (Empirical Study on state-owned banking companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2020). This research uses quantitative methods. Determination of the sample in the study using a saturated sampling technique that is all the population is sampled so that the number of samples obtained is 80 samples from 4 companies. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that profitability and liquidity on stock prices simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices in state-owned banking companies on the IDX in the 2016-2020 period. While partially profitability on stock prices has no significant effect on stock prices. And the liquidity variable partially has a positive and significant effect on stock prices in state-owned banking companies on the IDX in the 2016-2020 period. Keywords: Profitability, Liquidity And Stock Price

Abstract

Abstract This study qualitatively analyzes the Digital Marketing Strategy through Swot Analysis in Increasing Sales Volume Amid the Covid 19 Pandemic (Case Study of Keripik Tempe Sari Rasa Sanan  in Malang).The data collection method used is documentation. Based on the results of research and discussion of digital marketing strategies on sales volume to take advantage of opportunities and fight existing threats, Keripik Tempe Sari Rasa Sanan utilizes Instagram and Facebook social media well through ig or facebook ads. By doing digital marketing, it really helps to increase revenue which is also automatically accompanied by an increase in sales volume as well.
