Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine the relationship of leadership style, motivation, work discipline and employee performance on PR.DD Malang Regency. The population and sample used in this research were 76 employees at PR.DD Malang Regency. This research uses analysis tools to test the hypothesis, namely the classical assumption test, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, the F-test, the t-test, and , the coefficient of determination (R2). The findings of this research indicate that leadership style, motivation and work discipline affect employee performance, this is evidenced by the t-test. Research findings using the F-test indicate that leadership style, motivation and work discipline together have a significant effect on employee performance at PR.DD Malang Regency. The result of the coefficient of determination (R2) test shows that employee performance in PR.DD is influenced by leadership style, motivation and work discipline by 48.89% and the model has passed the classical assumption test. Keywords : Leadership style, Motivation, Work Discipline and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This purpose of study : (1) to determine the effect of work experience on employee performance at the Backpacker Hostel. (2) to determine the effect of Organizational Culture on the Performance of Backpacker Hostel Employees (3) to determine the effect of Work Motivation on the Backpacker Hostel's Employee Performance (4) to determine the simultaneous effect of work experience, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on the Backpacker Hostel's Employee Performance. In this study the population amounted to 35 respondents. Collecting data through distributing questionnaires using google form. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 16. The technique of testing data with instrument testing uses a validity test, reliability test, and continued normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, and classical assumption test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, testing research hypotheses. The results of the analysis show that: (1) There is a positive effect of the work experience variable on the Employee Performance variable at the Backpacker Hostel. (2) There is no positive effect of the Organizational Culture variable on the Employees Performance variable at the Backpacker Hostel. (3) There is a positive effect of the work motivation variable on the employee performance variable at the Backpacker Hostel. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine and explain the effect of service quality, trustworthiness, and price on customer satisfaction using J&T Express expedition services to study FEB Unisma students. This research is an explanatory research type with a quantitative approach. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used the formula from Malhotra with the calculation results of 75 samples. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS assistance with validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of service quality, trust, and price had an effect on customer satisfaction. And there is a partial influence between the variables of service quality, trust, and price on customer satisfaction. Keywords: service quality, trust, price, customer satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to examine the effect of managerial ownership, debt policy and profitability on the firm value of sub-sectional manufacturing companies of the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017.The population used in this study is the consumer goods manufacturing sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015-2017. The sampling method is purposive sampling according to predetermined criteria. The number of samples is 27 companies. The data in this study used multiple linear regression, classical assumption and hypothesis test.The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership has  negative in significant effect on firm value, debt policy has negative significant effect on firm value and profitability has positive significant effect on firm value. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of Promotion, Information Quality and Brand Image on purchasing decisions, the sample of this study is the number of Mamoru Store followers. For data collection using a questionnaire, to analyze data using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear analysis, F statistical test and t statistical test, the coefficient of determination test in the IBM Social Sciences Statistical Package (SPSS) Version 16.0From the results of calculations with SPSS which are promotion variables, information quality and brand image simultaneously and significantly influence purchasing decisions. Abstract

AbstrakThe purpose of this research are : 1) to examine and analyzing of the EarningPer Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR)to share price at LQ 45 company listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia , 2) to examine andanalyzing the relationship of Price Earning Ratio (PER) in moderating the relationshipbetween Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER),Current Ratio (CR) with share price at LQ 45 listed company On the Indonesia StockExchange. To obtain valid results, sampling technique used in this study is purposivesampling method so that obtained a sample of 61 companies . Data analysis methods usedwere multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, classical assumption test(multicolinearity test, normality test, autocorrelation test, heterokedastisity test), hypothesistest using partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test).Using sample of LQ45 company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for theperiod of 2013-2015, the result of the research shows that Earning Per Share (EPS) has asignificant positive effect on stock price, Return on Equity (ROE) has positive effect to shareprice, Debt To Equity Ratio DER) has a negative effect on stock prices, Current Ratio (CR)has a positive effect on stock prices, and Price Earning Ratio (PER) moderates therelationship between Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt To EquityRatio (DER) , Current Ratio (CR) with stock price.Keywords : Stock Price, Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt To EquityRatio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), and Price Earning Ratio (PER).

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the effect of profitability, asset structure and firm size on the capital structure of the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the period 2015-2017. The sample in the study used a purposive sampling method. based on existing criteria obtained 46 companies that became the study sample. The technical data analysis used in this study is multiple linear analysis. The results of the study show that the profitability variable has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure, the asset structure does not affect the capital structure and the size of the company does not affect the capital structure.keywords: profitability, asset structure, company size, capital structure

Abstract

ABSTRACT                    This study aims to determine the effect of 1) work safety and work discipline together or simultaneously on employee performance 2) occupational health and safety on employee performance and 3) work discipline on employee performance. The type of research in the preparation of this paper is research (explanatory research). The population in this study means the employees of PT Kino Indonesia, Tbk, Prigen Pasuruan Branch as many as 326 employees, with a sample size of 77 employees with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done, conclusions can be drawn, namely 1) Occupational and occupational safety (K3) and work discipline together or simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance 2) Occupational and work safety (K3) has a significant influence on employee performance and 3) work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Occupational Health, Work Safety (K3), Work Discipline and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract Employee performance is very important for the company. This study aims to analyze the effect of role conflict, role ambiguity and workload on employee performance at PT. SBC Blessing Together. Sampling for this study used the Slovin formula with a population of 200 and resulted in 66 samples of employees. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. In this research, the analytical technique used is SPSS. The results showed that there was a negative and significant influence between Role Conflict, Role Ambiguity on Employee Performance and positive and negative influence between Workload on Employee Performance. Keywords: Role Conflict, Role Ambiguity, Workload and Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of the research was to find out the influence of taxation knowledge and religiosity on the compliance of individual taxpayers on creative economy actors of the blended fashion and culinary sub-sector in Malang City. The determination of samples in the study is using purposive sampling techniques, so that it can be determined the number of samples as many as 50 respondents who meet the criteria. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that knowledge of taxation and religiosity simultaneously have a significant effect on the compliance of private taxpayers on creative economy actors blended fashion and culinary sub-sector in malang city. The variables of tax knowledge have a significant and positive effect on the compliance of individual taxpayers in the creative economy actors of the blended fashion and culinary sub-sector in Malang City. The variable religiosity has no effect on the compliance of private taxpayers in the creative economy actors of the blended fashion and culinary sub-sectors in Malang. Keywords: Creative Economy Actors Blended Fashion and Culinary Sub Sector in Malang City, Knowledge taxation, Religiosity, Taxpayer Compliance.
