Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze: the effect of management support and adaptability on the work resilience of teachers and employees during the covid-19 pandemic, the direct influence of management support on the work resilience of teachers and employees during the covid-19 pandemic, its direct influence on the work resilience of teachers and employees during the covid-19 pandemic. direct adaptability to the work resilience of teachers and employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. The sample in this study used the entire population, namely teachers and employees yayasan insan mulia malang Foundation which amounted to 51 people. The results of this study indicate:  management support and adaptability have a simultaneous effect on work resilience, management support has no partial effect on work resilience, adaptability has a partial effect on work resilience. Keywords: Management Support, Adaptability and Work Resilience

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to know the influence of leadership style, motivation and discipline of work toward the employee performance of KUD Gondanglegi. The subject of the study was from the employee of KUD Gondanglegi that consists of 50 respondents. The method of collecting data in this study used census method, also statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis are used in this study.Based on the result of multiple linear regression analysis can be known that leadership style was 0,109, motivation was 0,240 and discipline of work was 0,347. It meant that leadership style was significant effect toward the employee performance of KUD Gondanglegi, motivation was significant effect toward the employee performance of KUD Gondanglegi, discipline of work was significant effect toward the employee performance of KUD Gondanglegi, leadership style, motivation, and discipline of work influenced simultaneously toward the employee performance of KUD Gondanglegi. Key words: leadership style, motivation, discipline of work and the employee performance

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image dan kualitas produk secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan pengaruhbrand image dan kualitas produk secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Toyota Agya Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand image dan kualitas produk berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Toyota Agya, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 69,253 lebih besar dibandingkan dengan F tabel sebesar 2,510. brand image secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Toyota Agya, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,612 lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai t tabel sebesar 1,98 dan nilai sig lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,011 < 0,05). Sedangkan variabel kualitas produk secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil Toyota Agya, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 7,493 lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai t tabel sebesar 1,98 dan nilai sig lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Kata Kunci: Brand image, kualitas produk, dan keputusan pembelian

Abstract

ABSTRACT"Analysis Of Effect Of Return On Assets (Roa), Earning Per Share (Eps),And Debt To Equity Ratio (Der) On Company Value”(empirical study on companies listed in LQ45 index IDX period 2013-2016) The purpose of this research is to know and analyze how influence on partial and simultaneous Return On Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), dan Debt ToEquity Ratio (DER) to firm value on companies listed on LQ45 BEI period 2013- 2016. Type of this research is quantitative research by using secondary data of company financial report on LQ45 index. The sample are having 23 companies from 64 companies on the index LQ 45. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. The result of this research is that Return On Assets (ROA) have a significant and positive influence on firm value, Earning Per Share (EPS) has no significant effect and positive influence on firm value, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) the value of the company. Simultaneously Return On Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a significant and positive effect on firm value.Keyword : Return On Assets (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), dan Debt ToEquity Ratio (DER), and firm value

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the direct influence and indirect influence of Trust and Commitment on Loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Malang City Neutron Tutoring Institute. This type of research is an explanatory research type using a quantitative approach. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 76 respondents who were participants in the Neutron tutoring institution. The sample technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis.The results of this study indicate that Trust and Commitment directly and significantly affect Loyalty. Trust and commitment directly and significantly affect satisfaction. Satisfaction directly and significantly affects Loyalty. And Trust and Commitment directly and significantly affect Loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable.Keyword: Trust, Commitment, Satisfaction, and Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe seniority, work performance, work motivation and productivity of Malang City BPN employees, determine the effect of seniority, achievement, work motivation on employee productivity. This research was conducted in BPN Malang City with a sample of 50 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Descriptive analysis results show that Malang City BPN Employees perceive neutrality in all research variabels, namely seniority, work performance, motivation and productivity. Seniority has a significant effect on employee productivity in BPN Malang. Work performance has a significant effect on employee productivity in BPN Malang. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee productivity in BPN Kota Malang. seniority, work performance, and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee productivity in BPN Malang. Keywords: seniority, work performance, motivation and employee productivity

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to describe dual role conflict, work stress, work environment, and employee performance and to know the influence of dual role conflict, work stress, and work environment to partially and simultaneously employee's performance. This research method using quantitative method. This type of research is survey research.The sample of this research is employees of the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Malang Regency that is as many as 39 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 for windows.The results of this study indicate that dual role conflict, work stress, and work environment partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees of the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Malang Regency. Keywords :      Dual Role Conflict, Work Stress, Work Environment and Employee Performance.

Abstract

AbstrackThis study is entitled "The Effect of Destination Imagery and Service Quality on Interest in Tourist Returns (Study on Padusan Hot Spring Tourism)". This study raises the issue of how the Influence of Destination Imagery and Service Quality on Tourist Return Interests. The purpose of this study was to determine how the Influence of Destination Imagery and Service Quality on Tourist Return Interests The analytical tool used is Quantitative Descriptive regression analysis with Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of the analysis can be found that there is a significant positive effect on the Destination Image and Service Quality on the Tourist Visit Interests. Based on the results of the research, the implication of this study is the need for an increase in destination image and service quality in order to increase the interest of tourist return visits in accordance with the empirical results of this study which state that destination image and service quality can increase tourist return visit interest. Keywords: Destination Goals, Service Quality and Interest of Tourist Return Visit.

Abstract

Abstract This study examines and analyzes the effect of word of mouth, brand image, and country of origin on online purchasing decisions of Eiger products. This research uses explanatory research type. The research subjects were carried out on FEB students of the Islamic University of Malang. Malhotra theory is used to take samples, namely the number of items x 5 so that the sample is found as many as 140 people. The data collection method is done by using a questionnaire. The analysis method used is the Validity Test, Realiability Test, Normality Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Multicolinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Determination Coefficient (R2) and Hypothesis Test. The results showed that Word of Mouth, Brand Image and Country of origin had a simultaneous influence on Eiger Product Online purchase decisions, Word of Mouth had an effect on Eiger Product Online purchase decisions, Brand Image had an effect on Eiger Product Online purchase decisions, Country of origin affected Online purchase decisions for Eiger Products. Keywords: Word Of Mouth, Brand Image, Country Of Origin, Purchase Decision

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe work motivation, work discipline, work environment conditions, employee performance and analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline, work environment conditions on employee performance. This study uses a saturated sample, namely the employees of PT wing Mulia Prosperous, totaling 42 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The variable of work motivation is measured using five indicators, five indicators of work discipline, five indicators of working environment conditions, and five indicators of employee performance. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously work motivation, work discipline, working environment conditions have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study also indicate that the work motivation variable has no effect on employee performance. The work discipline variable has no effect on employee performance. Variable working environment conditions have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords : Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Working Environment Conditions, And Employee Performance.
