Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the product quality, price, and product safety on purchasing decisions at Madyopuro Traditional Market Malang. The sample in this study were 70 consumers with established criteria. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using t test and F test. From this study provides result and shows that there is partial and simultaneously a relationship or influence between product quality, product price, and product safety on purchasing decisions.Keywords : product quality,product price, and product safety.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate, individual characteristics and organizational culture on employee performance at the Koperasi Unit Desa Pakis Malang. The sample used in this study were 33 employees of the Koperasi Unit Desa using the saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. The analysis used includes instrument testing, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination using SPSS assistance.The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a significant influence between organizational climate, individual characteristics and organizational culture on employee performance at the Koperasi Unit Desa Pakis Malang. Meanwhile, partially it shows that the variables of organizational climate, individual characteristics and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Koperasi Unit Desa Pakis Malang. Keywords: Organizational Climate, Individual Characteristics and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work ethic, organizational culture, and workload on employee performance on chicken roasted wong solo in Malang. This research is a type of explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study used a saturated sample of only 57 employees.The results of this study indicate that partially there is a significant influence between work ethic on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, workload has a significant effect on employee performance at chicken grilled wong solo in the city of Malang. And the results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a significant influence between work ethic, organizational culture and workload on employee performance at chicken roasted wong solo in the city of Malang. Keywords: of work ethic, organizational culture, workload and employee performance

Abstract

Abstract The purposes of this study are: 1) To determine and analyze the influence of customer reviews, celebrity endorsements, brand image on consumer purchasing decisions for thirft products at imarket.id, 2) To determine and analyze the influence of customer reviews on thirft product purchase decisions on consumers at imarket id, 3) To find out and analyze the influence of celebrity endorsement on consumer purchasing decisions for thirft products at imarket.id, 4) To determine and analyze the effect of brand image on consumer purchasing decisions for thirft products at imarket. This study uses an explanatory research type using a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study were 60 iPhone consumers at iMarket.id. In this study, the information collection technique used was in the form of a questionnaire. The results showed that the variable customer review, celebrity endorsement, brand image had a significant effect on the purchasing decision variable of 0.000 < 0.05. Customer reviews have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 0.020 < 0.05. Celebrity endorse has no significant effect on purchasing decisions of 0.167 < 0.05. Brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 0.003 < 0.05. Keywords: Customer Review, Celebrity Endorser, Brand Image and Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract Employees at the Arjasa District Office lack competence, resulting in Arjasa District Office employees often sleeping during working hours so that they are less than optimal in carrying out their work. This study aims to determine the competence of employees in carrying out public services at the Arjasa District Office. As well as to find out the factors that affect the competence of employees in carrying out public services at the Arjasa District Office and to find out what can increase the competence of employees at the Arjasa District Office. Methods In this study using a qualitative approach, by means of observation and interviews. This research is located at the Arjasa District Office, Kangean Islands, Sumenep Regency. With the increase in employee competence as well as increasing skills and knowledge of the Arjasa District Office employees will have an effect on improving performance. And because the Panisman has not been fully implemented, there are still employees who have not complied with the regulations. And lack of a good attitude resulting in a lack of enthusiasm at work and not complying with regulations in carrying out work and sleeping at work. Keywords: Competence, Arjasa District Office, Employee, performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT               This  study  aims  to  know  and  analyze  the  influence  of  work  environment,  occupational  health  and  work   safety  on  work  productivity  of  production  employee.  Respondents  in  this  study  are  employess  of  production  at  PT.  Berlina  Tbk  Pandaan  Pasuruan.  Sample  of  research  as  many  as  90  employess  of  production  selected  by  method  Stratified  Proportional  Random  Sampling.  Type  of  research  using  quantitative  research  with  the  data  collection  method  used  is  distributing  questionnaires  and  interview.  Data  analysis  using  multiple  linear  regression  analysis  with  the  help  of  software  SPSS  14.0  for  windows.               The  results  showed  that  work  environment  variables  partially  has  an  influence  negativly  but  the  health  and  safety  variables  has  an  influence  positively  affect  the  work  productivity  of  production  employee  at  PT. Abstract

ABSTRACKThis research is to describe visibility, credibility, attraction, power and interest in buying and to know the influence visibility, credibility, attraction, power and interest in buying and partial buying interest, this research method uses quantitative methods. This type of research is explanatory research.The sample of this study was buyers of souvenir products "Ini Keripik" using purposive sampling, namely as many as 538 respondents with the determination of Slovin formula. Methods of collecting data using a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this study is SPSS 14.0 for windows multiple regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that : (1) there is a positive and significant effect of visibility on consumers' buying interest "Ini Keripik". (2) there is a positive and significant effect of credibility on consumers' buying interest “Ini Keripik". (3) there is a positive and significant influence on consumers' buying interest "Ini Keripik". Abstract

ABSTRACT The research conducted is about the analysis of financial performance and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the value of the company at banks in Malang. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of financial performance and CSR on the value of banking companies partially or simultaneously. The independent variable in this study is the financial performance measured using ROA, ROE, and NPM as well as corporate social responsibility (CSR) variables. While the dependent variable is the value of a banking company. There are 15 banking companies in Malang, 9 of which are used as research samples with financial statements of banking companies in 2016 - 2018. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis and several tests, including classic assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity) and hypothesis testing (t test and F test). The results of this study mention financial performance (ROA, ROE, NPM) does not have an influence either partially or simultaneously on the value of banking companies. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has no influence on the value of the company either partially or simultaneously.Keywords: ROA, ROE, NPM, CSR, and company value.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous variables of the attitude of taxpayers, taxpayers awareness, and tax knowledge on individual taxpayer compliance on the creative economy actors in the fashion sub sector in Batu City. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linier regression analysis. The sample size used was 82 respondents with a total population of 468 SMEs in the fashion sub sector in Batu City registered at a Batu City Cooperative, Micro Business and Trade Office. The results of this study indicate that partially the attitude of taxpayer attitudes has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Awareness of taxpayers no significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Knowledge of taxation has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Simultaneously variable attitude of taxpayer, taxpayer awareness, and tax knowledge have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance of individual taxpayers of the creative economy actors in the fashion sub sector in Batu City.  Keywords: Attitudes of taxpayers, taxpayer awareness, tax knowledge, and taxpayer compliance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this studi was to determine the effect of lecturer competence and lecturer performance on learning motivation, the research is done at university with the Faculty of Economic and Business student respondents at University of Islam Malang. The population in this all student of the Faculty of Economic and Business of Malang Islamic University majoring in management who have taken courses in Ismamic Economics with a total of 563 students. Determination of the sample in this study using the Slovin formula of 85 students. Primary data obtained from the results of respondents answers on the questionnaire distributed while secondary data obtained from the administration (TU) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Islam Malang. Data analysis method uses liniear regression and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the competence of lecturers had a significant effecton student motivation in the Faulty of Economics and Business, while the perfomance of lecturers has no effect and is not significant on student motivation in the Faulty of Economics and Business Univerrsity of Islam Malang.
