Abstract

Abstract             This study aims to examine the influence of celebrities who support consumer buying interest in Magnum ice cream products in students of the Faculty of Business Economics, University of Isalam Malang. The population in the study was 250, and a sample of 71 respondents was taken based on the Slovin formula. Technique data by distributing questionnaires. While the data analysis used the validity and reliability test, normality test, simple linear regression test and T test. The results showed that the validity test was declared valid with a calculated r value greater than r table, namely 0.23 and the reliability of the test was declared reliable with a Cronbach alpha value of more than 0.6. Then the normality test obtained a significance value of 0.833 which is greater than 0.05, so it is normally distributed. The simple linear regression test results of the regression equation Y = 1.371 + 0.615X show that the celebrity endors variable (X) increases, it will also cause an increase in the consumer interest variable (Y). whereas in the test, the t count value of 5.322 is greater than t table 1.667 and the sig value of 0.000 is less than 0.005, thus variable X has a positive and significant effect on variable Y.Keywords: Product Quality, Celebrity Endorse, Purchase Interest.

Abstract

Abstract Employee performance both in quality and quantity enables the vision, mission and goals of the organization to be achieved. This test aims to test the extent of the influence of resilience, career path and employee skills on employee performance at PDAM Malang City. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. From the results of this study, the following results were obtained: (1) Simultaneously, the variable resilience, career path, and employee skill had a significant positive effect on employee performance. (2) partially, the resilience variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (3) the career path variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (4) employee skill variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the level of resilience, career path, and employee skills, the higher the employee performance. Abstract

Abstract The development of the music industry (Sound System) in the East Java area is currently progressing very busy, especially in the Pasuruan Regency area. The increasing number of events and celebrations in Pasuruan district has led to an increasing demand and interest in the sound system. This can lift the sound system rental business into a fairly large business opportunity and is popular with many people, both young and old. Based on several advantages of Facebook social media, many marketers are optimizing the role of Facebook to influence consumer behavior in intending to rent a sound system, because the operation is very easy and many use Facebook social media to upload news or get news regarding a celebration event or do sound checks with order model that is skyrocketing or much-loved at this time. In Si Doel's sound system, apart from doing direct marketing or putting up banners in front of his house, they also use Facebook social media to post some activities or create stories on Facebook, so that it becomes a place to market their sound system business. This research uses an explanatory type of research with a quantitative approach. The results of this study are that social media marketing facebook has a positive and significant effect on consumer rental interest, social media marketing facebook has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior on consumers, there is no influence of consumer behavior on consumer rental interest, there is a negative influence of social media marketing facebook on consumers. consumer rental interest through consumer behavior on the sound system consumer of Si Doel Pasuruan.Keywords : Sosial Media Marketing Facebook, Minat Sewa Konsumen, Consumer Behavior.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze financial literacy, access to capital and the use of Fintech on the performance of MSMEs in Batu City during the COVID-19 pandemic. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. The population used in this study was 93 MSME actors in Batu City, the culinary sub-sector based on data from the Batu City PLUT in 2021. The sampling technique used in this study was Non-probability sampling with a census/total sampling technique. So that all the population in this study becomes the sample that will be used. The results of this study indicate that partially the financial literacy variable affects the performance of MSMEs, the access to capital variable does not affect the performance of MSMEs, and the variable use of FinTech affects the performance of MSMEs. Keyword : Access to Capital, Financial Literacy, MSME Performance, Use of Fintech

Abstract

Abstract The high level of service in the current era of globalization requires every organization to be able to adjust and determine its strategy in dealing with changes that occur in order to improve services. In every process, every organization is inseparable from the human resources in it. Human Resources have a major role in all organizational activities. Without human resources, all organizational activities will not run well. What in the current covid-19 pandemic, the organization has all the Human Resources who are able to handle work at home. employees work to have more expertise in using technology because it does not support them to be in the office. The purpose of this study is to determine the description of work standards, employee criteria and employee performance, to analyze the effect of work standards and employee criteria on employee performance, to determine the effect of work standards on employee performance and to determine the effect of employee criteria on employee performance. The population and sample in this study were employees of the Department of Youth, Sports and Tourism of Malang City, amounting to 46 employees. Based on the data used, this research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The sampling technique in this study is a saturated sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using hypothesis testing by performing t test and F test. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the factors that influence capital structure and the impact of capital structure on stock returns in food and beverage companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange. The populations of this research were 18 food and beverage companies listed on the Stock Exchange during 2015-2017. With purposive sampling method obtained a sample of 14 food and beverage companies. This study uses secondary data and path analysis methods. The independent variables used are growth of asset, firm size, profitability, and business risk. The results of the study explain that growth of asset, firm size, profitability have a positive and significant effect on capital structure (DER), while business risk has a negative and significant effect on capital structure (DER). Other findings from this study are that the capital structure (DER) has a positive and significant effect on stock returns. Keywords: stock return, DER, growth of asset, firm size, profitability and business risk

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study to determine the effect of Teamwork and Creativity simultaneously and partially on UD Employee Performance. Agro Inti Sejahtera Jember. The sampling technique using random sampling. Data analysis tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.            Based on the results of this study note that the count value of 73.899 with a value of 0.000 <0,05 so that it can be concluded that Teamwork and Creativity affect simultaneously to Employee Performance. And partially effect on Employee Performance. And there is one variable that is Team Cooperation variable which has no partial effect.Keywords: Teamwork, Creativity and Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT                This study aims to test and analyze the Effect of Service Marketing Mix on Entrance Ticket Purchasing  Decisions in Sengkaling Recreational Park both partially and jointly. Population and sample are all administrators totaling 80 people. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis in this study using SPSS version 17. The sampling technique using questionnaire distribution method and data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis.               The results of the analysis show that partially the Service Marketing Mix has a significant effect on the Entrance Ticket Purchase Decision of Sengkaling Recreational Park, while jointly showing that the Service Marketing Mix has a significant effect on the Entrance Ticket Purchase of Sengkaling Recreational Park                                                             Keywords: Products, Prices, Promotions , Location, People, Physical Evidence, Process, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

ABSTRACTPurchasing decision is a consumer process when making a purchase. In this study will analyze the influence of promotion, price, brand image and quality of product to the decision of purchasing case studies on the consumer shop Donatello Jl. Kawi Malang. This method of analysis is to use a double linear regression analysis of hypothesis testing using T (partial) tests and F (simultaneous) tests.n Simultaneous hypothesis test results show that the promotion, price, brand image and product quality are simultaneously influential to the purchase decision. While the partial indicates that the price is positive and it is significant, the promotion and brand image has a positive influence but not significant but the quality of product has negative influence and insignificant.Keywords: Purchase Decision, Promotion, Price, Brand Image, Product Quality.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality partially on customer satisfaction Kober Mie Setan Malang. To determine the effect of product quality and service quality simultaneously on customer satisfaction Kober Mie Setan Malang. The population of this study is Kober Mie Malang customers, amounting to 5,600 while the sample in this study amounted to 98 consumers. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that the effect of product quality and service quality partially had a significant effect on customer satisfaction Kober Mie Setan Malang. the influence of product quality and service quality significantly influence customer satisfaction Kober Mie Setan Malang. Keywords: product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction
